Revised Review: I need to update my review after a recent experience. Despite being touted as a specialty coffee brewing spot, the disappointment sets in when you crave a simple filter coffee. It's listed on the menu, but every time we inquire, they claim to be too Busy to brew one. Picture this – a coffee haven too busy for a basic filter coffee, proudly displayed on their menu. If it's food you're after, fine, but for coffee enthusiasts, I'd advise seeking alternatives.

I usually like the quality of coffee in this place, but the service lacks quality. Today, during lunch time, I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the waitress to come. The place was not crowded at all, and we avoided being rude and complaining about it. After we called the waitress for the 5th time, she approached and did not apologize at all. I go very often to this place, and most of the times I have no complaints. However, I have to give a negative review, because I think it is a big responsibility to hire nice people, who can serve with respect.

Nice Cafe and good for breakfast. Café is almost prepared Like a Cocktail. It is a cozy place, also good for just enjoying a Coffee with a good book.

The servers here are friendly and helpful. They speak English, as well, making it easy for country guests. The coffee was enjoyable as was the winter salad. It's a little cold and drafty in the back by the door to the bathroom hallway.

Good coffee, but service was kinda absent….

My favorite Café in Köln. It's cozy and there's a doggy who works there. 10/10 employee of the month. Besides that, the coffee and the hot chocolate is without a doubt one of the best ones you can find in Köln. Go and try it out for yourself.

They serve good coffee and have a lot of options. The cheesecake was good. The service was not bad but the place was really full so we had to wait a lot of time to order and also to get our food.

By far one of the best coffee shops we sampled in Cologne.. if you want tasty coffee with supplementary delicious cake then look no further 😊 The staff were really lovely too. If we’re ever in Cologne, we’ll definitely be going back.

One of the best place to have the best coffee in Köln

Friendly staff with nice specialty coffee on the bar. Everything was well except one thing - on Saturday busy day there is only one barista and only two waiters. They’re fast and good but I really feel sorry for them, especially barista. There should be one more person on the bar to help barista with making good quality coffee. Shame on owners for saving money on employees.

Quiet environment and delicious coffee. The cake was nice but a bit dry, I also liked the decoration.

I visited here with my colleagues during a business trip and we were very satisfied with their service. especially, the male waiter always smiles and makes us comfortable. We are from South Korea and were like the only asian group among crowded customers but there was no rasicm and he treated us gently even though he was very busy. So we gave him a tip. After finishing our dishes, he offered us free alchohol which has coffee flavor. I would definitely go this place if I visit Cologne again.

I simply loved this place! Very good coffee, nice staff, delicious cakes, good music. All adds up to having a great time. The quality of the coffee is indeed very good. Looking forward to coming back!

Simply very good cappuccino. I took the double one. Not cheap, but worth it. I'm ashamed to admit it, but it's also delicious with lactise free milk and haselnut taste. The place itself is very atmospheric and cosy. Recommend it :)

After three visits at moxxa cafe I can say it's my favorite so far. For coffee enthusiasts it's the place to go, they offer a variety of high quality and exotic own roasted coffee types. In addition to that the best breakfast/brunch menu I came across by far. This is my place to go from now on. Oh and I can't forget the friendly and well informed staff !

One of my favourites in Köln! A sure option for amazing coffee (all styles, also cold-brew). The food is always perfect as well, last time I had a salmon/swiss chard with seasonal salad. & always, always an espresso! Usually it comes with a teeny tiny brownie, but probably not during the summer months.
