The
access
and
paths
to
the
facility
are
very
littered.
Old
furniture,
garden
waste,
building
rubble
and
various
food
and
packaging
residues
are
ruthlessly
disposed
of
on
paths
next
door
in
Hövi-Land.
Packaging
waste,
especially
broken
glass
bottles,
becomes
a
problem
for
children
and
animals.
Tiles
and
concrete
that
are
simply
disposed
of
in
the
forest
from
the
garden
sheds
can
be
traced.
As
residents,
we
have
already
reported
various
violations.
Apparently
people
live
on
the
site
at
all
times.
We
were
particularly
struck
negatively
by
an
older
gentleman
with
a
black
dog.
Unfortunately,
he
doesn't
keep
his
dog
on
a
leash,
so
dangerous
incidents
have
occurred
several
times.
The
dog
runs
around
the
garden
area
and
the
neighboring
HÖVI-Land
without
a
leash.
We
have
a
dachshund
who
has
been
attacked
almost
three
times
now.
So
far
we
have
been
able
to
rescue
him
in
time
and
pick
him
up.
We
have
now
pointed
out
the
legal
situation
to
the
gentleman
several
times
and
asked
him
to
keep
his
dog
on
a
leash.
The
management
of
the
garden
complex
should
take
action
here.
Permanent
living
in
the
complex
is
not
permitted
by
law.
If
we
find
the
dog
off-leash
again,
we
will
inform
the
police
and
public
order
office.
Why
do
you
let
such
a
beautiful
facility
go
to
waste?
The
access
via
the
Vingster
Ring
is
also
a
disaster.
Bollards
are
constantly
being
lifted
out
of
the
ground
parallel
to
the
train
tracks
so
that
cars
can
park
on
the
grass
verge
right
up
to
the
top.
The
fire
department
access
is
blocked
and
blocked.
Driving
on
this
path
is
not
permitted.
Please
reconcrete
the
bollards
properly
in
the
ground
and
please
ensure
that
no
cars
are
parked
on
the
way
to
the
bollards.
If
you
continue
to
ignore
this
issue,
we
will
report
it
again.
Your
comfort
doesn't
exempt
you
from
the
law.
If
there
is
a
fire
there
and
the
fire
department
doesn't
get
close
enough,
you
will
be
partly
to
blame.
In
the
future,
please
ensure
that
the
tenants
of
the
gardens
comply
with
the
law
again.
We
have
now
looked
the
other
way
long
enough
and
will
no
longer
tolerate
this
anti-social
behavior
in
the
future.
