I didn’t know coffee could taste so smooth- I think my palate has been maybe a bit ruined by Seattle-based sprawl. Dry Stack was warm and welcoming with some hanging basket chairs and retail. Looks like they have a full commercial kitchen out back and I expect to see them revving up their lunch sandwich offerings over time. Currently their pastries and cookies are quite delectable. So the coffee- I spoke with the barista and we joked about Starbucks and what I like there but ultimately I got a white chocolate mocha and it just knocked the socks off anything Starbucks can spin out. I come back to the “smooth”, it was just done right like if hope from a local shop that cares about their quality. Wife got something more espresso based I forget the name but she liked it too- so 5/5 give them a try.

I went to Dry Stack today for the first time. The potato soup was rich, and the flavor was deep. I've never had potato soup that tasted that wonderful. The croissant was freshly made, fluffy, and a little sweet. It was perfectly paired with the chicken salad. And there was so much food, I have at least another meal or two left. The restaurant was clean, everything was spread out just right. And the employees were kind, calm, and available. Next time, I'll use some of the areas with comfy chairs and plan to stay a while! And they even have hanging wicker chairs!!

Our daughter who works here invited us for coffee. It was good and a happening place. They were having live Irish music that day.

Another nice hangout spot. Good selection of espresso options, spacious dining area and clean. Wanted to try their drip coffee but it was too hot outside so went for the hazelnut shaken iced espresso. Overall would give the place a 9 out of 10. Probably the biggest distraction it seemed that the hood perhaps didn't fully vent so you get some of the kitchen odor instead of nice coffee aroma.

Food and drink were delicious. The desserts were so reasonably priced. Good thing I don’t have a problem with parallel parking.

Dry stack coffee is an amazing place! Having a family as large as mine, taking children into coffee shops and cafes can sometimes be a nightmare. However, thankfully for dry stack, they're extremely family-friendly with a touch of a small town love for their community! We found our new weekend spot, and love meeting new friends every time we go! It definitely helps having great customer service and food as well, we will be lifelong dry stack customers!

Love this place! They care about quality in every aspect of what they provide. I love the coffee and the kids loved the dragon fruit lemonade.

Welcome to the best coffee shop in Central Kentucky, hands down. I've been a coffee shop tourist for about thirteen years now, and often do a lot of work from coffee shops, and this place is the best coffee shop I've been to. The ambiance is lovely, the people are great, and they have the best decaf Americano that I've ever had. They have a lovely bar which I think is also an important element for any coffee shop to have in building community as opposed to something like a Starbucks where you just grab your coffee and go. They also roast all their beans in house, and the dedication and attention with which they treat their craft shines through in the coffee. The friendliness of their employees is also a huge selling point as I started just hanging out here to do work, and eventually became friends with the staff, and they're genuinely lovely people. This place won me over. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.
