I love this place. The receptionist, and I wish I new her name, long brown hair who I believe lives there, lol, is awesome with customers. I always here her upselling packages and also recommending, not asking, for tipping who ever they just had services from. Which I think is important due to the lack of consideration most people have for people in the service industry. Keep up the good work. They always service my daughter and I professionally, talkative toward us and just makes us comfortable.

I had went in there for a wax yesterday. Everything was great with the service, however, as I was checking out - there was a huge ruckus in the lobby between what looked like management? What was incredibly unprofessional to see, was this short woman, with a bun, literally bully and practically physically assault what seemed like one of her former employees? It was absolutely horrendous to see an EMPLOYEE, someone in uniform who clearly worked here, treat someone that way, you can genuinely see the confusion on the other girls face outside. Honestly after that show i will NEVER be coming back.

Ok so the ONLY reason I gave 5 stars is because all my girls on the floor and front desk are 100% perfection at all times. But their staff above them is FAILING THIS STORE. No toilet paper no paper towels no supplies that these girls need to work with for TWO WHOLE WEEKS!!!!! Management and owners off site need to correct this! This is not fair to the women working there and the women coming in for service. The Jupiter location I have been coming to for years upon years and NEVER had this happened! Y'all need to fix this and give these women more money for the above and beyond service they give everyday to take care of our needs!!!!

They have a 9 min. Window for lateness. I arrived only one minute after and they turned me away, the receptionist was completely rude. Will not be returning.

I went here for about 2 years before having to move. I always saw Mandy, and she is amazing! I loved talking with her and it made the process go by faster and distracted me from the pain lol.

Love these ladies and service. Layla is the best!

Absolutely excellent experience all around. Very prompt and professional. My technician Ashley was so friendly and made the entire thing very comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommended and will certainly be back.

I have been going to Danielle for a couple years now. I have to say I am so grateful I found her! She is extremely talented, skilled and a badass! I never get irritation and it’s not painful like I thought it would be. My daughter had a very bad experience in another location and she called me crying. I told her to go to Danielle. She made the appointment with Danielle and she was glowing and so happy with her results. Danielle explained to her what she was doing and totally made her feel at ease. She loved her results and said it wasn’t really painful . My daughter was so happy she immediately called all her friends and now they want to make an appointment with Danielle! I just want to say I am so happy I found Danielle and how she took great care of my daughter and I. We are clients for life! Thank you Danielle!!!!
