"When my mother and I went to the emergency room, we experienced extremely disrespectful treatment when we checked in. It is hard to imagine that people who urgently need help would be treated so disrespectfully. Despite this disrespectful treatment, we tried to be polite "It's unfortunate that such incidents happen in hospitals these days and sometimes you feel like you're not getting proper help." P.S It was at counter 3

I had the worst experience in this hospital. The patient's condition after the operation is terrible. The emergency room was even worse. After 4 hours of waiting, a doctor answered my question as to why it wasn't my turn and said that we should be patient a little longer. My pain has no patience. The doctors were nervous, the nurses were inattentive, it was really terrible.

My Daughter was born in this hospital. I can't Express how satisfied we were. The the nurses and doctors were super nice and attentious, we paid to stay in the private room, but it was not expensive and we were treated super well. We were lucky to get the hospital almost empty, so we had all the attention possible for the mama and the baby. The experience couldn't have been better.

Horrible patient care on the 6th floor ward. Absolutely not recommended, but unfortunately not selectable either. My father has been here for almost two weeks now. At Christmas it was a floor lower which was definitely better, also in terms of the medical care. (Each with the same symptoms) However, on floor 6 we did NOT see a doctor for a personal consultation and we were only able to have a doctor call us back after asking several times. When the doctor finally called, he had already been in the hospital for 4 days, they first said he had influenza and later they mentioned that he also had pneumonia. They apologized for forgetting this detail, but it's somehow unforgivable in a COPD patient with an artificial heart valve and a tremor. There was the same meal (lentil soup) several times a week and a cauliflower that was inedible and felt like it had been warmed up several times. The argument that came up was that he was old and people were looking at it as something soft instead of laying out a meal list as is usual in other hospitals. Eating also helps with recovery. There was also a moldy pudding that he almost ate. No apology just a downplaying of the facts. He wasn't allowed to shower either. Apparently it's because of the hospital germs, OK, maybe he's really weak. My father has lost 8 kilos during this time and I have the feeling that he has almost become depressed. When he was brought home by the transport service today, even the transport service was shocked that he had already been discharged in his current condition and we were advised to call the emergency services again immediately if things got worse and if they said that, why did they Didn't see the doctor? Now he's sitting at home, he's still having very, very bad breath, he hasn't been given any oxygen to take home with him, he only sleeps sitting up on the sofa because he's afraid to lie down because of the lack of air, and he seems more lethargic than in a better state of recovery. From the sofa to the toilet is a bit of torture for him and he still coughs terribly. I have every understanding that the staff in the hospital is scarce and that you can't look after every patient around the clock, but here I really have the impression..."after me, the flood of meaning." Unfortunately we have no choice as the rescue keeps bringing him here because it is the hospital "nearby". I'm angry and disappointed at the same time!! Shame on you!!! Update: My father was brought back to the hospital by rescue on February 10th, 2024, where he was "stored" in the emergency room from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. without water. When I heard that I went there straight away and then shortly afterwards he came to a room. My mother was there the next day where she was informed that it was an emergency hospital and not a retirement home. (I would like to mention that he was doing well in mid-January and even went shopping) Less than 6 hours later he was in the intensive care unit. The head doctor there apologized for everything and told us that it couldn't be determined from his blood values. He had recurrent/uncured pneumonia with influenza (despite being discharged on women's carnival!!) and he probably couldn't tolerate the rheumatism medication that he had only been given since November and that also attacked the white and red blood cells. The head doctor of the intensive care unit made an effort and was very friendly, but my father was now feeling so bad that he died on February 13th, 2024. The question that remains. If they couldn't have recognized it or at least taken the relatives seriously. I'll stick with it. Shame on you!

(Translated by Google) I gave birth to my son (caesarean section) in the hospital. Up to the due date, everyone was super nice. The doctors and the midwife. Greatest disaster after the due. After the caesarean section, no one came to change the baby and ask if I needed any help at all ☹️😥😥🤔🤔. There was no humanity from older staff (> 40 years). One of the employees asked us why we chose this hospital if I don't want to breastfeed 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 So the little one is almost two months old and breastfeeding works perfectly. The third day we were allowed to go home, I felt like I was born again. Sorry, no woman really needs to give birth in this hospital again after she has given birth.

We had our baby here without complications. The staff are super friendly and extremely experienced. The Kreissaal has a warm friendly atmosphere and is nothing like a cold medical hospital. We were very nervous because this was our first baby, but they gave us confidence and peace of mind because if anything goes wrong the hospital is 10 meters away. So we were able to enjoy the beautiful experience of having a baby.

It's better to visit another hospital if you have to go to the emergency room, for example because of cuts that bleed heavily and need stitches. First you get a ticket at the counter, wait. Then you are called to take your data and wait. Then there is the initial meeting with a helper who puts a bandage on it, then you are sent back to the waiting area and wait again. .. No one here cares whether you are in pain. Criticism in the reviews is followed by a request to do research, which requires you to work even harder. I read the reviews a while ago before visiting and thought it couldn't be that bad here... Yes, it actually is. At the initial consultation it was said that nothing could be said about whether stitches were needed and that a doctor would have to take a look at it. We then wait several hours for the doctor, who was then able to tell me that better stitches were needed. I don't understand the long wait because it had to be sewn. Complete nonsense. To top it all off, my driver, who also accompanied me, was allowed to pay an 8€ parking fee in the hospital car park (2€/hour, first 30 minutes free). Due to the long waiting time, it's of course a great concept to collect money for the sick.

Note: My presentation, which is based on purely subjective perceptions, says nothing about the other quality of the clinic's service provision. UNLUCKY Unfortunately, I suffered a serious complication during a TURP (surgery on a benign enlarged prostate). It seemed to me that the medical management and the nursing staff were completely overwhelmed by the resulting emergency situation. Surprisingly, the clinic was unable to offer me any treatment plan for this particular complication, the possible, albeit very unlikely occurrence of which I had previously been informed about. In desperation, I finally made my own efforts so that I could be transferred to the Cologne University Hospital as an emergency. Finally, it should be noted that I have been unable to work for three months now and have been receiving intensive medical treatment throughout. Nevertheless, to date no one has had the decency to ask me about my health, let alone express their regret or even wish me a speedy recovery.

Very competent and friendly service. The doctors do a good job and are always open to questions. Very present and nice night service. The rooms on number 7 are newly renovated and almost luxurious. I felt very comfortable here. Thanks to the entire team.

I give birth to my baby girl in April there, during the birth excellent, I feel supported, comfortable and well cared for, but the days I stayed most of the nurses are rude and as a new mom I knew nothing about taking care of my baby alone, because of the Covid my mom couldn't access to help me out so I was really stressed and the staff just stressed me out more making me feel a bad mom, I wouldn't deliver a baby there again. It's a shame because the Hebamme staff is awesome but the care you get in the room spoils it.

I went to the hospital in the middle of the night with very severe pain and I have to say that the doctor in the emergency room took her time, examined me thoroughly and helped me a lot, and the doctor in the emergency room was also very friendly. I was later admitted to ward 5B for surgery and I have to say that I received very good help there and the staff on ward 5B were super nice. I felt very well looked after there and would like to thank everyone on this ward and also the doctor in the emergency room. Personally, I can only recommend the Heilig-Geist Hospital and would go there again and again in the future.

My dad presented to the emergency room with severe chest pain. Although this is an indicator of a heart attack at the age of 51, the hospital did not act accordingly and sent him home in severe pain. Two days later he died of a heart attack. I hope that the treating doctor suffers the same fate. You are partly responsible for my father's death.

I gave a bad review about 5 years ago. Today I deleted this review and am writing a new one. My experiences here in the house have now been very positive. I was hospitalized for the third time in a year. The nursing staff, midwives and nurses are really very nice and do a great job despite the lack of staff. Unfortunately, the same problem now exists everywhere in Germany. I just hope that the assistants are paid well, they really have a hard job and sometimes a thankless one. Remember the following when someone does this job, he or she does it out of love and helpfulness, please treat these people accordingly. Best regards

(Translated by Google) 5th floor surgery: the specialist and some nurses are not polite. Thought I had to shout like a little child several times. Had to change rooms several times, for whatever reason. When a nurse and nurse asked me to change my room one day after my gallbladder operation, I refused and asked why. At that moment a third nurse came who thought she had to shout at me again the night before my operation, and I told her in no uncertain terms that it would be enough and not a small child, and waved my fingers at me and waved my fingers at me yelled at me, and said what I would think of to yell around here. When I asked her to stop, she started yelling at me insultingly in Turkish, probably so that my colleagues wouldn't understand. Of course I insulted her back. Could hardly walk, but immediately arranged for my dismissals at my own risk. Unfortunately I had to stay there one more day, because the next morning (today) I was able to pull out the harness. The senior physicians justified these events with the current severe corona situation. But with all due respect: not even a visitor is allowed to go to the hospital. And my ward was not a Corona ward, so there was no question of a difficult time for the doctors and the nursing staff Hadn't heard so good about this hospital before Corona. Had no choice as I was brought in by ambulance. Never again this hospital (Original) 5.

I don’t want to give even a single star to them. Yesterday I went here for my Geburtsplanung(Birth planning). Dr.Kleine is the one who was allocated for this. He pressed my baby bump hard with the ultrasound monitor several times and finally I fainted there. He took wrong measurements of my baby and told that the baby is too big(Contradictory to my Gynaecologist). He started threatening that my baby is at risk and cannot be saved if my sugar is high. He also threw my reports on the table and was not ready to accept me here for my delivery. Dr.Kleine is definitely not fit to be a doctor. Your arrogance should be kept at home and not to the patients. He told all negative things about my baby and delivery. So my stress increased and my Bp went too low 90/50. I couldn’t walk and therefore I was resting there for sometime. He didn’t care to check on me. Such a worst nightmare. Although the hospital and the other staff are good, doctors like Dr.Kleine are a threat and spoiling their reputation. Note: He’s a very senior doctor and a professor too. He was pushing me towards c-section too. I immediately went to my Gynaecologist and she re-assured that my baby is of normal size and weight and told that normal delivery is 100% possible. I should sue you for causing stress in me and making me cry. Dr.Kleine has to be penalised for his ill treatment and false information.

I had my first birth in this hospital in December last year. The midwives and also the nurses on the ward were all totally sensitive, kind and very helpful, and above all always very friendly. As difficult as the birth was, Mr. Little was the hero who helped our miracle come into the world in a natural way with the help of a suction cup. A very professional team where you feel in great hands. Looking forward to the next upcoming birth on April 24th.

(Translated by Google) I'm waiting in the gynecological clinic today, I was warmly welcomed by both the staff and the doctors. I was informed about my treatment and examined professionally. All questions were answered and did not remain open. However, I should go to anesthesia. I waited outside the door as prescribed, but looked for a form in my documents that I should fill out. I also received no advice from the doctor that I should fill out anything. After waiting a good 10 minutes the door opened and a little blonde woman with a Slavic accent came out. Asked me if I would like to have anesthesia. Me: "yes". Have you filled out the form. Me: "No, where can I find it." From a distance of 3 m with a Hand movements which felt very rude, she showed me where to find it. Only when I found the pages, fill out two pages and wait again. I don't have to say about arrogance, but friendliness has to work hard. It takes a bit of tact and sensitivity to deal with patients. Anyone who has reservations about this profession is, in my opinion, “out of place”. Even during Corona times! BUT it was worth the wait, the anesthetist a man with dark hair. Has convinced me again of the friendliness and competence of your hospital! Thank you so much! (Translated by Google) Unfortunately, I have not had good experiences with this hospital more times. In fact: I had high blood pressure for the first time and from the drugs that were new to my body I felt bad. (Pain left) Communication with me in the hospital was like spinning (it was late in the evening so I could do not contact my GP). Then I had to come to the emergency room 3 more times and report an accident at work. If I didn't move correctly, I got acute pain. The diagnosis was made: sprain and strain. That means: there is no treatment other than painkillers and living with pain for a few months. And have thoughts: why are my muscles breaking? I would experience the same thing the fourth time I was fortunate to learn from my physical therapist that this diagnosis was wrong. This is a blockage that can be removed very quickly. .................................................. ........... .............................................................

(Translated by Google) I was treated as a patient in the field of gynecological oncology at the Heilig Geist Hospital from 03/2020 - 10/2020. With a bilateral breast cancer ("breast cancer") I consciously decided against the long-standing and possibly (still) well-known breast centers at the University Clinic in Cologne or in Holweide and for the gynecological clinic in the Heilig Geist Hospital - and I haven't regretted it for a second. With Dr. Fridrich, Ms. Dr. Kirn and Ms. Dr. Boor, three doctors were at my side from the diagnosis, through chemotherapy and two breast operations, who always provide me with the highest professional and human competence, with care and seriousness in the matter, with heart and humor in dealing, with time and Peace of mind in the consultation and - last but not least, crucial - having accompanied a success in the therapy process through this challenging time. I have never seen doctors take so much time for discussions and individual support tailored to my person. The focus was never only on my clinical picture, but also on "I" and thus the healthy part of myself. This experience involves the whole team (from the reception, the secretariat, the nurses, etc.). Often it was the little things that had big things to say and in the end made a difference (appreciative communication with a smile, considerate scheduling, understandable information and explanation of the findings, uncomplicated networking with other specialist disciplines, close-knit empathic support, etc.). When a chief physician comes to the hospital during Corona times after a 30-minute clarification and consultation, which for understandable reasons could only be held with me alone, to give the relatives waiting there all the important information with calm, friendliness and competence giving and answering their questions says a lot about the basic culture and values / appreciation in the department. I was also very satisfied with both full inpatient stays on the gynecological ward 3A after both breast operations. As a patient, I was not only adequately cared for here, I was cared for humanely. From the high level of competence of the anesthesia nurses (e.g. because of drug allergies), to an uncomplicated room change, to pain therapy tips from the ward management, there were always little things above the medical gold standard that positively surprised me. Only the reception of the KH can develop in terms of friendliness and welcoming culture. I wish every cancer patient such spaces to breathe deeply, to reduce worries, to get out of fears and to find a growth in their own strength on the basis of trust. The team and field of the women's clinic was a "healing biotope" for me on this way. Not less!

(Translated by Google) My son 12 had a urological procedure today. In the day clinic. He was treated very well (me too) and the senior doctor who carried out the procedure did it so well that my son is thrilled. He has no excruciating pain, he has no urinary problems and his every wish was read from his lips. Just great. The staff was very friendly and especially very helpful. (no private patient) I always thought private patients were treated better, but not here, everyone here is a person, rich or poor. Thank you for everything. I am very happy to recommend the hospital, especially the urology and day clinic.

I only have good things to say about my stay in the hospital. The staff of the Frauenklinik took care of my surgery, and they all worked in the most professional way. I had a small complication, and they all reacted very quickly in the middle of the night! The nurses were incredibly friendly, they did constant check-ups. The facilities are very comfortable and always clean. I'll be always grateful for how they treated me. They all made very difficult days more bearable. Many thanks!!

(Translated by Google) I am actually super satisfied with the hospital, but the lady from the information desk is very unfriendly and aggressive. She speaks in a very loud tone to the patients, is very annoyed if you don't understand something the first time (if you can't explain it properly you can I don't understand it directly either) I've never seen one talk to the patient like that. Then the lady should not be surprised who she is treated the same way;) (Original) Ich bin eigentlich Super Zufrieden mit dem Krankenhaus aber die Dame von der Information ist sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv Sie spricht in einem sehr lauten Ton mit den Patienten ,ist sehr genervt wen man etwas nicht beim Ersten mal versteht (wen man es nicht richtig erklärt kann man es auch nicht dierekt verstehen) Ich habe noch nie erlebt das man so mit den Patienten spricht. (Translated by Google) We were there for the delivery of our son. I am writing this review honestly and factually. We were completely satisfied with everything, I don't really have anything negative. We were well looked after at all times. All midwives were friendly, loving and most of all they had empathy. There were some homeopathic alternatives that were important to us. The midwives always had the necessary instinct and knew exactly when and how to communicate with us and what tips they were giving us and when. We were not forced or pressured into any decision, recommendations were made from you, after which we always had time to discuss it briefly in private and then to make a decision. All around we felt comfortable from the first to the last second. In times of corona and staff shortages, they really made it world class and my highest respect. We didn't like a doctor because she somehow lacked the interpersonal skills, unfortunately I don't remember her name because she didn't introduce herself either and just started after the birth (a small wound had to be sewn). (Brown hair and weird plucked eyebrows) My thanks go to the entire delivery room team, but especially to Melanie Odenthal, Irini and Dr. Boor. Melanie and Irini are perfect for this job, they are human, empathetic and loving, not intrusive and also professionally well-read, they always knew exactly how, where and when it was best for us.

DEATH AFTER ROUTINE SURGERY! I am writing a review here on behalf of my late father. I myself was present during the treatment after the operation: My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer (initial stage) in January 2022 and at that time he decided to have the prostate removed and, on the recommendation of his urologist, the Heilig-Geist-KKH and was diagnosed in April The senior doctor then operated on her with a robotic assistant. Unfortunately, my father died unexpectedly 4 days after the operation. I can therefore not recommend the KKH and the urology there. Postoperative treatment was very poor. My father was very, very poorly for 4 days and there was no response. During the operation, part of his small intestine was injured and my father died of sepsis due to the stool spreading in the abdominal cavity. On the third day he also vomited brown substance, probably stool, in the ward. Even then they said everything was fine and completely normal. Instead of investigating the matter and conducting further tests, they placed a feeding tube in his stomach to combat the persistent nausea he had been experiencing since post-op. If they had reacted then at the latest, my father would be ALIVE today! I had to put 1 star in order to even be able to leave a review. They don't even deserve 1 star!!!

We had the worst experience ever in this hospital ! My sister had to wait for a surgery for 5 days with a hurrible pain only because there are “more urgent” cases !! She is still waiting in a room with 3 Patients right now while I am writing this. They ask for too much extra money if you wanna move to a private room. The receptions people dont speak English, which is fine ( you are in Deitschland ! ) but it is not fine if you are not nice and professional when someone speaks English with you. Overall, find an alternative.
