I
am
very
disappointed
with
the
company.
I
came
in
on
a
Friday
to
have
my
glasses
repaired,
My
dog
had
chewed
on
one
of
the
arms
and
the
office
was
in
disarray
from
a
recent
burglary
and
it
looked
like
the
staff
were
ready
to
get
out
of
the
office.
The
tried
to
repair
when
I
was
there
then
informed
me
that
parts
needed
to
be
ordered.
I
left
my
glasses
and
walked
out
with
my
prescription
sunglasses.
I
came
back
2
weeks
later
when
they
called
and
all
they
brought
out
was
two
rubber
sleeves
.
It's
been
a
battle
as
they
say
I
walked
out
with
my
glasses
and
they
are
no
where
to
be
found.
After
the
3rd
day
of
trying
to
get
this
resolved,
they
said
they
had
me
on
video
walking
out
with
them.
I
immediately
went
over
to
the
office
to
view
this,
and
after
about
20
minutes
they
told
me
they
did
not
have
the
video
and
they
did
not
see
me
walk
out
with
my
glasses.
So
this
was
a
lie.
After
a
few
discussions
and
them
never
calling
me
throughout
this
ordeal
until
i
pointed
this
out,
They
are
not
offering
anything,
they
told
me
to
basically
pound
salt!
I
looked
everywhere
in
my
vehicles,
in
my
home,
everywhere
twice.
I
did
not
want
to
write
this
this
but
my
1st
experience
was
terrible.
Here
is
where
I
screwed
up.
They
do
not
give
a
ticket
showing
that
anything
is
dropped
off,
they
have
a
very
combative
staff,
They
are
rude
on
the
phone,
and
they
offered
nothing,
even
if
they
would
have
split
it
with
me
I
would
have
been
satisfied.
Now
I'm
out
$745.00
for
replacing
these.
Terrible
unprofessional
office
staff
and
the
Doctor
is
not
far
from
that.
I
was
looking
for
a
new
eye
doctor
as
I
have
been
going
to
Seaview
Optical
in
Delray
Beach
for
6
years
with
no
problems.
Avoid
this
place
if
you
can
