I have been a member for 15 years. Everything is run down and the club is dirty. Broken mirrors with duct tape on them. It was once a nice club but I don't recommend it anymore. Tennis there is still very good.

Normal Family Country Club. Sweet Proffessional Front Desk Team Member. Kids Swim Lessons. Tennis. Pickleball. Phone call answered. No issues. Why the bad reviews I dont know.

This club is the best! They have tennis, swimming, basketball, fitness equipment and awesome staff. The trainers are top notch and the instructors are true experts. They have fun programs that everyone will enjoy while getting the results you want. Highly recommend this club.

It's hit or miss if someone's going to answer the phone. Regardless of the time of day. The steam rooms have been out in both the men and the women's locker rooms for months. They have run out of excuses. However, no one is giving refunds. Shaving cream is non-existent as it used to be existent, in the man's locker room. We read about all these improvements that are coming, but we see more broke down machines and as I mentioned, steam rooms, then improvements. Yet, we are asked to supplement an extra month because of COVID. Coming close to canceling our memberships. We can get this type of service and other things, for much cheaper price. We'll wait till the end of February. Hoping for improvements. At least repairs.

They really don't care about their members like a family. The cable has been completely non-performing since October 7th and I've reported it 5 times and and least 13 members that I know have reported it. Still, no cable, even after this 'Happy News' member letter. Whose happy about no cable for a full month?

I recently got a massage with Gaby at the Spa at five seasons, and I cannot say enough positive things! I came in, extremely pregnant and uncomfortable. Gaby took amazing care of me! I felt so relaxed and at peace at the end of my treatment. I actually ended up going into labor that very evening! I had an extremely easy delivery and I have to wonder if it was the relaxation that helped things along. Gaby is a miracle worker! Definitely go see her.

Five Seasons Family Sports Club is creative on how to include family activities in everything they have to offer. They are able to bring together experts that are able to give their customers the best experiences. The coaches for swimming and tennis are phenomenal.

Not quite Pickleball ready. Also not responsive via text. The gentleman’s breath stunk when talking to me about pickleball options.

Just joined after quitting another club and could not be happier. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Everyone has an "I care" attitude. Chaz, the trainer, is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. Front office Kathleen and Jack are the best! Harry is wonderful in the cafe. So much here.

I had a terrible experience because od lady named Sue on the front desk. What a awful customer service!

I don't actually go to the sports part of this Five Seasons, but go to see Tracy at her hair salon that she has in building. We always enjoy seeing Tracy and she does a fantastic job.

The trainers are attentive, very knowledgeable, and help foster a supportive, encouraging environment for members. I look forward to each and every workout!

This place is alright. Lots of old people. One bad experience I had was when my friends and I were in the steam room. We were using the hose in the steam room bc we were hot and wanted to get sprayed. All the sudden some manager guy comes up and tells us to just "Leave the club." He didn't give us any explanation, just said we were too loud even though we weren't being that bad. Totally ruined our day, and he was being a total jerk about it! The manager was tall, had a bushy beard, and I think his name was Matt.

Swimming pool and gym room is excellent. The restrooms have extremely good accessories to them. I definitely suggest this resort.

I canceled my membership due to ''Sue" lady working at the front desk.She is disrespectful , creating problems rather than solving them.That means they are not training their employees correctly!
