The PSL office is amazing and I will only be reviewing that. Every time we go the ladies are always friendly and accommodating. The doctors are so nice and great with kids, they make my girl feel comfortable and answer questions from me without a problem. I never feel like the visit is rushed and I'm happy we found such a great group.

The girls at the front desk and staff have been extremely helpful and very caring and nice every time I come in to the office for my appointment. They are not in a rush to basically treat you like a dollar sign and they are caring and try to answer any questions that you have and for you actually like a human being and do actually care for their patients. I definitely recommend this office to any expecting mothers doctors are great super friendly, caring, and understanding.

Friendly staff, nurse was above and beyond with my daughter, calming her and even made us all laugh ! Appointment was on time. Dr. Pearson is very kind, informative, experienced, explained everything to us, and took the time to answer any questions that my daughter had . We didn't felt rushed. Is a very nice office surrounded with wonderful people. Thank you for taking such a good care of Bella today !

Front desk lady has no phone etiquette and no manners. I waited over an hour before seeing the doctor and a simple apology could have fixed the issue but the lady could only say we don’t have any Available rooms and asked if I wanted to reschedule.I do not recommend this facility, if you can go elsewhere be sure to do that. The doctor was great but the front desk lady needs to go!

Sophia was absolutely wonderful today. She is professional and made us all feel at ease. Dr. Pearson is awesome as well. We are very grateful for their professionalism and care. Thank you! We highly recommend this office!

The front desk receptionist /nurse was beyond amazing. Such a beautiful person inside and out. Helped us feel very welcomed and talked about everything she was doing. The Dr.Pearson was great too. Very pleasant and explained everything. Was very gentle with my baby. He explained everything in great details and for me to understand. Would very highly recommend

Dr. Pearson is very informative and really does take the time to talk to the family. I feel like my child is in very good hands with him.

Mostly (not all) all of kidz medical service receptionist/nurse assistants are rude, not very helpful. Their knowledge just to do the basics are slim. They dismiss patients as if its easy to set appointments, especially when its an important visit, and tell you well you have to reschedule. They also do not give messages to doctors when patient/parent call. I've been with the group for 5yrs and any behind the desk female they I've spoke with does not have good customer service. The doctors on the other hand are good. Whomever is in charge of hiring, need to reevaluate who they choose because it can result in patients no longer seeing that doctor.

Everyone is so pleasant, patient and wonderful with my daughters. The staff Sophia and Pam make my daughters feel right at home. The doctors are exceptional, Dr. Saxena and Dr Ramirez answer all my questions.

Getting this new diagnosis really changed our lives but I will say Dr. Ramirez knowledge, professionalism and expertise makes it alot less stressful to fight! We have confidence that my son will come out victorious and win this battle. Pam is also amazing and very informative. It's also a plus that they are located in Port Saint Lucie! Amazing Team
