Great addition to the area, good gas prices great service and products

So I'm trying not to be upset when I leave this review but the bottom line is the service has gone to hell. The new manager looks down on people depending on what they're wearing he assumes that they're all homeless. I went inside the store, and I asked the lady how much a couple cups of ice I was planning on getting more than one cup because I had purchased more than one drink and she said ice was free. I got my ice and then the manager came up to me and said that I needed to not take anymore and was very rude to me in front of multiple customers. I would have bought the ice if they would have told me I had to pay for it but it said he embarrassed me to the point where I don't ever want to go into the store again. Being the fair person that I am I went into the store today to get my cream cheese pretzels they have a pretzel that has sweet cream cheese in it and it's delicious I buy two every day for 6 bucks. Guess what the bagels were supposed to be thrown out and they were not I bought it and thought to myself maybe the manager should pay more attention to food times instead of harassing people. The funny part is last week I was talking to a couple people and they said one of the reasons why they go to Wawa is because they give out the free ice even though their prices are higher they still have better customer service I don't think the manager is paying attention to the right things or maybe he was just having a bad day.

Everytime I go here they are skimpy on the food and the smoothie machine not working. I now go elsewhere its not worth the hassle and aggravation.

I'll have to hand this Wawa a 5 star review they are always consistent and never let you down when it comes to food. I would say a 10 out of 10 and also gives you the Philly Home Town Feel

This Wawa had good food and friendly service. We often stop here for something to eat after the beach. At times, you can see something unexpected.

Outside of this Wawa there are always homeless people. The employees are very kind but the prices are so very high, the cleanliness of this place is not very good, especially in the bathrooms.

I love how their drink r always cold n they always got the best pepperoni subs. So glad wawa is down here

The most dumbest reward program. If you press on the bonus reward it’ll give you only 15 minutes to use it. How dumb is that? There was a long line to the cashier nobody there to help you. Apparently I ordered wrong size hoagie for the bonus reward and cashier wanted to charge me for it. Also standing in line took 10 min the other 3min was used to order a hoagie at the kiosk of total 15 min that I had to use the bonus reward. No more Wawa for sure 😃

Deli staff doesn't seem to be friendly. Asked politely a guy for a small cup of marinara sauce for my Mozzarella Sticks and came one of the ladies saying they don't do that and that they would have to charge me for it. Doesn't Wawa charge for anything they provide? I did not ask for it to be free, for certain, I just don't like the cold marinara sauce they sell for 0.89. I wanted it warm and willing to pay for it. Wawa should sell it warm for the mozzarella sticks and tell not as nice lady to let people pay for what they want. Note that I've visited many other Wawa's and they give it as courtesy when you buy the sticks and ask nicely.

Mann door dash had messed up my order like 4 times but i was able to call the 5th time and the manager i think her name is heather finally fixed for me thank you guys I appreciate yall 🙏🏾🙏🏾🫶🏾 wasnt yalls fault i hate door dash tho 🤣

Today I went into the Palmetto store to get some breakfast with my family and my bagel cream cheese was sour, and when I went back in to ask the person behind the counter to remake it and notified them that the cream cheese tasted like sour cream, or worse they try to tell me that nothing was wrong with it and she made it but a different cream cheese and it tasted a lot better. Their name started with a C and it was a lady. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with the employee there. They are rude and don’t listen to the customer.

Security definitely has this under control. There are homeless people but not as much since security! At least I don't have the homeless asking me for money or ciggs!

PIZZA REVIEW...... Pizza was well prepared. Quick only about 8 minute wait. The smell of the pizza filled my car. I got the 14 " garlic crust Wawa recommends it I do not recommend garlic crust The cheese is good The crust is good The pizza sauce is not good. Something is off with the sauce. Wawa please change the sauce. I tastes like pasta sauce and not pizza sauce. Also the price for a 14" is $12.99. I would rather buy little Caesars as there pizza is better and cheaper. Wawa change the sauce lower the price say 8.99 and pizza is worth it. Its a novelty pizza and not something I would buy again.

There's a lot of traffic & it seems as though most of their locations are not always the easiest to maneuver in & out of. However, they do have some great deals on water,drinks, cigs!

I always love going to Wawa! If you're looking for an inexpensive place for dinner and a show, the store on 192 and US-1 rarely disappoints. At least the inside is always clean and the staff is always on their A game. So long as lottery tickets are not on the list, you should be able to find whatever you're looking to buy. *"Pro Tip: your best exit strategy does NOT include 192.**

Hey manager... Look on cam at 720pm on 7/3 and see how long I stood there and got ignored while everybody got served. I was right in front of the counter and 3 employees were right in front of my face and never acknowledged me once. All I had to do was pick up an online order. Pathetic customer service! Wow!

Good hamburger if the homeless would clear out it says 15 min only but they always set their and twig out

Cashier awesome today….Your service workers talking rudely in front of customers like we can’t hear them and then selectively acknowledging the customers paying for their food which all they have to do is make it and pass it out really stood out! If you can’t be nice to everyone you don’t need to be working on hospitality or food service.

Pay attention to the prices of things in here. When you go to buy they are a completely different price, and when you ask them to fix it, they act annoyed by it

As I was placing my order on the kiosk, the people behind both the food counter and the drink counter went outside. I had to wait about 15minutes before they began making my order.

Easy in and out, decent food and reasonable prices.

Generally good as far as Wawa goes, but wow...messy. Employees standing around while counters are in need of cleaning. Trash everywhere. It's very unappealing.

Always great place for last minute items. Great road trip stop. Their sandwiches, made while you wait, are excellent. Competitive gas prices.

Please fix your pumps to allow more than 75 dollars at a time. At minimum you should be able to pump 100 dollars.

Waited over an hour for a meatball sub that was only suppose to take 18 min for delivery, then when I finally do get it,not only is it cold but it's prob one of the worse subs I've ever in my life eaten! Ridiculous! Will not be returning
