Had a massage about a year ago and it was amazing, not complains, however I been trying to book an appointment for a gel manicure and the lady on the phone is been mean and do not care to answer basic questions, for example when I called I asked if they do appointments around noon and the lady said “we do appointments all day but we are fully booked” did not care to ask me what day or week I was looking to come. Not to mention I called a week ago and received almost the same answer. Like seriously, I have experience on customer service. It’s really not that difficult to be nice

Called for an appointment, the lady who answered couldn’t be bothered to answer basic questions. Very disappointing as I’ve been going for over 15 years. Now I have a gift card I got for Christmas and will give it away. I mean seriously how hard is it to be kind and patient fielding questions for potential booking? You could hear she didn’t like her job. If you are charging top dollar like they do, have someone kind, courteous and welcoming to answer your phones! Very disappointing

The most amazing place to get a massage! I’ve gotten massages all around the world and I have to say, Nancy is the best I’ve ever had! Such a lovely person and is always so helpful whenever I have injuries or tight spots. 10/10 recommend!

Dawn was amazing! After a 6 day road trip across the U.S., I really needed a hydrating facial and she was so calming, kind and experienced! I wish I lived here because I would go back monthly for her. Highly recommend!

Carol and her facial were both amazing!!! She definitely has experience when it comes to taking care of your skin. Jasmine gives great form massages not to light if a Swedish and not to deep when it comes to deep tissue. A very clean and relaxed environment. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be going back. I left there with clean radiating skin, as well as very relaxed!! Thank you ladies!!

The Lane Spa never ceases to amaze me. I treated myself to a 90 minute massage today for my birthday and it was absolutely incredible. Nancy is the best massage therapist, she’s excellent at what she does and she’s very sweet. The atmosphere is the true definition of a spa, very calm and tranquil. The front desk staff is always so kind and helpful. Thank you for such a great experience!

I had a massage at the Lane Spa today. I have had many massages in my life, but this one was the best I have ever had. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized. Every member of the staff was friendly, Organized, and very attentive. I will definitely be a customer for many years to come. Thank you for a great experience and please keep up the good work.

Guests Favorite Massage-Nancy does an amazing job! She asks questions to find out where your particular needs are before she starts. I felt great after I left her massage room. She also takes her career seriously and is a very kind person. She would receive 5 stars. Pedicure-On the other hand, Trinidad, though very sweet, did a poor job on my feet. I will definitely not use her again. The massage she performed on my feet was so light I couldn't even tell she was there, and my toenails are not cut as short as I asked. She would receive 1 star...that is the reason for 3 stars. I have been coming there for over 12 years now this ended up being one of the worst pedicures I have ever had.

My sister gifted me a certificate for my birthday. My massage(Diedra), facial(Julia), and pedicure (Trinidad) had me feeling like a new person. Definitely will be going back.

I just had my first experience at the Lane Spa and everything was 5 stars from beginning to end. Walking in, the space is clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly. I went in for a pregnancy massage at 37 weeks having had subpar prenatal massages prior to this at other spas. I expressed to Jacquie that I really needed someone to work a little deeper on the issues I was experiencing due to the pregnancy and she was absolutely amazing. I upgraded from an hour to a 90-minute midway through! Can't wait to see her again!
