Rooms are small but nice. No kettle in room or water so make sure you buy some drinks from local shop. As far as a restaurant goes it’s not it’s a room with a counter in the middle for a continental breakfast, very limited options and the staff close it down approximately 30 mins before advertises then after watching you make a drink at the end they are closing they shout at you. Overall nice hotel ideal for a bed for the night but would look to book somewhere with a little more amenities especially for the price Very costly for the very little service you get I would say level of amenities and service lower than a premier inn but nicer rooms here.

Awoken very early in the morning by rubbish bins, delivery drivers to the shops and hotel. Best advice don't stay on the 1st floor next to the service alley. Breakfast was a complete free for all

Hotel is great location, central Cologne with walking distance to all places central, including main train station. Rooms are standard motel one, but building doesn't feel very new and a bit aged. Service at breakfast could've been much better - there basically was no staff. No one even checks if you booked breakfast or not.

Excellent hotel, we had a hurry, and we were able to check in at 2 o'clock without previous reservation. The staff was so friendly and the rooms very modern and clean. The bathroom was in perfect conditions, and we were able to sleep very well.

Good hotel, would stay again. Although this location is off a busy main road, it is quiet from traffic and felt safe enough for a solo traveler. The room and lobby were clean, and the staff was very kind. We left early and it was no hassle, I was refunded on the spot. Parking at the location was easy and can fit large vehicles with no problem. It is pet friendly, but there are no easily accessible green pots for animal relief.

Nice professional stay. Very close to Neumarkt tram and Ubahn Station. Clean, Standard Motel one room. Could store luggage here before check in time. Everything as expected. Next to a public parking garage where you can park.

Nice and modern hotel. Rooms were quite nice, not much noise from the street or other bedrooms. I think they lack some lights, places to leave the luggage (inside the bedroom) and a minibar. Check with reception if you have to be early in the breakfast. But first, you should check it before pay it. It's a little bit expensive. There's no hot options, not a lot of cheeses and cold cuts, they could have more bread, juices... For the price, I expected more. I understand it's all "Bio" but it's not enough. Service in the buffet was really nice and attentive. As well as reception, they helped us without hesitation, they made their best to speak with everyone in the group... So staff is 10/10

Clean room and a good size. Staff were friendly. Location was good as we could walk everywhere from the hotel! I would describe this hotel as somwhere between between budget and luxury. There was no water or hot drinks in the room, however the bed itself was super comfy!

Everything was great reception was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself located in the heart of Köln everything is walking distance. The common area and the room was very clean,the room wasn't noisy at all the bed was very comfortable, the automatic fire feature was very cool. Really great extensive gin menu, it's shame we didn't have time to try them all. The one downside was a member of staff being unfriendly and short in the bar. All in all I would recommend this Hotel thats for sure.

The bed sleeps nice, the room was very clean. You're welcomed with a Fireplace on the tvscreen very cosy. The seats naar the bar are very relaxing. And it loods all nice and cosy.

Another great Motel One installations with everything you need in great style. Sadly the bar is missing Bombay gin and Long Islabd Ice Tea cocktail options, but as it is a great place to hang out as it is open 24/7 and attracts locals and hotel guests at the same time. The breakfast is great, but could do with some British breakfast options.

Nice hotel, beautiful lobby, good ambience overall, nice and cozy rooms, good housekeeping service. I really liked the lobby. We stayed here for few days and every evening we used to sit down in the lobby enjoying our drinks. The rooms are cozy but a little small for two people. Housekeeping comes everyday. The rooms are cleaned, the towels are changed on a daily basis. The breakfast is fine although. Did not like the breakfast that much. Overall experience was good.

Stayed here one night on my trip & it was nice! I showed up a few hours early due to my train arrival & was still allowed to checkin. Room & bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable! Good location, very small rooms without the possibility of refrigerator/minibar. Limited breakfast, products (for example: cheese) are in small quantities. I recommend for a maximum of 2 nights. Transit hotels (2-3 stars) are available, with at least similar conditions.

Had a nice 3 nights with good medium length walks in the city, great breakfast, friendly staff both at reception and breakfast.

It pains me to give this place a mediocre review because it’s only one glaring issue that really brings down the quality of the stay here. The lounge is beautiful, the rooms are clean and modern, and everything is great at first glance. However, this is a hotel that accommodates 600 people or so and the soundproofing is virtually non-existent. You can hear the rooms to your sides and above banging about. Visitors are walking through the hallways at all hours talking amongst themselves and you can hear what they are saying word for word. You’d think they would be more aware of how loud the sound is from the hallways considering they’re staying in the same building but that is not the case. With so many people staying at this hotel and people moving about at all hours, the level of soundproofing is just unacceptable.

Unfortunately my room wasn't clean. I only found out when I came back from a work event late at night, so I didn't notify the hotel. I found several hairs that definitely weren't mine and there was an odd trail in the shower. My colleagues had rooms in the same hotel and did get clean rooms, so maybe I was unlucky. The bed was OK. I had a room for one person and got a tiny blanket that was smaller than the queen bed. All in all, not the best experience. I would argue however that for the location you probably can't beat it. So if that is your nr 1 priority in booking, then go for it.

Very modern hotel, centrally located close to good public transport nodes. Staff is generally friendly and service is efficient, even though there were checkin queues out the front door at times. Unfortunately I think they have dropped the ball in trying to cut costs wherever possible….something that is probably not evident when staying a night or 2, but becomes glaring the longer you stay. To mention a few examples: there is no cupboard in the room and the space provided for unpacking clothes is a little awkward and inadequate. There is also no real alternative to “live out of your suitcase” because there is no space to put the suitcase. There is a comfortable chair in the room, but no space to put down a laptop to get some work done. You could do that in the beautiful lounge area, but that is generally used for socialising until late, and not conducive to working. A lot of thought has gone into organic and Fairtrade products, but the breakfast area unfortunately caters for much less people than there are on occasion, which means that people occasionally have to sit on the floor or have breakfast standing. The limited selection can also become a little monotonous after a few days. Perhaps I was just unfortunate to have my room in the wrong place, but all deliveries took place from the street below the window; and since the trucks keep their engines or compressors running while offloading, the noise levels are quite annoying- especially because they start fairly early in the morning. It also seems as if goods are being moved from the bar/breakfast area to- and from the store via the pavement, which means more noise. I’m not sure whether the rooms received the attention they deserved- I don’t think any dust was wiped for 2 weeks, no towel change in 2 weeks and tissues were never replenished after running out on day 3. Paper cups in the bathroom were also only replenished after a week. The shower temperature varies significantly without user interference- something that should probably not happen in a modern installation. There is no laundry service. In conclusion, the hotel is probably perfect for a night or two, but for guests staying longer, management might need to think about addressing some of the inconveniences.

The hotel was excellent and the breakfast too. It is located in the center of Cologne. The only problem I had was that I tried to call a lot of times the reception and nobody answered.

Everything you would ever need. Decent prices. But, no coffee maker. Would've been a plus.

Small but clean and stylish rooms. Awesome bar area and great breakfast spread, really also good spread for vegans. There is however room for improvement: in my opinion there is no reason to change towls for the same people if they were not placed on the floor. Also, the cardboard cups and breakfast cups made out of icecream cones could easily be replaced by glass and could be more ecological.

Very well located, clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are small but cozy. It’d be nice to have filtered water available and some hair conditioner. Recommend it for a short stay. You also get a 9 euros discount for the parking.

Such a great hotel, always an excellent bargain for what you get. Twenty-four hour bar with friendly service. Very English-speaker friendly. And it's very close to the central attractions and neighborhoods.

The hotelroom was smaller than we expected, but very comfy overall. The breakfast was rather tasty and there’s also a big lobby bar downstairs. The location is the best; next to Neumarkt and the shopping area of Cologne!

The interior design of the hotel gives me a tidy and comfortable feeling, good location, friendly staffs. The underground public parking lot is spacious, hotel guests get parking discount. But one thing that made me a bit disappointed there is no drink water, coffee, tea and electric kettle in the room.

Rooms are basic. No issues with cleanliness. A bit tight for our comfort. Located at great place but not worth the money spent. Don't spend 100€ on this place. There isn't a single wardrobe, dustbin, desk or chair in the room. You are supposed to hang ur clothes in the open. Just a single chair and bed.

Perfect location. Clean room. The room was so so small but that's okay. The hotel overlooks a very busy street but the windows are very good at isolating street noise. We slept like babies

Highly recommend this hotel. Their service was exceptional, I left my AirPods at the hotel when we checked out. I informed the hotel that evening when I realised I had left my Airpods. The location of the hotel is excellent for anybody who want to explore Köln center and it is very close to market streets , metro station , train station etc etc . The room was very clean and comfy with nice bathroom that includes free shampoo .Housekeepers come to your room daily to ensure everything is clean and tidy !! The only reason I put 4 stars is that the rooms have no personal fridge to keep your water and beverages cold as well as a smart tv

Very nice interior, modern design and friendly staff. Breakfast can be very hectic and busy sometimes. The bedding could be changed a bit more regularly and the inclusion of complementary toothpaste would be nice. Other than that it's a decent hotel and I would recommend staying there.
