I hadn’t been to an Eye Doctor in years so had lots of questions . Dr. Nancy and assistant Nancy were amazing. I don’t remember the last time I dealt with a Doctor so patient and kind . I highly recommend Jupiter Eye Clinic and Dr. Nancy . My family will all be using them from now on .

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. Unfortunately couldn't buy anything because of the outrageous overcharges on frames, lenses, and contracts. Even with my insurance I paid more for an exam than I did without insurance at other places. Response to your response: I paid about the same for your eye exam WITHOUT INSURANCE. AT THE SAME VISIT I ALSO GOT THE OAKLEY GLASSES I'M CURRENTLY WEARING -FOR LESS THAN WHAT YOU WANTED TO CHARGE ME W INSURANCE. YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE IS NOT WORTH DOUBLE TO ME I'M SORRY.

I was visiting from out of country and my glass frame broke suddenly. I came in with no appointment and Dr Travis waited on me and within minutes I had a new frame with my old lenses securely inserted. Thank you so much for your very pleasant and prompt service!!

Professional care , good people, my puppy chewed my glasses, went in for replacement they had me out of there in less than an hour with a new set. Very happy

Dr Kelso is very professional, pleasant and helpful with a wonderful bedside manner. I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment the next day as a new patient. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, including the staff at the front desk and at the prescreening station. Dr. Nancy listened attentively to any questions I had and was so kind throughout the process. I hadn't had my vision/eyes checked in years but she made it such a simple process!

We were on vacation and my friends frames broke. It was the day before we were returning home and she needed her glasses to see!! We phoned and the people were so nice!! We went over where we were able to speak with the optometrist and he helped her pick out a new pair of frames, they are so cute. She left being able to see and all was well! Hands down, the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Dr K was so friendly and informant. She was pretty funny too. Laughing is always good when you’re nervous during an exam. Office is very very clean. The staff were all practicing safe protocol. Very convenient right on Indiantown. Jupiter Eye Care provides our family with the best most comprehensive eye exams we have ever received. Additionally, they are so professionally helpful for all eye care such as had a time I had something stuck irritating my eye. They took me right in and Dr.Nancy Kelso expertly fixed the problem. We highly recommend Jupiter Eye Care.

They were amazing and so helpful. My fiancé and I were on vacation down there this past week (we are from NJ) and he lost his glasses in the ocean on the first day of our trip. We were running around panicking and called them on the off chance he could come in that day and maybe get disposable contacts to survive the rest of the trip until we got home and he could get new glasses made. Not only did they get him in for an exam within a few hours, but they were able to give him contacts for the night AND make him new glasses by the next morning. Usually glasses at home take a few weeks. We were so happy with how responsive they were! They really saved the rest of the trip!

Don't go to this practice. Travis Kelso is a condescending miscreant. He lacks a bedside manner and he is absolutely nasty. If you want to be disrespected and treated like garbage, Travis is your man. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because there isn't an option for 0.
