Unfortunately
I
am
absolutely
not
taken
with
this
bar.
We
had
hoped
for
more,
I
would
be
happy
to
explain
why.
Many
of
our
friends
like
to
visit
the
Seiberts
after
a
nice
evening
in
the
restaurant,
so
we
wanted
to
try
the
Seiberts
in
addition
to
other
great
bars
in
Cologne.
Visually,
the
bar
is
definitely
an
eye-catcher.
Outside
on
the
terrace
even
more
because
of
the
'haunted'
than
inside,
although
it
also
looks
nice
in
the
bar.
When
we
arrived
in
the
rather
empty
bar
(four
of
us)
we
were
instructed
to
squeeze
into
a
small
corner
of
the
bar,
as
the
large
sofas
were
intended
for
6
people
instead
of
4
(we
question
that
there
would
be
room
for
6
people)
,
but
also
the
tone
of
the
barmaid
made
the
music
...).
So
we
nevertheless
sat
on
the
edge
on
small
stools
and
sometimes
didn't
even
see
each
other
because
we
were
so
close
to
the
curtains.
However,
the
barmaid
did
not
seem
to
care
or
as
noted
in
the
reply
from
the
bar,
it
is
probably
normal,
since
it
was
"well
received".
Here
I
would
like
to
note
that
we
were
also
given
no
choice,
as
we
asked
for
a
larger
or
different
seating
option,
but
this
was
denied.
And
contrary
to
the
review
reaction,
in
order
to
be
able
to
see
each
other,
we
then
carefully
tucked
the
curtain
a
little
further
behind
the
device,
since
we
had
more
or
less
come
to
terms
with
the
seats.
Especially
here
we
find
it
a
shame
that
you
still
react
so
unfriendly
to
it.
Because
we
have
neither
acted
crazy
nor
disrespectful
furniture
and
immediately
responded
to
the
"Please
do
not
touch
the
curtain,
otherwise
the
whole
curtain
and
rod
will
come
off
the
ceiling".
The
condescending
statement
to
list
us,
like
in
our
living
room,
and
the
reminder
that
we
are
just
guests,
reflects
the
same
kind
of
disrespectful
manner
that
we
perceived
there.
Because
the
hint
that
you
would
not
see
yourself
differently
here
was
of
no
interest
and
you
would
also
like
to
be
a
guest
-
certainly
without
affecting
the
host
in
his
well-being!
-
feel
good
or
at
least
be
able
to
see
his
counterpart.
Then
we
ordered
the
drinks.
They
tasted
good,
but
were
not
an
above-average
taste
experience
and
are
more
expensive
in
terms
of
price
(which,
however,
is
completely
OK
with
the
quality
of
the
alcohol).
We
also
ordered
a
second
round
hoping
to
have
a
bigger
taste
experience
with
new
drinks.
All
in
all,
unfortunately,
we
didn't
like
the
shop.
The
interior
is
beautiful,
the
barmaid
is
latently
unfriendly
and
Mr.
Seibert
responds
to
questions
about
drinks
and
compositions
(to
increase
the
taste
experience)
rather
arrogantly.
We
will
not
visit
the
Seiberts
Bar
again,
but
we
respect
the
fact
that
opinions
differ
here
and
rate
the
bar
for
drinks
with
two
stars,
the
feedback
here
and
the
way
on
site
ensure
our
personal
deductions.
I
would
also
like
to
add
that
criticism
seems
to
only
be
perceived
as
constructive
if
it
is
praising
or
positive.
Because
we
certainly
do
not
take
ourselves
seriously
just
because
we
use
the
opportunity
on
Google
to
express
our
opinion.
Because
in
the
age
of
the
Internet,
people
are
increasingly
deciding
on
(Google)
recommendations
for
a
location
and
it
should
be
okay
to
share
your
own
experience
-
not
only
with
the
restaurant,
but
primarily
with
other
potential
guests
,
Google
also
thanks
after
a
review
with
the
statement:
"Thank
you
for
your
review!
Users
rely
on
reviews
like
yours
to
help
them
decide
which
places
to
visit.
"So
maybe
you
should
respect
and
accept
our
impression
as
well.
Especially
since
we
do
not
wish
you
any
harm,
we
are
only
personally
disappointed
and
would
also
have
liked
a
better
experience
in
your
bar.
I
wish
you
all
the
best.
(Original)
Ich
bin
leider
absolut
nicht
angetan
von
dieser
Bar.
Wir
hatten
uns
mehr
erhofft,
gerne
erkläre
ich
warum.
Viele
unserer
Freunde
besuchen
gerne
mal
nach
einem
schönen
Abend
im
Restaurant
das
Seiberts,
daher
wollten
wir
neben
weiteren
tollen
Bars
in
Köln
auch
mal
das
Seiberts
ausprobieren.
Optisch
ist
die
Bar
auf
jeden
Fall
ein
Hingucker.
Draußen
auf
der
Terrasse
sogar
durch
das
‚Verwunschene‘
mehr
als
drinnen,
obwohl
es
in
der
Bar
ebenfalls
schön
aussieht.
In
der
recht
leeren
Bar
angekommen
(zu
viert)
wurden
wir
angewiesen
uns
in
eine
kleine
Ecke
der
Bar
zu
quetschen,
da
die
großen
Sofas
für
6
Personen
angedacht
wären,
statt
für
4
(das
stellen
wir
zwar
schon
infrage,
dass
dort
6
Personen
Platz
fänden,
aber
auch
der
Ton
der
Bardame
machte
die
Musik...).
Also
setzten
wir
uns
nichtsdestotrotz
an
den
Rand
auf
kleine
Hocker
und
sahen
uns
zum
Teil
nicht
einmal,
da
wir
so
nah
an
den
Vorhängen
platziert
waren.
Das
schien
der
Bardame
jedoch
egal
bzw.
wie
auch
in
der
Antwort
der
Bar
angemerkt,
ist
es
wohl
normal,
da
es
"erfolgreichen
Anklang"
gefunden
habe.
Hier
möchte
ich
anmerken,
dass
uns
auch
keine
Wahl
gelassen
wurde,
da
wir
nach
einer
größeren
bzw.
anderen
Sitzmöglichkeit
gefragt
haben,
dies
aber
verneint
wurde.
Und
zuwider
der
Rezensionsreaktion,
haben
wir,
um
uns
auch
sehen
zu
können,
daraufhin
den
Vorhang
vorsichtig
etwas
weiter
hinter
die
Vorrichtung
geklemmt,
da
wir
uns
mehr
oder
minder
mit
den
Plätzen
abgefunden
hatten.
Besonders
hier
finden
wir
es
schade,
dass
man
auch
jetzt
noch
derartig
unfreundlich
darauf
reagiert.
Denn
wir
haben
weder
Möbel
verrückt
noch
respektlos
gehandelt
und
auf
das
"Bitte
den
Vorhang
nicht
berühren,
sonst
kommt
der
ganze
Vorhang
samt
Stange
von
der
Decke"
sofort
reagiert.
Die
herablassende
Aussage
uns
aufzuführen,
wie
in
unserem
Wohnzimmer
und
die
Erinnerung
daran,
dass
wir
lediglich
Gäste
seien,
spiegelt
die
gleiche
despektierliche
Art
wider,
die
wir
auch
dort
wahrgenommen
haben.
Denn
der
Hinweis,
dass
man
sich
hier
anders
nicht
sehen
würde,
interessierte
nicht
und
auch
als
Gast
möchte
man
sich
-
gewiss
ohne
den
Gastgeber
in
seinem
Wohlbefinden
zu
tangieren!
-
wohlfühlen
bzw.
doch
wenigstens
sein
Gegenüber
sehen
können.
Dann
bestellten
wir
die
Getränke.
Sie
schmeckten
gut,
waren
jedoch
kein
überdurchschnittliches
Geschmackserlebnis
und
sind
preislich
eher
höher
angesiedelt
(was
jedoch
bei
der
Qualität
des
Alkohols
vollkommen
i.O.
ist).
Wir
bestellten
auch
eine
zweite
Runde
in
der
Hoffnung
mit
neuen
Getränken
ein
größeres
Geschmackserlebnis
zu
haben.
Leider
hat
uns
der
Laden
summa
summarum
nicht
gefallen.
Das
Interieur
ist
schön,
die
Bardame
latent
unfreundlich
und
Herr
Seibert
reagiert
auf
Rückfragen
zu
Getränken
und
Zusammensetzungen
(zur
Erhöhung
des
Geschmackserlebnisses)
eher
arrogant.
Wir
werden
die
Seiberts
Bar
nicht
noch
einmal
aufsuchen,
respektieren
es
dennoch,
dass
die
Meinungen
hier
auseinander
gehen
und
bewerten
die
Bar
der
Getränke
wegen
mit
zwei
Sternen,
die
Rückmeldung
hier
und
die
Art
und
Weise
vor
Ort
sorgen
für
unsere
persönlichen
Abzüge.
Ich
möchte
zusätzlich
ergänzen,
dass
Kritik
hier
scheinbar
nur
als
konstruktiv
wahr
genommen
werden
möchte,
wenn
sie
lobend
oder
positiv
ist.
Denn
gewiss
nehmen
wir
uns
nicht
wichtig,
nur
weil
wir
auf
Google
die
Möglichkeit
nutzen
unsere
Meinung
kundzutun.
Denn
im
Zeitalter
des
Internets
entscheidet
man
sich
vermehrt
über
(Google-)Empfehlungen
für
eine
Location
und
da
darf
es
durchaus
in
Ordnung
sein
die
eigene
Erfahrung
-
nicht
allein
und
primär
mit
dem
Restaurant,
sondern
eben
auch
und
vorrangig
mit
anderen
potenziellen
Gästen
-
zu
teilen.
So
dankt
auch
Google
nach
einer
Rezension
mit
der
Aussage:
"Vielen
Dank
für
deine
Rezension!
Nutzer
verlassen
sich
auf
Rezensionen
wie
deine,
um
zu
entscheiden,
welche
Orte
sie
besuchen
möchten."
Vielleicht
sollten
Sie
unseren
Eindruck
daher
ebenfalls
respektieren
und
akzeptieren.
Insbesondere,
da
wir
Ihnen
nichts
Böses
wünschen,
sondern
lediglich
persönlich
enttäuscht
sind
und
uns
ebenfalls
ein
schöneres
Erlebnis
in
Ihrer
Bar
gewünscht
hätten.
Ich
wünsche
Ihnen
alles
Gute.
