    I just left this store and I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful cashiers I’ve ever experienced. The cashier by the name Desiree was ringing up my items, when I asked her if there were any promos at the moment, she immediately says no. I continue to try to log into my app but it is not working. I can tell she is frustrated with me because I am trying to get into my ulta app. I pay and she proceeds to give me my receipt. As I am walking away, I noticed that she turns to her coworker and begins to discuss how I am not able to get into the app and that is not her problem. I stopped and addressed her and told her how unprofessional her behavior was with a store full of customers witnessing this behavior. I asked for her name which she gave me and she proceeded to motion with her hand and say just leave loud for everyone around the cash register to witness. I have never felt so disrespected and degraded. If a normal transaction with a customer can cause this kind of behavior to be displayed, then this type of field of work is not for someone like this cashier.     I appreciate the stock availability here, but I'm not a giant fan of the customer service. I will be the first to admit my knowledge of cosmetics and skincare is very limited, but every time I go there with looking for recommendations I'm asked things like "well what do you currently use for X?" And when I answer with a product that I purchased AT Ulta, I'm often told "that's really a cheap product, you need to consider upgrading your skin care." I was even told at some point that I shouldn't be using the Ordinary brand because "that's pretty juvenile..." I don't know what I'm doing, so I appreciate suggestions, but I often feel belittled and it makes visiting the store kind of intimidating. I wish the team there was more beginner friendly.

    Some of the staff at this location are very unprofessional. Today, when I entered the store I was greeted by one of the beauticians. I asked for a shade of makeup which she told me to order online because it was out of stock. She also suggested a setting powder. I went on to browse and later asked another nearby beautician to help me locate a product. Her name was Marta and she was such a wonderful person. She helped me select some awesome products and she even found me the makeup shade I was previously told was out of stock! When the first beautician saw me speaking with Marta, she approached me to ask “ if I wasn’t happy with the Product she selected”!!She even told Marta that she already helped me! So unprofessional! Customers aren’t own by you when they enter the store! I can speak to whom ever I wish to. The manager on site was informed and her response was “ customers always complain “

    Manager unpleasantly approached me upon entering the store. My two toddlers (ages one and two) were in a cart and he stated I could not enter with my children in a buggy. I had to leave my belongings at the front of the store to be able to carry my one and two year through the store at which comes a point it gets difficult to carry a combined 50 pounds. While I attempted, but putting my 2 year old down was impossible because she was into the beauty displays, grabbing the tester makeup, running into the glass shelves, all while trying to shop and also hold my other one year old child. This becomes a liability issue had my child been injured and all of this could've have been easily prevented if the store manager had let me bring in my stroller to contain them while being able to shop,

    I just stop and let everyone know to come to Ulta in Wellington and visit Susie in luxury She is totally the best. She helped me upgrade into Natasha and Dior and I never looked better. She gave me a new quick makeup routine and I never looked better. Thank you Susie, your the best!

    Fabiola in the salon is a miracle worker! I'll only go to her to get my haircut or colored. & the store itself is very nice and tidy, with plenty of inventory stocked. All Ulta employees are incredibly helpful, and they all have a vast knowledge of the many niche items the store carries.

    This is the worst Ulta in the area in terms of customer service. I either get flat out ignored or asked “are you okay?” instead of being offered help. I haven’t been in years because of this. I checked to see the recent reviews because it’s the closest to me and it looks like customer service is still an issue at this store.

    I was looking for a cleanser and Omar was right there to help me. He was super kind, knowledgeable and patience. He went above and beyond to help me. I am not a review person but I writing the review because he deserves it.

    I went to Ulta today for a partial highlight and haircut. The hairstylist was very nice but I am extremely unhappy with the results. I wanted the highlights to match the rest of my hair which the highlights were on the bright blonde tone. This is the second time since my hair came back as I am a cancer survivor that I had highlights always blond tone. The only reason I came here is because I had a $50 gift card but I should have just bought makeup. I don't know why the stylist put a gloss on my hair which now it only looks like I have one color of auburn allover not showing any blond highlights at all . So $107 for highlights, $47 for haircut, and $25 for this gloss thing so $174 plus a $35 tip only because I'm a decent person and she did spend 4 hours while I thought was ridiculous. I will not give the stylist name because she is a nice person, but I am now with a color on my hair that I do not like at all. I can't afford another highlight which would be what I need because I have one unsatisfied color. I have worn wigs for 3 years and I shouldn't have to put one on to get the blonde look I asked for. I would like to be credited the $107 for the highlights that were not received. A very disappointed customer.

    Fabiola in ulta salon is amazing . She did my hair cut exactly like the picture I showed her . She is so friendly and she suggested me some products for my hair care routine.

    I Came in today looking to change up my skincare routine. I never ask for help, but Omar noticed me and my mom looking around, came over to help us. He gave me the best recommendations! He was super informative, personable, and professional! Ive been having trouble getting my makeup to look the way that I want. He proceeded to show me all the products that he recommended for me, and redid my whole face of makeup!! I looked flawless! Not only is he extremely informative with skincare,he is an amazing makeup artist! I left there with almost every product he put on my face, and with a flawless look ready to go see the Barbie movie! :D Overall great experience!! Thanks again Omar for making my day and for saving my skin!
