I had booked a 4 p.m. cruise. I had called twice because the weather was getting stormy. I checked in at the boat dock at 3:50 p.m. Was told to wait it out and see if the lightning went away. So my family and I sat at a table about 12 feet from the boat. We kept looking over at the boat and using hand signals to ask what was up? Music was loud. When I saw it was 4:19 p.m I went over to the boat. Asked if we were going out. Then a rather rude young lady who didn’t appear to care one way or the other, informed me that she had sent me a text and I didn’t respond so they were taking other people and we could wait until 6:30. OMG We were right there. I was never told that I would receive a text. These “kids” that appear to be in charge of dealing with the public need to do a better job. Don’t waste your time and money on this company. I am a Jupiter resident of 32 years. What a shame our customer service is so poor. I will share this with all my friends.

I love taking the half an hour boat ride around Jupiter Island. Every time I have guests down to visit me, I include this while waiting for a table at UTiki. $10pp and the pontoon boat holds six people. They also give you a narrative and history of the houses.

We just enjoyed an awesome boat tour with Joe Hogan as our guide! I would encourage everyone to opt for at least an hour or more, definitely worth the time and money. Not only did he assist with our tour but he also went above and beyond in assisting my friend who drop her phone in the water before our tour. Kudos to Conch Cruise... I'll be back! Qiana 😊

My husband and I loved taking the boat tour around Jupiter Island with Captain Anthony. If you want an informative and very enjoyable ride, do not hesitate to schedule with Conch Cruises. Captain Anthony was professional and shared his knowledge of the area. We had a very special evening and hope to take a tour with them again.

Perfect day! Captain Greg is so friendly and knowledgeable. He’ll even let your kids drive the boat! We had the best time! Alex hooked us up with the perfect reservation, even though it was a busy day with Memorial Day! If you’re in Jupiter, give Conch Cruises a try! You won’t be disappointed!

A great ride. Perfect amount of time imo. A nice tour. They offered us water bottles during and helped us take photos. We have done these a few times and love all the people who give the tours.

We were very happy with this cruise tour . It’s 30 mins and you go up and down the Jupiter inlet (which is beautiful) . It was easy to make reservations by phone. You can go out of the U-tiki dock , and check in was easy upon arrival . The staff and captain are very friendly and provide detailed information along the tour. Life jackets are on board for all ages too. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Had the best time on the tiki taxi tonight! Best vibes in town. Can’t find much better with the best bartender Rosemary and you can’t forget the amazing kaya. Kaya serves with nothing but joy and she makes the experience 100 times better. Get on the tiki taxi you won’t regret it!

Fun experience. We did it around sunset. Beautiful views. Our captain was friendly. Shared knowledge about the history of the area and celebrity houses/boats.

We took the half hour tour last week, it was very relaxing and the young captain was full of information and very nice. He did an excellent job! Thank you!!

Amazing experience!! they let us ride with our dogs and they where super friendly, if you want to bring your dog on board just ask them and they will let you know what to do!
