My
experience
at
this
hotel
during
my
2-day
stay
has
been
somewhat
mixed.
Starting
with
the
negatives,
upon
arrival,
we
noticed
that
the
hairdryer
in
the
room
was
not
working
properly,
and
unfortunately,
despite
reporting
it
to
reception
on
the
same
day
of
our
arrival,
it
remained
unresolved
until
our
departure.
This
was
a
frustrating
inconvenience.
Furthermore,
the
rooms
are
quite
small,
which
can
be
uncomfortable,
especially
if
you
plan
for
an
extended
stay.
Regarding
breakfast,
as
a
vegan,
I
expected
a
greater
variety
of
vegan
options.
The
breakfast
buffet
left
much
to
be
desired
in
terms
of
plant-based
choices,
limiting
my
culinary
experience
at
the
hotel.
However,
I
would
like
to
highlight
that
during
my
last
visit
to
the
hotel,
I
received
exceptional
service
from
Mohamed
Ibrahim
from
Egypt.
His
attention
and
service
were
remarkable,
and
he
truly
made
my
last
experience
at
the
hotel
much
more
enjoyable.
His
kindness
and
professionalism
made
me
feel
valued
as
a
customer,
and
that
is
something
I
deeply
appreciate.
In
summary,
the
hotel
has
areas
where
it
could
definitely
improve,
such
as
room
maintenance
and
the
variety
of
vegan
options
at
breakfast.
But
the
attentive
and
friendly
service
from
Mohamed
Ibrahim
showed
a
positive
side
that
can
make
a
difference
in
the
overall
guest
experience.
