Amazing atmosphere. Great service. Clean place. Very homie yet modern. Good price and big plates. Good quality food. My server was Camila. She’s wonderful. I recommend all natural juices and their cappuccinos are beautifully prepared.

I returned to this place and still as great as the first day!!! Owners you have the combination of success. The staff is just out of this world —service is great and the new restaurant design was very well planned by the owner. Adding more —the presentation of the meal is enhanced by a great flavor of Colombian tradition. Overall, I am recommending this place for a full meal or just stop for a great cup of coffee. Stopped here for a quick bite. The service was excellent, and Andrea was super friendly. The empanadas and pandebonos had great taste. Ambice and locations were clean and easy to find. Recommended it!

My wife and I have been to this restaurant multiple times already. Our dentist is open Boca and every time we take our son to an appointment we look forward to enjoying their amazing lunch from the service to the meals. It’s an overall great experience to eat here.definitely our go to every time we’re up in Boca. And we recently found out that they have one here in Miami so looking forward to trying that one as well.

Food is delicious. the place is super nice. The best thing about this place is the attention. We have been several times and Andrea always gives us the best attention.

El Balcón de las Americas is a hidden gem in Boca Raton (Glades) plaza. Not only is it beautifully decorated but the service was phenomenal. 5 stars to Camilla who took exceptional s care of us while having lunch. When it comes to the food, I won’t call myself a Colombian food expert but I am a Colombian empanada expert and the empanadas there has been the best I’ve had thus far. You can taste the freshness and the quality of ingredients in it. La bandeja páisa was a beautiful plate with plenty of options to pick from. As for the dessert (tres leches) try not to leave without trying it. Can’t wait to come back to Florida and visit el Balcón de las Americas.

We are El Balcon groupies and this was our first time here at Glades Rd location. Luis took excellent care of us! This venue is beautiful! Clean and modern. Camilla also checked in on us, what a sweet heart! My favorite part, besides the arroz con pollo, was the love violinist! Great atmosphere.

I can’t express how much I loved this restaurant!! Everything was amazing, from the service to the food and the atmosphere was so pretty and peaceful. Luis and Camilla were AMAZING!!! Served us with a smile the whole time❤️ 10/10 would definitely come again!

We’ve eaten in Colombian restaurants across the country and this is by far the best one! Food was ridiculously good!! The atmosphere was modern and refreshing! Definitely two thumbs up 👍👍 A must place to visit! The staff is exceptional!! Thanks for the awesome experience!

The server, Luis, was very patient with us when we were indecisive, however, failed to refill water, even after walking past our table multiple times, and was not very attentive, so each time I needed something, I had to flag him over. I ordered the milanesa de pollo and it was very tasteless and lacked any seasoning or flavor. I tried to add pepper, salt, lime, chimichurri, and even ketchup and it didn’t help with any flavor. The prices of this restaurant are also extremely expensive, such as $6.59 for a glass of orange juice. On a better note, the restaurant has a very beautiful environment, and I enjoyed the presence.

It was my first time in this restaurant and I have to say I’m so happy I found it because it has everything I like: Good food, good service and good ambiance. The food was delicious, it had just the right seasoning and very well presented. The place was very clean. Andrea gave me an amazing customer service. I’m definitely coming back!
