Dr. Hauser spayed my puppy in early January. A week later, after a problem with excessive discharge, Dr. Hauser determined that all the internal sutures had come apart. She advised that the dog needed corrective surgery immediately. It was 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon and she suggested I take her to one of the emergency vets listed on the door of the practice. She told me that she had too many appointments that afternoon to help; there was no mention of another emergency in the clinic. I was stunned. After expressing my suprise and disappointment that she would not help, she simply to called or had an assistant call the emergency vet so we were expected. I couldn't decide if the surgery was beyond her expertise or the revenue prospects from the other appointments was more important than my puppy's health.

We have been going to Dr. Mary for several years. She helped us keep our beloved 15 year old Labrador in good health, happy and comfortable until the end. Our current 8 year old lab and our 8 month old lab puppy LOVE going to visit Dr. Mary and Dr. Leanne. We are grateful to both Doctors for their consistently high level of care, concern and follow up. They have done a great job serving patients during the pandemic. The new facility is bright and cheery, the staff is warm, competent and accommodating.

Lighthouse Animal Hospital is less hospital and far more like having a family member as a vet!! The entire staff was courteous, professional, and caring, all the way down to their adorable black house cat. Cannot say enough about Dr Browne- level of competency, warmth, intelligence and my Ragdoll Ozzy felt super comfortable with her. I am a physician and would highly recommend this practice to anyone!!!

Thank you to Dr. Hauser and Dr. Browne for being on top of our little pup Rex. Rex has been suffering from Bladder stones and Dr. Hauser completed his surgery. After his surgery she was very accomodating Rex's needs for helping us administer his medication in the office because he would not take them with us at home. We have been a patient with Dr. Browne before she opened her own practice from Rex being a new born. Her and her staff are always AMAZING. Thank you for being a place we can trust. It's hard to even put into words how incredible Dr. Hauser and Dr. Browne are. They are so attentive and leave no stone unturned to find a solution. Above all, they are both incredibly sincere and responsive. Our dog, Hansen, has been seeing Dr. Hauser since we moved to the area a couple of years ago, and when she teamed up with Dr. Browne at Lighthouse Animal Hospital, the stars aligned! My family has followed Dr Brown for many years, to 3 different offices. Her love of animals shows through and through. She is realistic while still being kind and understanding. So glad she, and her business partner, decided to open their own practice. While I haven't had a chance to meet much of the other staff due to COVID. They have all been helpful when speaking to them over the phone or transporting items to the car. You can tell they are a team that cares about our pets.

it is rare when you find a vet who seemingly loves your little dog as much as you do but every experience I’ve had with Dr. Brown and her staff at the lighthouse animal Hospital has given me that impression. The care and treatment is always welcoming and not intimidating and I look forward with confidence to her assessment as my little sweet dog works through her 15th year. Many thanks to you and the staff and particularly to the male assistant who is always so careful and gentle in drawing samples from cupcake.

I had such a great experience at this vet. I wasn't rushed, the vet spent tons of time with me, so much so I was confused when I see how reasonable the bill was! I am in healthcare and would rate this experience as excellent from reception to checkout

This review took me a few weeks to write as we have been grieving the loss of our little 6lb baby girl Chewey. To make matters worse I was out of town in Colorado and my wife was in Jupiter alone with our dog. About 5 years ago we rescued a little dog named Chewey who at the time was a senior rescue who had survived a house fire in a hoarding situation. Given our background in rescue, we got the call to help this dog. We very quickly realized that no other human would have cared for her the way that my wife was going to. Giving her life, and teaching her love. That same care and compassion seems to be the core philosophy at Lighthouse. Chew was about 16 years old, and went in for a routine shot for her skin allergies. She was struggling to breathe and unfortunately the worlds hardest decision had to be made right on the spot to send Chew over the Rainbow bridge. This completely gutted my wife and me. The real reason for this review is the care, the compassion, the sympathy, the tears that were shared by all of us including the tech and Dr. Hauser. It was the little things that allowed Chew to pass peacefully that really mattered to me and my wife. The phone call that same evening from the tech, the card signed by all in the office that we just received, the time that we were able to spend in the office, I am honestly struggling to even put into words how much this vet office did for my wife during this time, but they should all know that we will never forget them for how they helped us/Chew and we will forever be grateful. For what has been arguably one of the worst things that we have ever gone through, they did all they could to make it as peaceful as possible.

Dr. Browne and the Team at Lighthouse Animal Hospital are AMAZING! As a medical professional myself, I found the care and facilities top notch! I would recommend the office to anyone who wants their pet (AKA favorite family member) to have the best care available! 5 STARS ALL AROUND! Dr. Dan Lauer

Dr. Browne and Team are second to none. Our dog Coco would have been more aptly named Nervous Nellie. Dr. Brown’s patience , soothing manner, network of professionals and overall knowledge has helped us in working through some very serious anxiety issues. She genuinely cares for each of her patients and provides extensive, personal care to each one. I simply can’t imagine placing my pet’s general care in anyone else’s hands.

Dr. Brown and Dr. Hauser are two amazing doctors with the most compassionate staff. Just know that your fur babies are very well taken care of here!!

Dr. Feldman was kind compassionate and thorough when treating my beloved boy Romeo. Both doctors have been wonderful with my new puppy and highly recommend their office.

I have brought three pets here on multiple occasions. They were tremendously helpful when we were moving to Puerto Rico for a year and needed help with paperwork AND they were able to recommend someone local to us for care while we were on the island. More recently we had the sad occasion of needing to say goodbye to one of our fur babies. They were all so kind and helpful with the process, patiently answering our questions and giving reassurance. As hard as this was, I cannot imagine being in better hands for our cat’s final days. The rate charged for his final appointment was very reasonable too - around $90-100, I was in a daze. We have since received a card from a local university thanking us for the donation made in our pet’s name which included a piece of seed paper to plant in memory. Such a sweet extra touch. No matter where you are in your journey with your pet, trust that they will receive the best care possible at Lighthouse Animal Hospital. We’ve moved a little north and have no plans to find a new vet. They are worth the drive.

We found Lighthouse Animal Hospital after we needed/wanted a second opinion after unsuccessful treatment of Giardia for months. The doctors here were able to provide a great solution and clear up all of Dudley’s giardia. We continued to go back for routine visits and sick visits and could not be more happy with Dr. Browne and Dr. Hauser. They are so kind, thoughtful, helpful, professional, and most importantly, loving. Dudley cannot get out of the car fast enough when we pull up to the office. The doctors and staff love him and he loves them back. We are so grateful that they are always able to fit Dudley in when he’s sick or offer guidance through the phone or email. I know he is in good hands when he is with Dr. Browne and Dr. Hauser. We cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely wonderful! Mary our vet was just great with our cat Barney . Got down on the floor and was looking Barney over top to bottom .. I finally found my forever vets! 🙂

My three pets have been going here regularly for well over a year and I could not be happier with this vet. Convenient location, excellent and prompt service, and best of all, doctors who genuinely care about the health and happiness of your pets. Highly, highly recommended.

The office is super clean. The staff is so nice and treat your animal like their own. They try their best to fit you in to be seen the day you call. Both vets are extremely nice and so knowledgeable. Not to mention they are so affordable! I highly recommend this office.
