Macy's is such a great place and this location was good because the shelves were stocked. The attendants were good an the parking was great. I enjoyed the experience shopping.

Macy's at the gardens Mall is my favorite Macy's store other than the one it's sawgrass and all of Florida. It's three levels, is very clean and stylish in their displays. Their prices are a little higher and what you would find at Macy's in the northern counties and they could do a little better with asking customers if they can be of any help. I would definitely recommend shopping here especially if you're looking for a cocktail dress as they have the best selection.

I love Macy's. period. Although it no longer smells nice...they used to have a signature scent, the elevators are often dirty, as is the wallpaper- torn, peeling off - at various elevators around U.S. Also, they need to update their toilets. renovate. they always smell and the doors in female toilet stalls, often no longer close/lock. Improve Macy's...I love you but, improve! Your prices are still high. Don't treat customers poorly... or we'll stick to shopping online. Maybe, pay your employees better? or bring back competition & excellent customer service by paying your employees commissions.

We are consistently surprised by the helpful staff at this location. In particular, Johnathan in fragrances was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Highly recommend stopping by to see him.

I gave one star so that management reads this. I purchased a “hotel collection mattress” For a considerable amount of money. There is something wrong with the foam on top, it collapse’s leaving a divot in the bed. When I get out of the bed it looks like a 10 year old mattress that needs to go to the dump. An hour later the foam decompresses and the mattress looks fine, so when the service company came to look at it they told me there’s nothing they can do. It’s a queen and I live alone. I have rotated the mattress, alternated which side I sleep on, etc. Same results every time. There’s nothing I can do other than hope management reads this. It’s nothing to do a “rtv” (return to vendor). So maybe the squeaky wheel will get grease. Other than that Macy’s is a great retailer and with their cc you can’t find better value for your money. I had an excellent shopping experience at Macy's, particularly with a sales associate named Kwong in the men's department. Kwong's expertise and assistance in choosing a suit were amazing. His attentive service, friendly demeanor, and product knowledge made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend seeking out Kwong for a personalized and efficient shopping experience!

Great deals today

Incredibly anchor department store in one of the classiest and comfortable masks I've ever been to. The Macy's department store is packed with multiple levels of shopping. They even have a local Backstage where I found really discounted T-shirts and name brand expensive undies at very discounted prices. Be sure to remember the entrance your arriving at and parking at. There are many different areas to park at and also located on different levels. They have a great furniture store that reminded me of years ago and are going to the best of the best of stores in New York and Chicago. The Macy's is very spacious and seems to cater well to everyone. The last time I visited here was about 4 years ago. Things have shrieky improved and cheers to Macy's! Don't miss this store,

We were just walking through and the store seemed well stocked, but the escalator has been out for about a week. There is an elevator if you're into hiking to find it. It's hidden away so the masses don't know about it. Since Its Petites selection is so small, I hardly shop that much anymore. I have seen there are now petites+!

This is one of the larger Macy's, it has many different departments and is 2 floors like the typical Macy's. The products are pretty standard across all Macy's but larger Macy's may have more products available.

Macys has come up with a new type of bait and switch and because of their business practices I will never shop in Macys again. Today I went into the Men’s Department to buy two pair of Haggard pants. The pants are always $44.95. I always use my Macys credit card because the company sends me monthly coupons that are good for all products, “even products on sale.” When I got to the register I was told none of the coupons could work. They are valid until August 13, but not valid today. I expected at least 30 percent off. I decided not to buy the pants. This was the second time the store refused my coupons. I told the clerk I didn’t want the pants. After I left the store I received a noticed I charged $96.28 on my card. I went back to the store and found a manager. She told me Macys doesn’t honor the coupons because the pants were on “Special.” That’s right. They are always $44.95, but they place a red sign over the displays that says Special. Bait and Switch. The bait, the coupon. The switch, special instead of sale. The had the charge removed, cancelled my credit card and will never shop in Macys again. I was a gold credit card customer and that’s how I was treated. I recommend you beware of this Macys practice and boycott the stores.

I went to Macy's specifically to look for an item of furniture. I walked the entire area, no salesperson greeting. The furniture seemed dated.

Service always something. Either you can’t find someone to check you out or you get a question like we did. “Why did you take the tags off your return” We had a receipt and the tags. We thought we were going to keep the shirt. Or a manager says don’t be rude. When you ask questions. Place isn’t worth it. Either order online or go somewhere else for us moving forward

Service is pretty good in this store. It would be much better if they ever answered the phones. I needed an alteration on a suit that I bought at Macy’s yesterday. I called more than 20 times at different times of the day but nobody answered the phone. I tried in different departments but nothing. I finally drove 20 minutes to the store only to find out that they no longer have that service. A total waste of time!

So little to choose from. One cashier had no bags and said they have been out of bags for months. A different cashier had bags. The 1st one said they never share. We used our own bag.

The Garden Mall seems to be quiet today, Macy’s as well. Maybe due to the bad weather in this location! The price at Macy’s is good but if you try to find out you can get some discounts.

Excellent customer service!! Was able to purchase some columbia fishing Shirts! For my store in Belize. Its always a pleasure shopping at macy's.

Went there for a little Christmas Shopping before the holidays, saw a pack of Men's Socks, white crew cut, Calvin Klein with a "$20" right beneath the logo, not a sale tag or sticker, it's printed directly under the brand logo. Then I go wait in line (long line but that's a given on holiday's so I wasn't upset about that), and eventually ring up for the socks, only thing I was going to grab from there. Total comes out to $31 and change, and I ask how that happened because it says $20 already printed on the pack of socks. Cashier tells me "Oh, that must not be our price because its ringing up $29.00, do you still want them?", no price match to the logo. Obviously I don't want to by something that's an extra-half the cost it's marked as. So they're literally charging an extra $9 bucks on socks that say $20 directly on the packaging. Absolutely insane. Be careful with what you buy here, never know what kind of surcharges they're adding to the merchandise.

BEWARE OF MACYS REVIEWS. Macy's only posts positive product reviews. They never posted my review of a ring I purchased that had incorrect product description. In no part of my review was it disrespectful or used foul language. They just do not print something they feel is not in their favor. This is the second time that they have done this with one of my many reviews. I will no longer review any of their products. Consumers Beware.

I was in the women's dresses area upstairs. They are so understaffed. Dressing rooms were full of clothes, no one on the floor. But the employees were working so hard trying to do everything! Employees were friendly and accommodating!

Macy's was clean and orderly as usual! Everything was on sale pretty much 50% off or better... I guess they're trying to compete with all of the discount shops everywhere! Surprised that malls still exist with full priced retail shops! Nothing really new or exciting to see.

Last week Macy's had great deals and sales, I love this store and everyone in it that works here are so helpful and right on point. It's always clean and organized. I hope this Christmas they can put their Christmas music on and do a Miracle on 34th Street theme with Santa Claus and his elves. Really looking forward to it. I think we can all use a little bit of Christmas cheer this year, don't forget to treat your friends and Neighbors and strangers with dignity and respect and the whole world will be as one. This is my wish.

Shopping in the Garden's Mall is always a pleasure. Macy's is just one of the great stores found here.

I Love Macy's! I buy so much at the store & online; clothes, shoes, handbags, jewelry, makeup. They often have great specials such as free gift w/ purchase on makeup like Lancome (my fave), Estee Lauder, Clinique & more. I think their fashion selections are so on trend & beautiful. I can always get sales help in the store & their online ordering is so simple & convenient. They have tons of great sales. I shop at Macys all the time!

Prices are not marked on merchandise forcing people to find a scanner if curious about price. Finding sales help, forget about it, only cashier's. Not the Macy's I know

Bad customer service. Was there yesterday with daughter at the jewelry department. We’re looking at some earrings and all, there were two sale associates walking back and forth, they don’t even ask or offer any help to us at all. BUT there came a Caucasian lady looking around (customer) and one of the sale associate came right over and asked her if she needs any help?? Why they treated us differently ??????????? It’s better to shop online from now on!!
