Four
years
ago
I
gave
them
5
stars,
now
they
barely
make
it
to
3.
I
have
worked
in
gastronomy
for
more
than
20
years,
and
Peruvian
is
on
my
top
3
favorites
cuisines
—
I
really
know
Peruvian
food,
I
also
worked
in
one
of
the
best
Peruvian
restaurants
with
Peruvian
people
who
also
have
restaurants
in
Peru.
I
have
been
to
Tigermilch
about
4
times
in
the
span
of
4
years.
Sadly
they
have
really
lowered
there
standard.
Just
let’s
begin
with
the
fact
that
Tiger
Milch
(leche
de
Tigre)
is
the
juice
of
the
ceviche;
which
should
be
so
delicious
that
you
end
up
drinking
it
at
the
end.
But
the
citrus
they
are
using
is
really
bad
quality;
if
you
know
and
you
have
tried
different
times
Peruvian
food,
you
would
certainly
know
they
sadly
are
serving
a
bad
ceviche.
As
for
the
other
dishes
I
was
not
surprised
either.
If
you
don’t
know
Peruvian
food
and
you
want
a
nice
atmosphere,
it
will
be
decent.
And
better
if
your
expectations
are
not
high.
But
if
you
I
know
Peruvian
good
and
you
expect
something
good,
sadly
Tigermilch
is
at
the
moment
not
the
place
to
go.
I’m
sorry
to
say
because
it
used
to
be
one
of
my
favorite
places
to
go
and
recommend.
I
will
give
it
another
chance
in
the
future
and
if
is
equally
bad
as
now,
won’t
go
there
anymore.
