If I could rate 0 I would this place is terrible!!!! Overcharged me, billed me twice, gave me an inadequate physical(didn't even check my reflexes), didn't even go over the results of my blood work just gave them to me and didn't explain anything. And when I needed my BP pills refilled they said they couldn't because I had to come in if I wanted a refill then said they couldn't because my insurance didn't cover them. They just want your money. They don't care AT ALL.

Amicus Medical Center in Delray Beach,Fl has been a God send. Dr. Alexandre Has been the best doctor I have met for my Mother who is 92 with quite a few health issues. The staff is extremely excellent. Stephania and Brenda are always so so helpful with anything I need for my mother. Dr. Alexandre is the first doctor that actually calls you back when you call and listens to whatever is going on with your health and finds solutions. If I could give 10 stars on this review I’m giving it !!!

Nice, clean and friendly office staff. Nurse practitioner Ms. Johnson listened to me and showed genuine concern for my care. The front desk personal made sure I was taken care of right away, the office manager was sweet and professional. Haley made sure to be extra careful while taking my blood for lab work. My overall experience was a great one. If you're looking for a professional, clean and friendly staff, Amicus West Palm Beach is the location for you.

The best of the best primary care you could have. The staff is amazing!!! Haley, the MA there is very kind, professional, and helpful. She makes sure your comfortable and that you’ve had a great experience. The office is very clean, they are very organized (no confusion), and again extremely professional. Amicus is the best office I’ve been to so far!

I had such a positive experience at this office. The staff is compassionate and caring. I was in some pain when I went for my first visit, the staff made sure I didn't have to wait long and just made me feel at ease. My doctor who saw me was NP Johnson. She was awesome, again very professional and compassionate and was able to explain everything as well as a plan of action to put me on the road of recovery. I had a horrible experience from Amicus Medical Boca Raton nothing like this office. I'm so happy to have found this office and made that change.

They are the best! I want to add that Amaryllis at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. I see Dr. Ebonee Johnson and couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She listens and responds to my concerns. She is also very good at what she does and very kind and helpful.

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was like I have not seen in a very long time. Felt like a step back in time to a different age. Like when I was young 50+ years ago doctors and office staff treated patients like family, took time to explain and make sure understand matters. Yet still have 21st century technology for treatment not available back then. Quite a pleasant surprise from usual medical centers I've experienced the last few years, this one is a keeper!
