was
sleeping
in
the
room.
Someone
entered
in
to
my
room
without
only
one
second
knock
in.
As
confirmed
by
the
reception,
this
man
is
the
cleaning
staff(but
not
belong
to
the
hotel)
As
I
complained
to
the
reception,
no
one
responses
me
until
I
checked
out.
When
I
checked
out
in
10:30,
I
complained
to
the
reception
again.
The
reception
man
uses
a
really
bad
attitude
and
says
sorry
to
me.
It
seems
like
I
was
doing
something
wrong
and
he
was
angry
at
me.
To
be
honest,
I
only
want
a
formal
apology.
But
the
reception
said
fake
sorry
and
nothing
with
a
really
bad
attitude!
Please
imagine,
with
such
staff,
how
can
you
sleep
safely
and
leave
personal
things
without
worry
in
this
hotel.
The
bad
reception
in
this
hotel
make
me
lose
confidence
in
this
hotel
and
the
Accor
group.
I
would
complain
to
the
group
and
I
would
suggest
my
friends
and
colleagues
never
order
this
hotel.
If
you
want
to
have
a
bad
mood
during
travel,
please
come
to
this
hotel!
By
the
way,
the
cleaning
of
the
room
is
not
so
good.
I
found
the
kettle
in
the
room
have
some
water
left
which
looks
disgusting
and
dirty.
I
had
to
ask
the
reception
for
a
new
kettle.
