I
wasn’t
going
to
leave
a
review
but
since
the
owner
of
the
Danville
location
is
clearly
dishonest
and
unethical
I
will
do
so.
My
mother
in
law
left
a
review
below
which
the
owner
claims
has
been
“dealt
with
on
both
sides”.
It
has
not.
We,
multiple
people,
reached
out
several
different
ways
with
zero
correspondence
back.
So
I
WILL
share
our
experience
as
I
have
given
ample
time
for
this
to
be
addressed
and
made
right.
Our
service
was
awful.
We
had
a
party
of
10.
With
7
of
them
being
children.
They
tried
sitting
us
at
a
high
top,
with
2
high
chairs
that
clearly
wouldn’t
reach.
Acted
as
if
it
were
an
inconvenience
that
that
was
not
going
to
work,
and
had
to
wait
several
more
minutes
to
be
seated
after
informing
them
that
was
not
going
to
accommodate
our
needs.
After
being
seated
the
host
took
our
drink
orders.
It
took
forever
to
get
drinks,
10
or
more
minutes.
Someone
else
took
our
food
order.
While
waiting
on
our
food
order
my
mother
walked
in
the
bathroom
to
hear
the
GENERAL
MANAGER
Lindsay
Wolford
talking
poorly
about
my
non
verbal
autistic
one
year
old.
Several
ugly
comments
were
made
on
his
screaming
and
my
parenting
on
“just
letting
him”-
which
was
far
from
the
case.
His
father
and
myself
were
offering
him
snacks,
activities,
and
walking
around
trying
to
soothe
him.
When
I
addressed
her
upon
her
exiting
the
bathroom
her
“solution”
was
“apps
on
me!”
We
waited
over
an
hour
for
food
while
we
were
the
ONLY
table
in
the
restaurant
at
which
point
ANOTHER
server
brought
us
our
food.
The
food
was
cold,
we
never
got
our
salads
until
the
wings
came
and
they
weren’t
even
the
correct
salads.
Our
cups
were
empty
the
entire
time
and
we
had
to
ask
for
refills
from
whoever
we
could
grab.
After
the
food
was
cold
and
subpar
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager.
This
is
how
I
find
out
the
manager
was
who
made
fun
of
my
child
and
was
informed
by
another
employee
in
leggings
and
a
hoodie
that
she
was
having
a
“psychotic
break
over
her
words”
and
sent
her.
She
said
we
could
have
the
food
for
free
and
gave
us
2
free
fried
pickle
coupons.
It
wasn’t
about
free
food,
or
we
wouldn’t
have
been
there
and
I
passed
the
coupons
along
to
customers
who
were
coming
in
and
let
them
know
we
wouldn’t
be
using
them
or
returning
due
to
the
treatment
my
autistic
child
received.
While
addressing
all
of
my
concerns
with
this
other
employee
a
boy
CHILD
comes
from
the
kitchen
and
punches
my
7
year
old
niece
in
her
face.
My
7
year
old
son
then
steps
in
front
of
her
to
protect
her
where
the
child
then
tries
to
swing
on
him,
which
he
blocks.
At
this
point
we
are
beyond
livid,
rightfully.
I
yell
into
the
kitchen
“WHOS
KID
IS
THIS”
and
after
an
employee
came
out
and
saw
who
it
was
and
tried
to
excuse
it
I
yelled
again,
“no,
who’s
fu**ing
kid
is
this?!”
At
which
point
a
server
comes
forward
to
claim
the
child
stating
she’s
a
single
mother
and
didn’t
have
childcare.
I
totally
understand
being
a
single
mom,
but
in
no
way
is
this
excusable.
A
child
should
not
be
unsupervised
in
a
restaurant,
or
assaulting
customers.
The
server
continues
to
remove
her
apron
and
tells
us
she
is
going
to
call
social
services
on
us…
for
what?
I’m
still
unsure.
So
we
called
the
police
since
the
server
started
making
threats.
However-
the
owner,
the
supervisor,
anyone
outside
of
this
store
on
the
day
of
did
not
reach
out
or
“handle”
anything!
Save
your
money
and
time
and
go
somewhere
else!
