The drinks were nice, everything else wasn't. There was no handle on the gents toilets, the ladies' couldn't be locked either. No drier or paper. The floor was dirty. While the food looked delicious, none of it had any labels to say what it was or what the prices were. When asked, the staff couldn't help. The tables weren't clean. This could be a lovely place but the basics just weren't there.

You can see how cool this place looks even from the outside! There's a car inside!! Pretty cool! The place itself is vibrant and full of color too, so there's that, really gorgeous. The service is also good here, at the start I felt like the girl had zero interest in her job, the way she looked, was a bit dull... But then she seemed to open up and even had a little laugh, so, that's why it gets a 4 stars for service, wanted to give them 3 stars for that, but like I always say, the experience is better when the staff smiles The food isn't that good, at least what we tried. Both my mom and I had a Hot Chocolate and a Tuna Focaccia. The Hot Chocolate wasn't that good and the Tuna Focaccia tasted like tuna straight out of the can. This place is VERY Instagram friendly, super good for a few Instagram shots. Really cool looking. But for food, there are definitely better places. Recommend for those who want a quick bite and a few nice pics!

Open Christmas day, which was brilliant. It was lovely, but quiet then. Went back on 26th December and the local market was open so it was really busy, but still got a table and a coffee

Very good cappuccino. I had the pistachio croissant and was incredibly delicious. Decoration is super cute and music is quiet. The downside is that is next to a busy road so it’s a bit noisy and has no great views.

Coffee tasted like water (we ordered caramel lattes, how could one mess that up)? The service was even worse - it was loud in the place, and the cashier got annoyed at us that she couldn’t hear us and that we weren’t shouting our coffee order to her. Pastries are bland and stale too.

A really lovely cafe with excellent coffee. A great way to start our day of exploring. We visited here every morning during our trip to Cologne this week whilst staying at the hotel across the road. It was perfect for a breakfast snack and coffee before starting our day (and avoiding the expensive hotel breakfast!). The first morning was the best as the chocolate croissants were still warm but they were still tasty cold too. I also recommend the cappuccino. Service was friendly and quick (but not too quick - care was taken over the coffee preparation; it's not Starbucks), it seemed popular with tourists and locals alike and had a good atmosphere. I also overheard them offering a range of milk alternatives too. Definitely worth a visit if you like good coffee.

I very like this quite, intimate place with great coffee and delicious croissants located in the city heart of Cologne. It's ideal for a meeting but also to have a coffee alone and enjoy the nice view outside. Also the service is very nice, kind and helpful with smiling faces :)

I have stepped in after long walk and because there was no better alternative nearby. The place looks tempting. I had coffee and croissant and I can recommend this place. Staff is noce, price maybe a bit too hight but acceptable. Because of location it is a bit crowded. Generally it was ok ;)

Nice to drop in out of cold while exploring Heumarkt Xmas Market. Hot drinks and sit down to rest feet very welcome.

Overall a nice experience. The cake was a little dry, but the service was very good!!!

Edit: The WiFi is miserable most of the times, which leads to -2 stars for me. The place is a piece of beauty, well decorated, very individual and lovingly designed. Everything seems carefully picked. The lady that makes the coffee most of the times is super friendly and the coffee is on point.

I was there 2 times. It looks nice and it seems to have a good coffee and food, but today I had a really awful service! It was raining and we decided to have a sit somewhere. But after I ordered and was going to pay I got to know that they are closing in a 5 minutes and I have to carry all my order out and who knows how to eat it.. Unbelievable! And situation could go better but waiter was really rude. She said that she can’t cancel my order now as she prepared everything. Come on, guys! Everyone has some misunderstandings, but you could be more attentive to the clients! It’s most probably that I will not go there again..(

My favorite coffee shop in Cologne! Coffee is really nice, staff is very kind, the view from second floor is amazing and they play nice music (mostly chill r&b).

Bad quality, a croissant for 2,5€ and completely dry. I ordered a Matcha latte and they gave it with sugar when I ordered it without. When asked the waitress she didn't even know that thier matcha powder comes with sugar already. They should inform in advance at least. Service pretty rude. Won't go again.

The pastries are okay. The croissant was stale. The cake was fresh. The prices are a little high. They had a big fly problem inside where I was sitting. Biting flies, probably 5 flying around me.

Home made peach ice tea was delicious 😋 the atmosphere is very quirky and relaxed. They have oat milk and decaf coffee.

We visited on a trip to the Christmas Market and needed a welcome rest which we got. Lovely coffee and a sandwich, nice selection of freshlymade food. Staff very friendly.

Very nice decorated and they have place for everyone :) nice and cuddly for people who want to relax while drinking the best coffee in Cologne and also a cute calm corner for those who like to work or study.. Also place for families and big groups.. The Café is so near from the train station Heumarkt and close to the streets, which gives the Café also an amazing view 🥰 The coffee ☕ is really good and they have the best Avocado-Bagels 🥑🥯 with different recipes.. A wide selection of sweets and cakes 🥞🥮🍩🍪🎂🍰🧁🥧🍫 I would definitely recommend this place and I'm sure that you will visite it more and more often 😊

I had a delicious mozzarella and tomato sandwich, bread was crackling fresh. The coffee especially hit the mark - not to bitter but also not to fruity - honestly a great cup of Joe. Everything wrapped up with friendly service. Well deserved 5 stars

Its a rare thing to find a coffee to stay longer and maybe study or read.(other than starbucks) so that really makes me happy. The coffee is also tasteful and fresh.

Amazing food and the staff are also great. They help us to choose what to eat and it wasn’t their jobs. The place is very well decorated and have a good view to street.
