Leider mussten wir erneut eine ganze Stunde auf ein recht simples Frühstück (siehe Foto) warten. Die bemühte Servicekraft tat mir einfach nur Leid. Mir ist der aktuelle Personalmangel sehr bewusst, ich kenne die Branche, ABER man kann nicht an einem Sonntag zur Haupt-Frühstückszeit eine einzige Person den voll besetzen Außen- und Innenbereich bedienen lassen!Wir sprachen auch die Leute an den Nachbartischen an, alle warteten ewig auf ihre Bestellung. Wir bekamen weiterhin mit, dass mehrere Personen sich gar nicht erst niederließen, weil Tische nicht abgeräumt waren. Das sah im Übrigen sehr unappetitlich aus und zog auch die ganze Zeit Wespen an. Die süßen Aufstriche wurden uns mit ordentlich Verzögerung im Vergleich zum Restfrühstück und verschlossen ohne Löffel gebracht. Meine Freundin und ich waren heute zum wiederholten Male in diesem Café. Leider war der Besuch heute erneut so unfassbar unverschämt, dass wir zum letzten Mal dieses Café betreten haben! Es fing damit an, dass wir über eine Stunde auf unser kleines Frühstück gewartet haben. Als der zweite Nebentisch - der nach uns dort ankam - bereits ihr Essen erhielt, fragten wir höflich nach, ob man uns möglicherweise vergessen habe. Darauf wurde unfassbar aggressiv, unfreundlich und patzig reagiert, dass wir einfach nur geschockt waren. Anstatt sich kurz für die lange Wartezeit zu entschuldigen, wurden wir behandelt, als wären wir unverschämt und dreist. Da wir über diesen Umgang mit uns so empört waren - der sich leider nicht das erste Mal so zutrug - begann ich noch vor Ort beim erneuten Warten eine Rezension zu schreiben. Mir wurde dabei von der Bedienung auf das Handy geschaut und bei der Feststellung, dass ich eine Rezension verfasste, damit gedroht, wenn ich das veröffentlichen würde Hausverbot zu erhalten.
