Just amazing! Honestly are one of the best pizzas that I ever tried in US. It’s also incredible how clean is the kitchen and the whole restaurant. We tried burrata and mushroom, Daniele and Star Marco 2.0 pizza. Cheese pizza for kids are really good as well. Cold beers and good wines. Service was perfect! we definitely will be back

Nope, I can’t recommend this place. We’ve eaten at so many good, local, non-chain restaurants in the downtown historic district of Melbourne that are better (like Dove III). My wife and I pass by all the time, and the pizza does look wonderful here, so were excited to try it. We got a “Star Laina,” which was underwhelmed by the ricotta, and a “Fabio,” which itself was overpowered by the Gorgonzola. However, in a word, it was all so very bland that we had to use every condiment provided (and some that were just reachable at the waiter’s station behind us) including: red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, balsamic vinegar- it made the pizza passable however, it no longer tasted like what it was supposed to when it came out of the oven (for better in my opinion). But one should never have to heavily alter a meal significantly to make it passable - what’s the point of dining out then. Sorry, guys, not my cup of tea.

Excellent service, nicely done interior and good pizza. Their in-house spicy olive oil is amazing. So much so that we bought a bottle for home. Bittany was our server. Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We'll be back for seconds. The servings were large so that we had enough for pizza and salad at home the next evening. Don't miss the star pizza and salad.

Melbourne location. That Star Luca Pizza was absolutely delicious! Just perfect with the salad. Also, our server Brittany was excellent. We were thinking we would have leftover pizza for in the morning….but no…not a single bite left between the two of us.

First time here was excellent. Great experience, nice atmosphere, and they tell you the story behind the name and owner. Second time they burnt the crust. Third time was great again. Fourth time last week was so-so…they forgot the sauce on the pizza, so the server brought me a barely warmed container of sauce to pour on it. He actually said he removed the charge for the side sauce…uh, you better since you forgot the sauce in the first place. With so many other options for “gourmet pizza” these days, until they hit the consistency in service and quality I’d think twice before visiting. Photo is from one of the better experiences!

Great little place! Very clean, bright and well decorated. Our server Robert was very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend the Star pizzas..... Dollops of ricotta cheese around the edge of the pie, and the dough was folded over the ricotta. Was like eating a little calzone at the end of each slice. We will definitely be back 😁

I did not realize that this place is technically a chain. They have a few locations in Florida however it is still unique and one of a kind. I highly recommend this joint for its extraordinary pizza and also that salad cheese stuff that’s mozzarella but not mozzarella. They also got the fancy Italian beer. I’m not into Nutella because I’m not a man child but they also have a dessert pizza if you happen to obsessed with that kinda thing.

Absolutely fantastic all around. We came with our dog and were welcome to sit on the patio. The service was spectacular with all employees being very attentive and welcoming. And the food— superb. Highly recommend making whatever pizza you order into a star. The dough is thin, crispy, and incredibly fresh tasting. Just beware that the food is *very* hot when it arrives at your table.

Mr 01 is simply amazing, from the food to the staff to the atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. Staff were extremely attentive, but not overbearing. We were kept updated when the kitchen got busy in our order was delayed. Although the pizzas are more personal sized and would get one per person the taste was extraordinary. There was a wide variety of options available on the menu. This was a tucked away little spot. I'm glad I found and can't wait to return to try more of their menu options fantastic food and staff once again.

Mateo was amazing! Didn't write anything down AND got everything right while serving 8 people! Was on top of it and super respectful!! Food was some of the best pizza I've had in Florida and the BEST in Melbourne!

This is a delicious pizza joint where you can tell they’re doing it right. They also have unique pizza shapes with stars on the crust filled with cheese. While this place ain’t cheap, it’s definitely worth it. They also give dough to the kids to play with while they wait for the food, which they really enjoyed. Would definitely return. Also, the servers are doing a challenge. Shoutout to Blair.

We had Yhen as our waitress. A lovely and very helpful person. We wanted for nothing. The Star Pizza is their specialty. It may be a little more than one person can but it was delish! My only complaint was that the music was a little dated. I’m old and some of it was from before my time. Well worth your time and money to go here!

My girlfriend and i had an incredible experience at Mister01! The pizza was truly amazing, bursting with flavor in every bite. Not only were the prices fair, but the service provided by Mackenzie was also top-notch. Her friendly and attentive demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I can't wait to visit again and indulge in their delicious pizzas.

Conveniently located downtown where there is an abundance of parking. The atmosphere is great and our waitress, Blair, was very polite and accommodating. We sat outside where we could hear the neighboring restaurant playing live music. The pizza was really good. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing to complain about either. Pricing is reasonable for the high quality. We only wish the size of the pizzas were slightly bigger. My son and I could eat one ourselves whereas my daughter and wife could split one. Highly recommend trying this facility at least once.

I stopped here for dinner with my mom and grandma for a quick meal. We were told it would be a 15-25 minute wait and it only took 7 for us to get a table, so that was great! Our server Adam was very friendly and attentive!! I would give him 10 stars if I could! We started off with the Caesar salad and Caprese, which comes with a warm rosemary, focaccia bread. Both were delicious! Pictured is the Star Michelin pizza which I wouldn’t consider pizza being from Chicago, but it had a great flavor! The ricotta cheese at the end of the slice was a nice little touch. I will definitely try out this spot next time we are in town!

First timer—the pizza was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Went with children and they were so understanding. Rhiannon was a great server and even made a makeshift cup for my daughter to help prevent spills. We got the Star Beckham, Coffee Paulo, and the burrata. Very tasty!

Amazing Pizza and Service. Robert was fantastic! They were definitely busy, but efficient. The wait was not long even tho they had a line out the door, food came quickly and was excellent quality. Our server, Robert, made excellent recommendations and was very friendly and attentive! We will definitely be returning! And a little side note: anyone from CT that loves New Haven style pizza will find pizza that reminds them of home, which is a huge plus for me!

Mateo was an excellent server. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He was also extremely pleasant to have taking care of us and wasn’t checking up on us every 30 seconds like some servers are known to do. I believe he also had some formal service training , as I noticed how he removed and placed things on our table ( I went to culinary school ). Mister01 is a favorite restaurant of ours and we normally get it to go; but we decided to dine in today. That being said, I think we will be dining in more often and specifically asking for Mateo to be our server. My wife totally agrees , with my statement on this post regarding dining in and having Mateo wait on us.picture is of my son , who we took out to Mister01 as a treat before he leaves for the Marine Corp and he absolutely loved it. I also ended up buying a bottle of the delicious Truffle Oil. I wouldn’t have bought the oil , if the service wasn’t as great as it was.

Meetao was a wonderful server. Food was fabulous. Had Star Luca with olives. Laura salad, shareable. Both were absolutely delicious!

Our friends suggested we all go to dinner there and I'm glad they did! The food is so good and fresh. They have pizza on the menu that you can't get anywhere else in Brevard. Even our 5 year old loved the pizza. My only minor complaint was it is a little noisy, but that has to do with the space inside being small and the kitchen is open. Don't tell anyone it's your birthday unless you want a very loud surprise! The server and staff were very friendly and helpful. We're probably bringing my parents there next time they visit.

Sean our server was great. Funny and great suggestions. I had the Riccardo pizza. Super yummy. Fresh veggies. So delicious. My party sat outside. Nice breeze. Extra cheese pizzas were great too.

This place really surprised me. The food was flavorful including the fresh ceasar salad with fresh dressing. The infused oil served with the pizza only heightened the flavor. Service was impeccable. All first timers are given the story of the origin of the name of the restaurant. Ethan was our server and he was awesome!
