Usually this is a very busy store, specially afternoons and weekends. Parking is ample, but best places are either taken by the employees or reserved for in store pickups. The staff often does not know where the specific products are, often one can see groups of employees picnic chatting and disregarding customers. Aisles are often blocked by stacks of boxes that wait to be moved to the shelves but never are. At times this place seems to be a very disorganized and staff is not doing the work, but the real problem is with the incompetent management of this store. I have to update this review (July 2022) after recent experience at this store. After doing some grocery shopping l looked at the receipt and realized that prices on the receipt for a few items where higher, some much higher, than displayed on shelves. I can see that this improves Walmart bottom line, and there will be bonuses for upper management, but what about customers, specially the ones that come to Walmart for low prices. Keywords: Walmart scam, overcharging, bad customer service bad management.

The staff are loud and rude. They congregate in groups and gossip and laugh among themselves The store has the feel of a warehouse in disarray rather than that of a pleasant shopping experience The garden center is merely staging for pallets and new stock. You cannot see of reach most garden related goods A large amount of product are missing price tags and or do not match the price at checkout I could write a small book on the shortfalls of this store but I can say with strong conviction that this is probably the worst Walmart of any that I frequent in Florida

I usually go to the Lake Park Walmart but today I went to the Jupiter Walmart because it is closer to my work. The store itself was very clean and even smelled clean and there was a good selection of items. I had a very good experience until I got to the door. I used scan and go so most of my items were on a digital receipt on my phone which has pictures of the items, the rest of my items were food items which I paid for with a different card and had a paper receipt. I got to the door and the lady checking receipts at the door said I had too many items in my cart then what is on my receipt. I said for the second time I have two receipts here the items on my phone and showed her my receipt with pictures. She really spent her time checking every item and really trying to find something that she’s thought I stole. I had a lot of items and around $200 worth of items. She was very rude. I told her I don’t know what you’re looking for everything is here here is my receipt and she started screaming at me.

Everytime I visited, I feel like this place is a fire hazard. Continuous blocked areas limiting anyone to move easily around the store. Rarely do you find shopping carts in the front of the store because they're always still in the parking lot. Limited shelves because they're still in the wrapped containers. For the past several years, this store has been slowly getting worse and worse. Majority of the time you will find a cop stationed outside of the store and employees profiling people with checking receipts on the way out of the store. I've reached the point if I have time, I drive 20+ minutes out of the way to visit Stuart's Walmart instead because none of these issues occur there.

Google asked me to update my review on Walmart. Sadly, not much has changed at the Jupiter location, in reference to ordering for pick up. I looked up an item to see the price at Walmart compared to another store. At Walmart, it was $2 and some cheaper. Through the app, I ordered it for pickup. It was supposed to be available in three or so hours. Later in the day, I got a notification that my order was canceled because the item was "out of stock." Because of previous experience, I knew there was a good chance that it indeed was indeed in stock, like inventory said, but the person doing my order may have given up on looking. Surely, the next day, I go in and find the item I was looking for. It was just on another rack. It would have been another one-star review but I added a star because the app has the correct information on it was in stock.

Walmart Employees absolutely do not care at this location. Try and call to an actual person and you will be left on ring. Ask for help in store and if you’re lucky someone will actually point you in the right direction. I’ve actively been ignored while asking for assistance multiple times. Not “Hold on I’ll get someone” and they never come back, no they actively ignore you.

Line is always very long if you come at night because they close every lane except the self checkout on one side of the store. Tonight the line went all the way down the side of the store. We saw at least 10 workers walking around not doing anything. The lay out is also confusing and seems random. The good point is that it is a clean and well organized store beyond that.

A real mega superstore with all the trimmings. I don’t think there is anything that is not in the store all while he kept impeccably, clean and organized by the incredibly efficient and courteous staff

Receipt checkers at the door take their jobs too seriously. Bought 3 cases of water and nothing else. Dude at the door take a while minute to look at the receipt. First off, why does it take that long to look at a 3 inch receipt? Second, why are your checking my receipt anyways for two items? And third, even if I was stealing the water, who cares??? It's 100° out, people deserve to have water and live. Get over yourselves.

Regarding the Walmart in Jupiter FL, here's the deal - I don't do self checkout. Never have, never will. If there's not a human to check out with, I will find a manager and politely ask for assistance. If that ceases to work, I just won't shop at Walmart anymore. I'm not interested in doing someone's job for them. I'm not a cashier. I don't have the training. I don't get paid to scan items. I don't get an employee discount. I also refuse to participate in corporations trying to replace people with machines. Lastly, I enjoy the smiles and "Have a nice days" of human interaction! Machines are great for some things - NOT as cashiers in retail stores. All that being said, the store is nice and the employees out on the floor are generally helpful (some more than others).

My experience at this store has been pleasant. It is roughly between 160-180 thousand square feet with a low ceiling. Smaller than the 200,000 square foot stores in Port Saint Lucie and Fort Pierce - no gas station, liquor store, or tire and oil changing garage. Not complaining though. You have a Subway inside serving up delicious sandwiches, a clean sales floor, and souvenirs like can cozies and keychains on a display designed like a beach hut. The store is small but cozy.

Beware Walmart delivery SCAM! They charge $90 to join for unlimited delivery. Problem…they are always out of stock…or so they claim. Example.. three times we have ordered items and each time they are out. Weird because the store is fully stocked! Today they did not deliver a case of Bud Light since it was out of stock. Really. I think if the item is too heave… like a case of beer or a bag of charcoal… they don’t deliver it. And for this they want $90. We have NEVER received all items we ordered since joining. The tip is based on the order, not what is delivered. So we no give no tip but pay cash at delivery based on what arrives. Beware this company’s poor fulfillment record.

I love shopping at Walmart. What I love the most are prices and products variety. My only concern is the staff at the doors checking the self checkout costumers. There is a lady that is always yelling at costumers who refuse to make a second/ third line to get checked like we were thieves. And she gets the nastiest if you dare to check out twice (electronics/garden and the groceries). You guys need a better system because this is clearly not working neither for your employees who are doing their job and customers who are just shopping!

The remodel was very nice on the outside but when we walked in it was VERY dated. I was kind of shocked especially being out of state visitors to a nice beach town. We were in a little bit of a hurry for an important meeting and felt the staff was in slow motion while preparing our sandwich at subway.

Very pretty looking from the outside but - If you can, order online or find what you need yourself. The staff are apathetic; they really don’t care about you and they’re ALL on their CELL PHONES all the time. It wasn’t always like this but with staff in such shortage they’ve had to bring in from elsewhere and they’re in their own world. It feels like they hate working there too.

The store itself is very nice and very large. The only problem I had was that the lines to check out were insane. They had very few self checkouts compared to stores half their size. There were at least a few caHiwrs available, but it didn't help alleviate the long wait.

Nice and open environment. Lacking helpful associates in many departments. No one around to help with bike prices. Ended up downloading Walmart App and scanning the bike codes myself for pricing. Appeared to be a clean store

The store itself is nice but there are not many cart return areas and the customer service people are not friendly.

Got lunch from the Subway inside. The guy working did a great job making my sandwich. He was courteous and kept his work area clean. I saw him wipe the counter down before and after fixing my order.

This place was an experience!!!!! Clean store, well kept, fully stocked, and even the outside just doesnt look like your typical Walmart. Must go here if in the Palm Beach/Jupiter area in Florida!!!!!!

This place is run by a bunch of incompetent people. I took a part time job there only to be mislead and lied to about the hours that I would be required to work as a part timer. Total bait and switch. They act like they are employee focused but are anything but. Total and utter incompetence. The HR generalist is a power hungry zealot. The department and store manager could not care less about the wellbeing or work life balance of their staff. This store is poorly run by incompetent people.

You do not have to stop for the receipt checks in the front. You only need to stop if Walmart reasonably believes that you have shoplifted this is known as shopkeeper privilege no other law exists. This Walmart tries to stop us and when they don't their associates start cursing at us another languages I'm not sure if you enjoy during the pot and you're looking for something to happen or you're just too dumb to hire the right people either way fix this issue or next time we're going to press it much harder
