I can't say enough great things about this Culver's! The staff was really friendly, and the place was very clean. The burgers were made perfectly, and the fries were nice and crispy. I will be back!

One of the best fast food places. The restaurant was super clean the staff friendly and a good price. We both had a double butterburger which was delicious. The best though were the deep fried cheese curbs which was a $2 substitution to the fries but well worth it. The fries are actually super good too so will be a hard choice next time on what to get!

Culver’s NEVER disappoints. Every location is always clean. They have a ton of employees either waiting on you, greeting you, delivering your food, or cleaning tables. Got the double mushroom basket. Delicious. Cooked perfectly. Unlimited drink refills. Friendly staff

I haven't eaten here in a long time and took the family for lunch before seeing the Easter bunny. The kids where very excited about our outing and I was very disappointed. I cannot belive Culver's think this is a suitable pattie size for a burger. They should be ashamed and rethink their hamburger pattie size. For almost $10 for a deluxe it surely isn't worth it.

Food was good and freshly made. Prices are a little high except for the custard / ice cream which is reasonably priced. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

I had an opportunity to eat at Culver's for the 1st time last week and I wasn't disappointed. I was referred to the restaurant by my mentor, Coach Keith. I have been seeking a restaurant that has good chicken tenders nearby and was unsuccessful at finding one until I ate at Culver's. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the service. The staff didn't hear my order in it's entirety but they made sure to clarify when I got to the window. They were extremely nice and accommodating. I have eaten at Culver's, 3 more times since then and the service has been extremely consistent. I will continue to patronize this establishment.

You know when this place first opened up food was great. But it's gone downhill very fast past two times I've been there from the food has been less than McDonald's. Not impressed at all especially for the price. The concrete mixer was half melted, the cheese curds were burnt. Hell they couldn't even cook a hamburger properly

It had always been a great experience when it comes to Fish n chips. The food as a whole is awesome and so is customer service. Drive thru is a bit slow but it's worth the wait.

Fast and friendly service. The seating area was super clean and quiet. Friendliest service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The food is served quickly and staff brings it to your table. Food quality is way above the usual fast food places and closer to homemade. The root beer float was awesome made with frozen vanilla custard and their own brand of root beer. Burger, fries and cheese curds cooked to perfection. I believe the price is cheaper than any other fast food burger chain as well. It’s like paying for McDonald’s but getting a quality meal in return.

Much better food (had double burger, fries, and a chocolate shake) than the traditional fast food chains. Staff were friendly and the ordering process was quick. Drive-thru is also available. Prices are slightly higher, but the freshness of the food is well worth it.

The food is decent. The burgers are very good but the ice cream is the best part! My favorite is the different flavor of the day. The raspberry cheesecake is the best. The staff is friendly. The drive thru is fast and the dine in speedy too. I feel the prices are reasonable. Food is always fresh! Highly recommend!

I'm relatively new to Culver's but can tell you that their Cod Dinner Platter, which can include either 2 or 3 batter fried cod fillets, Fry's or onion rings, Cole slaw, that and and their huge variety of shakes are awesome! The service is fast and friendly.

Food isn't bad. Burgers are pretty good. Service is far, far beyond anything compared to any other fastfood joint with exception of maybe Chik-Fil-A. The dining area is always kept clean and serviced regularly. Arby's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, these all need to seriously up their game when it comes to service and dine-in options.

I was in line waiting to be served, and a cashier lady opened up another register and called out a group of people that entered after me and totally skipped me. I called her out on it, but they didn't care. Another gentleman took my order. Would not recommend this location.

Not a bad fast food option. Different choices then the usual suspects. Fried cheese is always a good choice. 😁 Very friendly counter staff. Constantly cleaning the dining area. Well managed location.

This Culver's location has excellent customer service. Very kind staff. Clean restaurant. Great ice cream and burgers!! Thank you to the DM, store manager and owner for choosing such a wonderful assistant manager Rachel and great employees like Trace. This is how every restaurant should aspire to be like. They deserve a gold 2023 banner bc they exceeded the standards for customer service. Will definitely be returning!!

I ordered a fish combo, omit fries to onion rings & and Dr.Pepper. While waiting almost 15 minutes for order, he handed me my drink. I couldn't get the straw in. There was so much ice. I scoped the ice out with lid 4x to get to liquid. This was ridiculous, amounting to 1/4 cup. When I finally got my order, I mentioned it. He replied, "Sorry, instead of offering a replacement. I even went as far as to show him all ice outside my car. Then the onion rings were drenched in oil, a big disappointment, especially since I was paying extra. The fish was fishy, and the bread was Soggy. Well, I guess it will be a long time before I go there.

My deluxe burger was good, the veggie burger was lame. The shakes tasted good. Why only 2 stars? Because we both had stomach aches and diarrhea after our visit and based on the fact that we only ate here that day and nowhere else, I don't think it's a coincidence.

Single sourdough melt was pretty "thin". I'd get a double next time. Crinkle fries were good but the onion rings took the prize! Had to wait 20 minutes for our food which seemed like a long time. However, the restaurant was quiet and peaceful. We will be back!

Had the 2 piece cod dinner and she had the cod sandwich. Both were great and with 1 drink came to $22. A good price for good food considering it's a fast food type of place. Always consistent whether fish or meat to say nothing of their excellent ice cream. Like it well.

Burgers their burgers are to die for never had a complaint or any issues with the food. Always very clean and tasty. I definitely recommend the french fries are so delicious. You have to ask for cheese on the side you’ll love it.

I’m not sure how to rate this experience because the custard was very good but service wasn’t. I’ve never had an issue with Culver’s but today was a first. Ordered a vanilla cake cone and the employee came out with an empty cone in their hand and a cup of the vanilla custard. I’m very confused by this, it was supposed to be a cone with custard in it, not a empty cone. I was very polite about it and the employee said this is how we do it.

I enjoyed the experience at Culver's. Their staff was helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant visit. I ordered a burger and it was cooked perfectly and their cheese curds are so good. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of eating here. Everyone was super nice, the food was delicious, but what really stood out was that the owner is who took our order. A true leader doesn’t demand but leads by example. His customer service certainly set a wonderful example for his employees.

Good food, nice staff, and great place for families. Did not care for the fact when you pay they ask for a tip. It puts patrons in an awkward position, the management should really stop this practice.

Stopped by for a late dinner, and was not disappointed by the North Atlantic cod sandwich dinner at all. Hot and fresh, with a pile of cheese curds to go with. A dish of chocolate custard with fudge and whipped cream finished the meal off well indeed. Service was omnipresent - typical of Culver's - and cheerful. Just a great visit!

We go to Culvers every week. This time we were disappointed on our concrete mixers. All 3 orders were wrong. We asked for m&m’s on 1 of them and we found all of them had them. We asked tor caramel, none of them had it. What we ordered was not given. I’m sure it was someone’s 1st day and this will be corrected.

Amazing food every time! I also love that they rotate their custard flavors. We also love the variety for their kids menu.

Service 1 Cleanliness 1 Speed of Service 1 Accuracy of order1 The Food 3/4 2 of the Double Burger were ordered with lettuce& tomato it had 1slice of tomato which was small & a VERY small pinch of shredded lettuce. My husband added pickles which he had 1only. The amount of fries were also a small amount, when we eat out anywhere & order Burger & fries he alway gets 1/2 of my fries this did not happen with the small amount served.

Have enjoyed Culver’s for over a year but lately quality is on the slide. Had a Butter Burger that was so burnt it was crunchy…. Has the cook no pride to serve food prepared so poorly? It’s bad when a Wendy’s plain burger is much better than Culver’s top double butter burger…. Management needs to pay attention. I was so let down with quality lately that I call them, I was told a manager would call back, they did not, so I assume they also do not care! I live 5 minutes away but will drive 10 to get a burger that is not burnt to a crisp!!!!

One of the better serviced Culver's we have been to. Clean place, plenty of staff, and food came out quick and fresh. They had a few banners on the wall for some sort of Culver's challenges over the last few years and they were constantly in the top three, super cool.

My new favorite fast food place really good onion rings ,burgers and the fish sandwich is the best I ever had anywhere. The shakes are awesome they give you a really wide straw . If you haven't tried this place your missing out.

I was shocked when i received the bill. This was my first time ever hearing of Culvers. I had no idea what to expect and was a little surprised when i walked in to find it to be a burger joint. I feel like it sits somewhere between fast food and fast casual. The food was good, nothing ground breaking, but definitely better than McDonald's or Burger King. The guy at the register may have been new, but he never introduced himself as he stared deep into my soul. We ordered a double cheese burger meal, a single cheeseburger meal, and a cheeseburger. The total was $21 and change. An equivalent meal at McDonald's would have been $32 or more. Once we sat down, a lovely lady brought us our meal, fairly quickly and with a bright happy smile. For a place that is higher quality than fast food in all categories, yet cheaper and more affordable, i was blown away. Definitely a go to when I'm cheating on my diet.

Love the Walleye fish dinner or sandwich. Fast food chains should take notice.

I love Culver's however, this recent trip was quite the opposite. My family of 5 ordered and each of our meals lacked a certain quality of freshness that Culver's usually delivers. The cheese curds were soggy, the meat was flavorless. Quite disappointed with this experience. I hope this was a one time issue.

Excellent food people and experience for a lunch. Loved our butter burgers and cod sandwiches. Made fresh and fast fries where perfect. Greatest place since Bob's Big Boy...

The BEST location from Illinois to Florida! Freshest meals, exceptional customer service & wait times are not bad at all. My family's favorite place to grab a quick, quality, bite! Everyone deserves a raise here.

Many well mannered high schoolers employed there. All were polite, professional and helpful. We took advantage of the promotional 2 for burger it was tasty and we managed to consume the whole burgers more so because they were tasty than our appetites needed. I would strongly recommend this establishment over other fast food competitors.. enjoy

those are really good burger. I've never had it before. French fries were really good. too. hard to describe, but it's a crusty smashed style burger and a soft roll. tasted fresh. didn't taste frozen. I'd go back again.

First time ever going to a Culvers it was very good fresh burger and crispy fries and a great staff to boot! I highly recommend this chain.

2nd stop at this location. Upon entering, the restaurant got run into by a staff member coming from the dining room. We placed our order to a staff member who barely spoke over a whisper. The food came to the table pretty quickly, we ate and left. The buns for the burgers seemed like day old, not fresh. Guess the newness of this restaurant is wearing off. We will find another spot for a burger in the future.
