Talk about BOMB subs !!! This place food is fresh and they have great unoque sub choice i got the Tuna Bomb !!! It has grilled veggies, i bit it and alomst lost my mind !!! 5 start Jon Smith !! WoW! I mean I have no complaints about any Jon Smith location and service but This is a top notch location with size, service, staff, clean and there’s a drive through! Omg! Yes!

I had been dying for a good meatball sub, drove by here and forgot that they have amazing meatball subs. So that's what I got and I was happy.

More of my kind of steak and cheese and tried the pastrami as well. Everything was good. I'm definitely more on the custom and picky side so I added Fries and hot sauce to my pastrami.

Delicious! Friendly employees and amazing food gives this place 5 stars. We had the grilled chicken teriyaki and fries, definitely recommend the teriyaki chicken sub!

I didn’t even order anything, but my brothers did. The workers were very sweet, and these Fall decorations, alone, deserve the 5 star rating but yeah, my brothers definitely enjoyed their meal, so the subs are pretty good “that pretty dang good” - my youngest brother “yup, we’re going to this Jon Smith’s from now on” - my oldest brother

Fries are desert dry. Bombs don't have enough cheese. I ordered extra cheese sure to Google reviews and there still wasn't enough. Everything tasted ok so they get 3. Not returning anytime soon.

I love their subs!! So good!! But sometimes the staff can be rude over the phone. Other than that, not a bad experience.

I keep coming back for good subs at lunch to the northlake location but I'll also comment that I've seen the same staff for years and it seems like a family there where they take care of each other and their customers. A good environment that feels welcoming. Plus the food is good. It seems to stay busy which means it's got a good word of mouth recommendation

I brought 2 chicken bomb meals combos for 36 dollars got home and started eating my food and there was hair in my sub , that the owner made named Tracee , called the store and explained to the cashier Cisneros and she told me to bring the food back. And she would give me my money back , when I got there she argued with me and refused to give me back $36. She only gave me $15 back and I brought back both subs the french fries and the potato chips minus the two small drinks. This is the worst place I ever ate it and let me not say that they barely put any meat on the sub for $36. and worst of all they don’t wear hairnets. This is the most disgusting sub shop I’ve ever ate at specially when I had somebody’s hair in my mouth and they refused to give me back my money $36 is too much to pay to have hair in your mouth , I will never eat at this sub shop again I rate this store is zero rating for not taking care of their customers the way they should

As always, I call this particular one my own. I love the people, the atmosphere, and definitely the steak and bacon with extra bacon on top of the bacon.! Keep 'em comin'!

Pretty good place for cheesesteaks. They are open later than other restaurants in the area and I always love a good sub. The steak bombs are amazing as is the sweet teriyaki sub. The ice tea is pretty good there too. They have a drive-through, but I never used it. Above average for a local sub shop. Although John Smith is a franchise, this is not corporate owned or on their website.

Steak, Onion, and Mushrooms with the famous fries. The sweet tea is worthy to have it I.V.ed.

As always, the best Jon Smith's Subs that I've ever had the pleasure of dining in. Keep up the great cooking and pile on the bacon!
