The
worst
experience
of
a
lifetime
in
a
restaurant.
We
arrived
at
the
restaurant
at
12.25pm
for
lunch.
We
are
a
family
of
2
adults
and
2
children.
We
ordered
the
menu
and
quickly
decided
what
to
eat.
We
ordered
rissotto,
Rib
eye
beef,
Pasta
and
Schnitzel.
The
drinks
came
and
we
waited
about
40
min
for
the
food.
We
asked
the
if
it
was
going
to
take
long,
and
they
asked
to
wait
only
3
minutes
for
the
food
to
come
out.
After
10
minutes
we
ask
again
and
they
said
they
were
going
to
see
what
was
going
on
and
they
brought
bread
and
mayonnaise.
As
we
didn't
have
any
more
information
again
after
10
min,
I
went
inside
the
restaurant
and
informed
that
the
food
would
have
to
arrive
in
the
next
few
minutes
as
we
had
waited
over
an
hour
and
we
would
have
a
train
to
catch
in
45
min.
In
addition,
we
had
two
children
who
had
been
waiting
for
an
hour.
The
waiter,
without
even
apologizing,
brought
the
bill
with
the
drinks
we
had
consumed
and
said
that
we
could
leave
because
there
was
no
food.
Other
customers
were
looking
at
us
and
also
started
to
complain
saying
that
this
attitude
was
incredible
and
that
they
should
be
ashamed
of
the
service
they
provided
and
the
rude
way
they
were
treating
our
family.
We
are
not
German,
but
we
have
live
in
Munich
for
5
years
and
we
travel
very
often
around
the
the
world
and
within
Germany
itself.
We
were
never
treated
this
way.
We
paid
over
50
euros
for
2
bottles
of
tap
water,
2
juices,
1
cola
and
a
bottle
of
wine
that
we
didn't
even
finish.
Amazing
how
a
restaurant
can
do
this
to
customers
with
2
children
who
wanted
to
have
lunch.
At
least
they
should
have
warned
that
the
food
would
take
time
and
bring
a
quick
alternative
for
the
children
and
apologize
for
the
success.
They
shouldn't
even
have
charged
for
drinks.
I
will
file
a
formal
complaint
with
the
competent
authorities
and
to
the
hotel
management.
