👍👍 Here history comes alive and can be experienced. Well done, it's a real experience. Only possible thanks to the commitment of purely voluntary helpers. Respect, that must have been a huge amount of work! The feeling is also really good when you come out afterwards and are just happy that you are in... Very lovingly designed by a dedicated team. Interesting insights and part of the history of the railway repair shop. It's definitely worth it and requires support.

Here history comes alive and can be experienced. Well done, it's a real experience. Only possible thanks to the commitment of purely voluntary helpers. Respect, that must have been a huge amount of work! The feeling is also really good when you come out afterwards and are just happy that you are in Cologne in 2019 instead of 1944. That's why you don't have to pull charred dead people out of the rubble of the city, instead you can go out for a nice ice cream. Actually pretty lucky :-)

How lucky that the association of volunteers not only looks after the forts, but also looks after buildings from the Second World War. Here we realize that first of all the technology and then the population were protected by bunkers. Even for the teams, the rooms were as small as possible without any comfort. The tour was competent and interesting and absolutely necessary. Otherwise you won't understand the meaning of the bunker and will just be trapped by the depressive situation. This bunker has a special history and the room where the effects of the bomb can be seen makes the war situation tangible. When you leave the bunker you breathe deeply and enjoy the peaceful sun and the park.

Super nice little private tour despite actually just filming, highly recommended and informative.

Committed leadership that makes it clear that there is no alternative to peaceful coexistence. It's a shame that almost nothing else remains of the repair work - Cologne is poorer for a place of thriving alternative culture.

We were there and realized that they had no idea at all. The gentleman was always talking about the German Reich until I told him that he should talk about the 3rd Reich. The German Reich didn't fall. I would also like to point out that we have to denazify ourselves Art. 139 G.G. The legal regulations enacted for the "liberation of the German people from National Socialism and militarism" are not affected by the provisions of this Basic Law. I would also like to point out again to the website Städtelos.info3, there are many videos that explain what is really going on here

During a visit to Cologne, as part of Cologne's city history, we first became aware of the EL-DE house on Appellhofplatz and then of the air raid control center bunker and visited them one after the other, whereby we not only became very aware of Cologne's past. It's good that there are places like this to remember how things should never be like that again! Since we were the only visitors on that Sunday, we had a special, very interesting and extensive visit with a lot of historical background! Thank you for this and for taking on the topic with such dedication! Greetings from the far north ;-)

Small but very interesting place. Calling it a museum is a bit of a stretch, but good nevertheless. The bunker guide was very friendly.

Great air raid shelter ..... very well preserved and the volunteers are super friendly and try very hard to explain it to you ... Admission is free but I would ask everyone who visits this facility to leave a small donation there

I'm very disappointed, I was there for the second time today and stood in front of closed doors again with my friend 😔😔 The opening times are not particularly helpful, especially if you come from further away and drive there specifically! A little tip: leave a phone number so you can contact them if something happens or put the opening times online more precisely with the date and time And not just the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month Greetings A. Steinbach
