Wer so mit Kritik umgeht, hat sichtlich was zu verbergen. Man sollte sich 2 mal überlegen ob man sein Geld dort lässt. Ich werde trotzdem nicht aufhören meinen Mund aufzumachen sonst wird unsere Gesellschaft von solchen Menschen immer mehr in den Dreck gezogen. @Flexx, ich hoffe ihr seid stolz darauf, so ignorant zu sein!! (Original) Ich liebe Flexx, sehr nette TrainerInnen, viel Platz, sauber, Corona Maßnahmen werden eingehalten. Als Frau fühlt man sich wohl, sehr diverses Publikum. Bin zudem Urban Sports Mitglied und kann nur sagen: andere Studios, die wesentlich teurer sind, können sich bei euch ne Scheibe abschneiden. Es gibt ausreichend Geräte und eine große Auswahl an diesen, Cardio, Freihantelbereich, alles, was das Herz begehrt. Habe schon 3 neue Mitglieder angeworben- gibt's dafür Kommission? :) Bleibt so, ihr seid top!

Very friendly staff

I'm really surprised, I've already consciously tried out a few fitness studios from other providers in Cologne and the surrounding area - as a long-term customer of a well-known private studio chain - and now I also thoroughly tried out the Ai family's studio in Cologne-Poll some time ago. In addition to the extensive equipment, especially for the Hyrox area, the hall offers a very inviting atmosphere in which you quickly feel at home. This is of course supported by helpful employees. After I did a very professional and satisfactory needs analysis with Jil, I first tried out the devices. If I had any questions, I could reach out to her at any time and she even encouraged me to do so! I've rarely experienced this in other studios. I also attended Marie's yoga class as a beginner. Marie took this into account and always presented several options for exercises. The combination of her friendly, competent nature with a very pleasant voice makes her Definitely worth attending the course!! Overall, an all-round courteous service offering with satisfactory equipment in Poll. Unfortunately, I can't say much about changes between FLEXX and AI. The only point of criticism is perhaps the current bit of disarray caused by the takeover, but it is certainly only a matter of time. LG
