Nice and clean room good pricing! I would Stay here again!

Stayed here because event in Lanxess area. I like that the window can be opened (prefer fresh air than AC).

We have stayed one night at the Hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. Room was very nice, clean and small! Breakfast was really good.

Everything was perfect. The only comment I have is that there are no iron and ironing board available for guests. If you are going for business and need to iron out your shirt, there are no services in this establishment.

Terrible experience at this hotel. No hot water on the first morning, took cold showers. Asked at the desk about it on our way out, and the desk agent pretended not to know anything about it, but that he would check and follow up with us. Returned that night, no follow up, so assumed all was fixed. 2nd morning, still no hot water. Enquired at the desk again, this time they acknowledged that the whole building had no hot water for the 2nd day. Desk agent promised follow up again, that management was discussing compensation. Pointed out that no one followed up yesterday, but was assured that he would. Returned that evening to no follow up from anyone again. At check out, asked what the resolution would be, agent didn't know we had any problem. When asked about the lack of hot water for 2 full days, the agent said we should have spoken to them at the time!!! I explained that we had, but he again could do nothing and promised a follow up by email from the hotel manager. Needless to say, that follow up never came again! I emailed their head office about what was going on with the problems at the hotel, and the complete failure of customer service. They replied to me that they were pleased there was a "quick solution" of the problem!!! They didn't feel that there was any call for compensation for either the lack of hot water, or the hotels response!! They begrudgingly offered a €20 voucher toward a future stay! Lol. They clearly need that €20 more than me, they can keep it!! Find a different hotel to stay, the B&B clearly feels that the new Customer Service is No Service.

Basic room but very nice and friendly interior and very clean. Got everything you need for a short stay.

Nice hotel. Very good position for local restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

The bed was not comfortable but the room was clean and the proximity to the LANXESS arena, where we had to attend a comedy show, was really good. The staff is nice, and the check-in is super quick. Very ok for 1 night but I would say not more due to how uncomfortable the bed was.

Check in was efficient and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well worth the 10,50€

I booked the hotel because of the FREE PARKING! But surely when I arrived they did not have any available places. I just canceled the reservation immediately.

The rooms were small, and the bathrooms were a bit dirty. Efficient use of space provided. But at the moment and of day cost effective. The staff is very friendly and helps guests promptly.

hotel was fine and good location. rooms are small but thats what we expected. One negative incident was that we were woke up by staff at 7:30 am by knocking and opening our door. (presumably cleaning crew) Innappropriate to be doing this at such an hour.

Rooms were sufficient. Services at the front desk was lacking. The redeeming feature is the location of the hotel, being within walking distance to the laxness arena.

Small rooms with non working AC. It is right next to the tracks, so leaving the window open is very noisy. The room was clean and it was near an sbahn station.

We travelled from London by road and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Perhaps a bit pricey but overall the quality was good. The continental breakfast is worth paying for.

I would not recommend a hotel for unpleasant experience (someone lit a cigarette in 3 in the night, and we all had to get out of the hotel on rain and wind, a very stressful experience, no one later apologized or explained what it was about, when you were awakened by an unpleasant and loud siren in three nights It 's not easy for you). Unkind staff at the front desk, we're not going back there!

First encounter with the reception I asked about parking, as we had searched a hotel with parking, they had none. They directed me to a pay and display saying that it cost €12 for 24hrs. It was actually €10 for 48hrs, I didn't go to reception for any more information. After that things got worse, the rooms are small and stuffy and if you wanted air and opened the windows at night on our side of the hotel, you would hear the trains 100 meters away and the police car sirens when they went out. If that wasn’t enough, noisy guests at 3-4 in the morning in the car park would. wake you. The hotel had only 1 vending machine for cold drinks which was out of service.

I booked a room for 4 people but when I'm booking the room I submitted 3 of us name because 1 of us was not certain to come. When it was certain I called the hotel and they told me that you need to book one more room for forth person although room was for 4 people. Their excuse was "forth bed is for child". They wanted money from us for 1 night 1 person room as amount as for 5 nights 4 people room.

It's great to see that everything was in perfect order as was to be expected. Attentive staff, clean premises and good and healthy breakfast.

Great hotel and very clean tidy and in the center of the city and with a shopping mal very close by 5 min walk. Only problem is its parking spaces its way too little after 4 pm its full and you have to park at the shopping mall for 3 eur per day

The hotel is very good, the location also very good and there is alot of restaurants near it. I will come again for sure

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, the room was warm and clean and in a very convenient position for the lanxess arena.

The experience was enjoyable. The hotel is in a pretty good area, being close both to public transport stations as well as Lanxess Arena, which was great because I went to a concert there during my stay. The rooms are cozy, practical and clean. The breakfast was also great.
