Dr Coulter and her staff are wonderful! They make going to the dentist fun, and that's a lot coming from this self proclaimed dentalphobe! I've been a patient for 20 years. Billie is the best hygienist ever: gentle, cheerful and very professional!! I highly recommend Dr. Bridgette Coulter.

An excellent group of professional's. They care about the patients, are very pleasant and they truly provide Gentle Dental Care. Dr. Coulter and Staff have been taking care of my dental needs for approximately 15 years. Would not want to go anywhere else!

Dr. Coulter and staff provided a great experience for me yesterday. I was impressed with Covid safeguards. I felt safe and welcome. I was also impressed with the thorough examination and the final outcome. The office provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere, truly "gentle ".

I've been a patient of Dr. Coulter's for as long as she has practiced in Danville. Through countless examinations, procedures, cleanings, etc. I've never found a single reason to look elsewhere for dental care for myself or my family. Every single member of the practice has been top-flight and just plain nice people. I do, in fact, recommend Dr. Coulter to others whenever I have the opportunity. A person can't do better than the best!

Being a patient for years we are greatly disappointed with how Dr. Coulter is running her office. She’s very pleasant but deceiving when it comes to billing. During a insurance change I was reassured they were in network only to learn they were not after being billed $450. I should have verified myself but I trusted Dr. Coulters office. My bill is paid and the only explanation I received was “I’m sorry, my front staff had no previous training so they are learning by trial and error.” At my expense!

This was my first appointment at Gentle Dental Care. I had a thorough exam, x-rays, measurements, and cleaning. This was by far the most pleasant dental visit I've ever had. Dr. Bright was courteous, thorough, patient, and gentle. Abby, her assistant, was friendly and helpful. I have definitely found my dentist in my new location.

Dr. Coulter was recommended to me by my former dentist who retired. My appointment today was for a cleaning and prophylaxis which was my first real excursion out during the covid-19 crisis. Their intake procedures were well set up and I felt very comfortable this office not only had my best interests in mind, but their own as well. The front office staff I encountered were very friendly and efficient. My hygienist did a fantastic job and Dr. Coulter made me feel like any concerns I had were hers as well and would be addressed. As a former Navy dental tech, I can say I was very pleased with my initial visit and feel comfortable trusting my dental care to Dr. Coulter and her staff. I can fully understand why my former dentist recommended Dr. Coulter's office to me.

Yesterday 6/20/22, a piece of a molar tooth broke off. I called my Dentist Philip Barsotti at Gentle Dental and he made time for me although he was booked solid. He and his staff took good care of my tooth problem by removing the old filling and replacing and reconstructing part of the tooth. Had me in/out in an hour. A tip of hat and big thank you to Dr. Barsotti, great job. Ron Weaver

We love Dr. Coulter and all the amazing staff at Gentle Dental Center. We have always been treated with respect and kindness while at their office, hopefully many more years of dental care to come as we start transitioning our toddler to coming in as well.
