Wonderful first impression staff. It was easy to get an appointment, the staff were able to communicate, and were simply nice. I had a cleaning as my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. The hygienist was gentle, thorough and considerate. Having my meeting with the dentist was again surprising compared to historical experiences. Dr. Menendez was a great listener, knowledgeable and kind. The facility itself was so receptive, clean open and pleasant. If I must provide a complaint, it would be parking. There were two handicap spaces well situated but that’s where it ended. The parking in the back is only for the young and faint of heart; especially turning the corner. Be ready to use your back up camera and skills.

Dr Menendez is one in a million dentist, and I've been to many on the past. He is professional, yet very welcoming, and he takes the time to explain every step of the procedure. The hygienist is also very good The ladies in the front desk were so kind as well, they handle everything in no time, BEST DENTIST OFFICE! The interior design, all the new equipment and being there is just comfortable. Overall, the experience was unforgettable and the atmosphere makes you immediately forget you're going to get your teeth checked. Thank you

Menendez Dental has been a blessing for me. They were able to a find an abutment that two other dentist had failed to find. I am very grateful to be their patient now for life. Everyone is extremely kind, very professional, and it’s actually a pleasure to come here as opposed to before when I was terrified of going to the dentist.

I have come here 3 times for cleaning The staff and everyone is very nice. They do great work the review speak for themselves very clean and organized inside. Parking is very limited, but there are some extra spots around the corner I just want to clarify I’m rating the service FIVE stars, but the actual facility I would give two stars! Upon entering, you are welcomed by a horrible, horrendous smell of cologne. The smell is so strong that you will smell it in your throat and you will smell it hours after you leave, to me, it’s not worth coming here. Researchers are calling fragrance the new secondhand smoking because of how harmful the effects are so to have this on 24/7 emitting a very strong fragrance all the time it is disrespectful not only to the customers but to the employees who work there. There is no need for fragrance if you have a clean facility. An alternative would be to light a natural candle again not one with fragrance.
