What a cute and wonderful place this is. The food is overwhelmingly good especially the chicken sandwich. Staff is friendly and informative and I love the “be nice “ quotes everywhere. Thank you for such a friendly, lgbt friendly, new experience. I loved eating outside on the patio with my boyfriend. Wish there was one of these in Tulsa Oklahoma!

Great food and service. The French onion Burger special was amazing. First time trying the BIRRIA SHORT RIB MELT, which is on the regular menu, and it was so delicious. Definitely recommend coming here. Also, it's great that the sandwiches are bogo on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 5-close. 😎

Our 1st time at the lunchroom and it did not disappoint. 2 slices pizza, the roaster sandwich, and garlic parm madness on the fries, wings and crispy brussel sprouts. Food was served hot/fresh. Friendly service. We loved all of it, we will def be returning.

Delicious food. I had the hot Italian sub, minus tomatoes. It was extremely tasty. I also had the garlic parmesan fries and other than my breath smelling terrible they were delicious. Very friendly staff.

Literally the best sandwich I have ever had in my life(Short Rib Melt) and some of the most tastiest cookies I've ever eaten . Knocked it out of the park and staff is pleasant and welcoming. Prices are beyond reasonable and the overall place is clean.

Lunchroom makes some very good sandwiches. My short rib combined with the other ingredients was a very tasty sandwich. I like the Lunchroom as a non national chain. Server staff are very friendly and the restaurant has a very fun vibe. You can dine in or outside. So I really like this place.

Let me say this , I never make reviews but this place has won my heart! The food is amazing and the service is outstanding! We stopped in after having a not so great experience at another restaurant. And now this spot has lifted my mood and filled my belly. The appetizers came out piping hot right after we sat. Our food followed behind at a respectable time. Over all this lunch spot is amazing. We were told about their other restaurants as well, we’re looking forward to stopping by and trying them.

Love this place. Food is always fresh and consistent. My favorite and go to is the rooster sandwich but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Staff is also so friendly, I enjoy coming here when I need a break from a long work day. Only wish it was closer but I will always make the drive, it’s worth it, hoping they open another location in Miramar or Plantation 😍

I love supporting small and local businesses but the lunchroom fell short of what I was expecting. The food was fresh but the chicken was bland. Two chicken sandwiches, two sodas, and two cookies the bill was 50.00 dollars.

I have to say, I know the be kind restaurants don’t need any extra five star reviews but I had to express just how much I enjoyed my meal. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich, garlic parm fries, and Mac and cheese. When I got there I also got a couple cookies (pumpkin sugar and Reese’s cup). I took it to go and drove 30 min home. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and had the perfect amount of cheese and garlic and were crunchy and overall just yummy. After the trip home however, they weren’t up to snuff but hey, it was 30 min! The sandwich is the real star anyway. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life, the bread was fresh and so were the ingredients. It wasn’t soggy and it was an excellent (big) portion. If I was less inclined to eat the whole thing half would have surely sufficed. Last I tried the pumpkin spice cookie which is reminiscent of their snickerdoodle (so I’m told). It’s like nostalgia in every bite. Will be trying the Mac and cheese later but have high hopes (they top it with French’s fried onions 😍) (Ate the fries on the way)

Everything was Amazing!! The Brazilian steak sandwich is to die for! Even the basic Cesar salad is crunchy and delicious. All the staff was super nice too. Highly recommend!

what an amazing experience! we stumbled across this place while on our bike ride. extremely friendly service. Very unique menu and delicious food. We ordered the tuna poke- wrap, and the hot Italian. both were outstanding. highly highly recommend this place. They have indoor seating and a lovely patio outside. Spoke to the kitchen manager, Chris, who is very proud of his kitchen

Service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and kind . I only had a burger so i don’t know the quality of the sandwiches . But burger was ok not great . This is a place to stop by for a quick lunch . I will be back to try their Italian sandwiches .parking is easy .

I stopped by on my way to work today and got the veggie burger and fries. It was a very tasty burger!!! Served with lots of fresh arugula and their in-house patty was well seasoned. Fries got a little soggy but that's definitely on me for waiting to eat them. I'll definitely be coming back!

They honestly make the perfect breakfast burrito. It's perfect because I just call it in and then come grab it. Always hot and fresh and the staff has always been so kind. Don't forget to check em out for the BOGO deals Fri-Sun from 5p-8p. Delicious

Dog friendly. Great food, great service and good price. Friendly staff starts the meal off on a good note and the meal closes the deal. Definitely recommend. If this was on the intercoastal it would be packed!

Great place for a cheap bite. Their Rooster chicken sandwich has amazing sweet and hot flavors and the perfect amount of crunch.

This is a good quick easy spot to try. Open till 8, so not just for lunch. We tried the chicken wings, rooster sandwich, and breakfast burrito. All so good and filling. Ingredients were fresh and made w/ good quality. The rooster sandwich may be better in a wrap. The ciabatta bread was good, just too much bread. We also tried the mac n cheese which was super yummy. At the end we were very full, but in good ol American style, we got some big fat cookies to go. The cookies were on the very soft side, but still very tasty. I'm glad we came here and looking forward to going back for the short rib!
