I had 3 perfect breakfasts in Cologne with their consistently great croissant and cafe latte. The seating area is great both inside and outside. It's right next to the Cologne cathedral, so you can enjoy your coffee with a view! The staff speak English and were friendly. One of the best Starbucks outlets I've been to. Highly recommended it!
