Great place to bowl. Huge place with a lot of lanes. We were there in of group of twenty with 5 kids. Everyone enjoyed. There is arcade games also which was great for kids. We had to wait 45 minutes to get 4 lanes together. The food was decent. Typical bar food. We got beer, pizza and wings. The lanes were excellent. Only thing I think the graphics and computer is old. our lanes didn't have speed detector. The lanes and bowling ball were well maintained. Recommend bowling here if your have a big group.

This was my first time trying bowling and it was fun. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening with our Family even though I didn't win the group. A fun activity with nice vibes music in the background. There is also finger food such as wings, pizza, hotdogs, fries and beers, lemonade, cocktails etc. We had wings and tacos with fries; didn't get a pic as we dived right in. Generally a nice place to hang with family or friends. The bathrooms are messy so management needs to ensure it's refreshed at intervals and the server was a bit absent minded so for that I took a star off. Try them, you'll have fun😊

It felt really dirty & not as “luxury” as it did when I originally came. We need bumpers for our son & a young lady had to come & use a stick. The bathroom was filthy!!! We ordered 2 alcohol beverages, a lemonade and a brownie with ice cream. It took over 45 mins to come out. We had a great time bowling but the condition of the bowling alley wasn’t it.

My family and I went to Bowlero to celebrate my son's birthday. We had an amazing time. Can't say enough about this place. The staff was friendly, helped us figure everything out, especially since we had never been bowling before lol. The atmosphere, the food, the music and the fun was everything we needed to have a great time. I highly recommend it and we definitely will be returning

The facility and equipment show their age. It needs a good renovation. If you bowl with kids, you have to choose between having bumper rails up all the time or not having them at all. Many facilities have an automated system to bring the bumper up when just a child's turn is up. Also, 30% of the arcade machine was out of order during our visit. One device took our credit, but the game never started. Not recommend this place! Try one in west palm beach.

My experience at Bowlero was absolutely terrible. The employees’ attitude was atrocious which resulted in a lack of communication regarding the bill that was to be paid at the end of our visit. May I add that when they were serving us, they were very disrespectful. When it was time to pay the bill due to the lack of communication, the bill was over $600. The cause of this was because they charged us for two extra bowling shoes along with charging us $10+ per person.( They did not tell us that we were being charged $10+ per person). When we tried to address the problem, the “help” horrible. We were greeted with a very harsh tone and it did not help with the overpriced shoes or the fact that the employees that assisted us did not tell us that we were going to be charged $10+ per person. To add on, the food was over $50 and I was terrible. We were severely overcharged. Overall, there was poor customer service along with an overpriced visit.

Went here last night after driving a HOUR from my home mind you google states it closes at 11pm Sunday nights, get there at 9:45 and I’m told I have 30 mins to bowl. I inquired as to why and was told the manager informed him to let guest know they were closing at 10:30 instead of 11. I ask to speak with the manager and was told “Due to hurricane Ian, they had to set up the shutters for the upcoming hurricane” mind you, it’s 11 o’clock at night… who on earth is placing shutters on a business that late? funny. I will not be returning to this bowling alley and to add insult to injury, it was just confirmed last week by the BUSINESS themselves that their closing time was 11 p.m. how do you just close a business dependent upon how you feel?

Charlotte was so amazing getting my sons birthday booked last second!! She was so friendly and informative! Lori was very friendly and kind as well and introduced us to our server, Alissa. Alissa went above and beyond!! She was super friendly, attentive and did a fantastic job!! We loved our experience and will be coming here to bowl from now on!! Thank you so very much for making my sons birthday party amazing and showing us a great time!!

I am retired now but spent my entire young life in the hospitality business (30 yrs). We booked an event for my sons 15th birthday for some good old fashioned fun. The bowling part was great, I mean you can’t really mess up on providing a lane, but the rest of the experience was terrible. The first round of food came out and they did not bring enough for everyone in our party. We had a group of 10 teenage boys which they were privy to since we booked the “teenage party package”. Did the waitress notice there was not enough food? Nope. I had to track her down to ask for more. Little did I know this was the pattern that would dictate the rest of our evening. After 20 min or so I had to find a manager to get more food. Same with the beverages, never filled up and had to hunt for a server to get more. Servers should be on top of things and customers should not have to track them down or find a manager to get what they need. This is service industry training 101, the basics. Not once did she come to clean up our area. I used a kohls bag I had brought with me and just kept filling it with empty cups and dirty plates until finally at the end of our session I saw someone walking around with a rolling trash can (so gross) and I brought the bag over to him and dumped it in. So basically our server received a $60 tip( included in event cost) for her friendliness and her smile because she definitely did not earn it by doing her job. I expected much more for the price we paid.

The bowling was good, the place was clean, and the employees were great. I have no complaints about that. However, the pricing was inane. My party arrived around 4:40, finished and left our lane around 6:15 and headed straight to check-out. We were told by the woman working the desk when we arrived that we would pay after we finished our game. Turns out, despite bowling the vast majority of our game before 6:00, we were charged evening prices. We were not informed of this stipulation when we arrived, and I find it ridiculous that we payed for playing during prime time when we did not bowl during prime time. We also had trouble when paying for the drinks ($5 for a soda!), and were charged twice after the device told us it failed to process our card the first time and asked us to swipe again. I’m also confused about the tipping for the desk staff? I understand that tipping is asked not demanded, but the atmosphere around tipping w/ restaurants has always been that it makes up an essential part of a worker’s wage and, thus, that stiffing is a serious faux pax. Here, however, it presents a conundrum - is the business counting on me tipping $16 for a 2 minute interaction with staff, (which I initially assumed would be only going to the cashier but I guess could potentially be shared with all staff) or is it just a kindness? Not a fan either way. Also, the building was hot.

Love the staff and facility although currently they do need to repair or upgrade the Air Conditioning. Everyone is very friendly and I'm glad to be a part of the Pins and Pitchers league. Great fun and great team participation!

Cool place to hang out. They don’t allow you to bring your own drinking water in and have a security system on Fridays and Saturdays(if I recall correctly). But the ambience is still nice. They have a lot of options on their food menu from pizza to burgers to nachos. They have options for alcohol also.

This is the nicest bowling alley we have been too. We had a great time bowling, eating, drinking and playing the arcade games. The drinks were pretty good and the food was decent and not crazy over priced for what it was. As well as the arcade games - not badly priced. Will be returning

Is absolutely stunning this place! I went with my son on a school field trip recently. It was very clean, has arcade, food options, and a huge area of bowling. I strongly recommend this place to have a great time or even for events. The personnel were very friendly and diligent. We had a great time! 👍

We had our company employee appreciation party here at Bowlero and we could not be more amazed on how everything turned out. We were worried because of our oversized group, however they were able to completely handle everything outstandingly, even though they were under staffed. 10/10 experience.

Amazing family hangout place. The food is crispy and fresh made to order. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! Thank you so much The kiddos had a blast, adults had beverages available and we all enjoyed the food and prizes after cashing in our tickets! The manager Mr Wegman made the night so much better by adjusting to our requests. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

Management is untrained! lanes break down constantly & repeatedly, pay to bowl for 2 hrs & waist time fixing lane. took a year or 2 to get a/c fixed. League bowlers are treated badly. Food & drinks our over priced. They can't keep the lanes clean or properly maintained, (spilled drinks & trip hazards). Bowled on leagues there before Bowlero took over, went down hill since. Need a bowler to run it properly, not just some manager from McDonald's. They can't keep good employees.

Jupiter Lanes aka Bowlero has always been my family's go to for hometown fun. Sadly with the major price mark-ups for everything from each game, shoes & food..not to mention the lanes changing to strings is making bowling impossible! I'm sorry but we will never be back!

The bowling is amazing, but the arcade is the real treat. When my wife and I got there the place was absolutely pumping and there were no available lanes. The friendly lady at the desk suggested we use the arcade while we wait. Great games and great beer! There is plenty place to park too! Only critique is that the hand pieces for the air hockey table were a little sticky. Great place. We'll definitely be back soon.

Terrible customer service all around. Management obviously not doing a good job setting high enough standards. 5 bowlers did not need “bumpers” but our son did. We were told that the lane we were on did not have that option. They said either everyone gets bumpers or nobody does?? Zero attempt to move us or make the situation better. They couldn’t care any less.

Great family place to enjoy some fun. The food is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

Fun bowling and arcade, Wednesdays is 1/2 off arcade. Bowling is always fun, one of the nicest facilities, good food, great ambience to spend few fun hours. We've hosted b'day party, or been part of school groups, work groups and it's always fun.

Recently remodeled and well worth the fair prices. No need to go any further to attend those high end chic bowling night clubs where you can't see the arrows on the lanes. Good league quality lanes with quality concession items, good portion sizes and a nice bar with fair drink prices. Billiards and a game room too makes it a fun place to spend an entire rainy day. We enjoyed coming here before the remodel and now it looks great too.

Nice well kept bowling alley with lots of deals weekly, nice little arcade to pass the time if you're waiting for lanes to open. Food is overpriced and not great, better eat before playing.

Great place!!! Went for a company get together. Had a blast. The place is well maintained, the staff is kind. Definitely will recommend and return.

Bowling greatest sport ever. It's inside in air conditioning. You spend the majority of your time sitting on a couch and there's a button you can push and a pretty girl will bring you a beer

Alissa gives amazing service. Very attentive and shows lots of care. We went here last week and usually when we go the service isn’t all that great. But she changed the whole experience. Will definitely be coming back and and asking for her from now on!

It was pretty over priced for a Saturday afternoon. The ball returns were acting up on our lane and we had to be moved just for the ball return to act up on that lane as well. Overall it was a good time because of the people I was spending time with. I believe there should definitely be deals on Saturdays, it seemed like every day had some sort of bowling deal whether it was buy 2 games get 1 free or children bowl for free, except for Saturday. Which is usually the day that families can get out as a whole so it would much better make sense to at least have an happy hour bowling or something of the sort.

the service was absolutely amazing, our bartender Kendra was quick with the drinks and food, and had a smile on her face the whole time. Great service and great vibes. A fun place to bowl, play pool, play in the arcade, or even hang out at the bar. definitely would go back!
