The first sign that these guys knew a thing or two about meat is the butcher shop like glass display with the fresh cuts and varieities . It included ribs, liver and cuts not readily found in regular supermarkets. There is also the beckoning aroma of griling meat coming from the hot coal grill. I was home! The grill masters prepare the meat to perfection leaving it succulant and soft. The portions are generous with complementary freshly baked breads and house made dips, side salads accompany most meat orders so bring your appetite. Whenever its cold grey, rainy and I miss the BBQ's back home or just crave a good meat dish this is my number 1 go to place in Köln.

Service has always been hit and miss. This time a part of our order came late. No biggie. But the Ayran was pure water, which I mentioned to a passing waiter.
