I’d like to start out by saying that Methadone Treatment has absolutely saved my life. I was originally referred by a friend and started at a clinic in Kansas and eventually ended up at the St. Charles New Season location, and it is by FAR the best clinic I’ve been to. I would recommend it to anyone that needs help getting their life back on track after opiate addiction. The nurses are friendly, kind, and caring. The counselors are very invested in their patients and strive to figure out what works best for each and every individuals rehabilitation. I personally have Karen as my counselor and she is AWESOME. She keeps me on my toes with my treatment program. She has helped me to create life-long goals and to learn what I need to do to make sure that I STAY clean after I graduate from the program. To all the amazing staff at New Season St. Charles, you guys are wonderful people and I am so glad I ended up at this location. I am confident that I have the right amount of support here to finish my treatment program successfully! Edit: I’d also like to mention that it is always super clean and smells good! Even the bathrooms are immaculate!

It was very easy for me to get in and get started, especially since I transferred from a different state.The Dr and nurses made my transition comfortable and quick. My counselor, Mary B. has been so supportive and positive about my recovery. This clinic has been a lifesaver, all the staff are helpful and listen to you. I recommend New Seasons for anybody who is looking for help with opiate addiction.

I'm transferring Monday to the other new seasons. I waste 3 hrs trying to dose but their app doesnt let me. They promoted some big ego woman who used to be cool. My favorite counselors who helped me get clean are quitting bc they're being abused by the staff. Do not come to this place. They don't care about you or your sobriety. The real ones are underpaid and abused. I'm sick of being abused for being a recovering addict at the place that's supposed to support me the most. So disappointed in them. They need to take a long hard look at what they are doing to people's life's and sobriety. I puked my guts out because they forced me to drink the last few drops which is completely pointless and I have vertigo so I knew it would make me sick and they forced me to anyway. Save yourself the pain.

I just want to say that i came to new seasons reluctantly about 3 months ago and it was one of the best decisions i have made in a long time. The treatment has helped me get a normal life back again. I would also like to say that the nurses and counselors have been amazing and are all very nice people. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for treatment.

I will say there are some very caring counselors here. Im very happy to be here than at their other stlmtc. I don't appreciate the attitudes some of the workers as we come here to get better not to get crabbed at when we get up to a window to only get yelled at for being here early or first as me and my husband are weaning off the methadone and also work early in the am and have a baby. The director cares very much and tries to run this place greatly. If you need help and you don't connect with a counselor you can switch. They want you to be happy and healthy in a happy and healthy environment 😊 your helped and worry free here if you truly want it.

As someone who has been to every Treatment Center in the Bi-State area, Kansas City, and several on the East Coast, this one is up there with the very best. Every staff member treats you with respect and you can tell genuinely cares about you. Unlike their associated clinic in St John on St.Charles Rock Road, this place is a night and day difference. From the clients that go here to the staff of nurses, counselors, and most importantly the director. The services received here are highly superior to their other location. Upon every arrival you are greeted with a "good morning" and a smile. The facility is it very clean, including the bathrooms. There are community resource book accessible to anyone. They will even help you put together a resume! There are no atrociously long lines and you are in and out in approximately 5 minutes even on a busy day.They have many options of group therapy to attend, with 3 groups everyday and even ones offered on the weekends . If you are looking for help with opiate addiction, or know someone who is, I highly recommend checking out New Season's St Charles location. I can promise you you will not regret it!

Karen, my counselor, is great! Everyone is very friendly, the nurses are the best from the St. Louis treatment center that came over. Nothing bad to say about this place. I was out of town and needed emergency help and they took care of me. Edit: I've been coming here for a year now and I can honestly say this is the best of the best treatment centers! Always helpful and working hard for the client

I would give this place zero stars if it wasn't for Mrs FIck.She is something special, but I'm sure you all know this already. She was one of my biggest motivators, and honestly, it helped so much to see she actually cares about people. She is one of the only I seen in 7 years that really cared. From STL Metro to New Season. This lady was my saving grace. I completed treatment about a month ago, and I have never felt better. I'll never forget you, Mrs. Fick nor will my children. Thank you. From me and my family.

My friend has been going here for awhile now and I have dropped him off/picked him up from time to time. The difference is unreal in how he lives his life and his outlook on his new life. Holly and Taylor work with him and he always tells me how amazing they are and I need to thank them for saving his life. This place saved my friend and so many others…if you or a loved one is in need of help please recommend New Seasons and have them ask for Holly and Taylor. Thank you for all you do at this facility!

First day was yesterday. Everyone is amazing. It's rhe best choice so far that I've made for myself in a long time. Finally a counselor who won't fall asleep when talking to me or counselors telling me they're above me a d better then me. The doctor and nurse are great. I look forward to continuing my recovery with them:)

The people here are amazing! They are understanding, kind, helpful, and most of all they are here to help! That is the most important thing! When someone doesn’t know where to go or what to do they need someone that cares and that wants to help and this place is the place to go!!!!!! Easy to start process!
