We had a good stay in this hotel. It's a calm environment and easy to reach by train (line 7 to the city centre and back). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one off the top! The swimming pool in not big but very nice to have. The fitness is rather small. There is also a sauna available. I can recommend staying here.

I had a very comfortable night. The only reason I don't rate it higher is that the hotel experienced a mild issue with hot water for an hour or so, and my morning shower was just lukewarm.

I booked the stay as I have a few days of business close by. The hotel is good, clean and fairly satisfactory for short term business stay. I was however I very concerned and shocked, I when the cleaning crew entered my room sometime between 8am to 9am while I was in the bathroom, and tried to open the bathroom door as I was using the facilities. This made me very uncomfortable, especially since I had locked the door from the inside. This was very unprofessional, and a security concern. Knowing that anyone from the hotel with a master key card can enter your room even though it is locked makes you feel uneasy. Furthermore, I did an online check in, and provided all my details in order to have a short check in, but I had to provide information again at check in for the second time and was asked to pay a 5% City tax, which was not mentioned at the time I made the booking. I was informed via the app I made my booking that I do not need to pay anything at the hotel I sincerely hope that they address this issue.

It is fine for one night, good size, friendly service and good location for shops and fast food, to improve the size of the beds / the distribution of the bathroom, everything is very uncomfortable and the climate does not have much power in this time of extreme heat. Recommended for a break on the road.

Great hotel who is located outside of Cologne city. International breakfast (hot and cold food). And amazing spa area(swimming pool, sauna, fitness). Super Reception desk and employee.

It's not a luxury hotel , certainly not a 4 star hotel but a basic hotel which is 20-30 mins tram ride to center, quite convenient cause the tram stop is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The room is also a basic , normal room , no luxury and not the prettiest view, cause the area looks like it's stuck in the 90s • like most of the former west Germany. But if you look something normal priced and close to the city then is ideal.

For a 4 star Hotel, there is nothing 4 star about it.. far from City Center , Basic room amenities , extra charge for parking .. good thing is , it’s quite , that’s it

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why it's considered a 4-star hotel. The room was small, but quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the shower was great! The menu in the restaurant is strange and rather limited. There was nothing for my picky teen. Not much of a lobby area. Quite far from city center, but the tram is just nearby and the parking is reasonable. Be advised there are no other restaurants nearby even by car (some fast food, though, and a huge grocery store).

It's not our first time to this hotel (in family trip). The 4 stars experience is not really there ROOM We were again disappointed with the cleanliness of the room : Ground was dirty, we won't be able to walk barefoot because of hairs, dirt and dust in the small place of the room (and won't tell you what it was below the bed)... BREAKFAST Nice assortment but the freshness of the salmon was for the three breakfasts not correct at all. Was it a problem with the freezer, the fish seems to be dry and with a crust on it... FITNESS AREA Bicycle is not working properly (strange sound on the wheels and not fluid) Dumbbells and barbells are missing (only one small is available...) Can be improved easily to be fully operational! CONCLUSION I'll book again to your hotel because I can imagine that it will change for the future stay!

First of all, I wanted to tell you that the hotel's distance from the city is one of the worst things about this hotel. The money they get is not appropriate for the services they provide.

The room was small but ok the service fantastic, but the environment is too noisy.

Booking, check in and parking was all as expected and simple, efficient and organised. However, the elevator and corridors had a bad smell of sweat and body odour and our room was stuffy and smelly. The restaurant, which we have visited satisfactorily several times before, was awful; the service was very slow, wrong drinks brought and food was delivered in parts, not as one course. One meal was overcooked and burned, but there was no one with whom to raise this despite several attempts. One water glass had lipstick marks from a previous user, and this took ages to resolve, despite being a very simple matter. The serving staff were obviously over stretched and inexperienced as several drinks were spilt on guests while we were dining, and tables took far too long to clear. Despite wanting dessert and coffee, we left the restaurant after being ignored for a considerable time.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Cologne within walking distance of the tram and bus station; our room was small but cozy and well-furnished, with a good internet connection, fridge, and kettle. We had a bath and a complete set of towels. Unfortunately, toiletries were not individually packed. Breakfast was OK, with berries and different delicacies. However, vegetable assortment and hot dishes variety could be improved. If you are coming for a longer stay, consider that they serve the same food daily. The swimming pool was great, open all day long. The sauna could be opened not only in the evening time but also in the morning. Unfortunately, there was no yoga mat or dumbells in the fitness room, only cardio equipment. Room prices were astronomically increased due to IDS.

The hotel has comfortable reasonable sized rooms with pleasant personal. Located rather far from city center but easily accessible with car and public transport. Plenty of supermarkets and food options around, so no problem with getting food even with rather bad opening hours of hotel restaurant.

Clean with hard mattress which I like. Pillow is soft as usual. No toiletries except hand gel, shower gel and shampoo that are all in one. On my last stay someone knock the door and immediately broke into our room in the morning. We informed Front Desk and she said that it might be a housekeeping...she compensated with free parking for our 2 nights stays that you have to pay for 10euro per night.

Fine hotel, outside Köln but near the highway (61). Good food in the bar, delicious Hungarian Goulash Soup. Room is also OK, bit of outdated look and feel but clean. Nice badroom with bath, plenty of space.

really bad service! 8:50 I was sleeping in the room. Someone entered in to my room without only one second knock in. As confirmed by the reception, this man is the cleaning staff(but not belong to the hotel) As I complained to the reception, no one responses me until I checked out. When I checked out in 10:30, I complained to the reception again. The reception man uses a really bad attitude and says sorry to me. It seems like I was doing something wrong and he was angry at me. To be honest, I only want a formal apology. But the reception said fake sorry and nothing with a really bad attitude! Please imagine, with such staff, how can you sleep safely and leave personal things without worry in this hotel. The bad reception in this hotel make me lose confidence in this hotel and the Accor group. I would complain to the group and I would suggest my friends and colleagues never order this hotel. If you want to have a bad mood during travel, please come to this hotel! By the way, the cleaning of the room is not so good. I found the kettle in the room have some water left which looks disgusting and dirty. I had to ask the reception for a new kettle.
