Perfect when you don't want to get any sleep. The walls are made of paper so you will hear absolutely everything and anything.

Spent two nights here. The location was great in terms of sights, but there was quite some noise at night. What made it worse was the lack of air conditioning. It was so hot we had to keep the window open all night. I slept ok, but that is mainly because I used airplugs. The room is not very modern, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a fan, but not a/c, which was propably the worst thing about the room. I did not buy breakfast at the hotel, but I heard positive feedback about it.

As of 10 May 2022, the building right across is under construction and I was woken up by loud noises at 7am. And it didn’t look like they will finish in the near future… the entire building/road was under construction. If I had known about this, I wouldn’t have come here. Otherwise the room was ok, clean, non carpet floor.

Really good location. Right in the center, close to the Cathedral and train station. Room was clean, staff were really friendly and helpful. They checked me in early without extra charge. Breakfast was great as well. I have no issues with the noise coming from the street as it is a busy area. This is a great option for single traveler on a budget.

Stayed here for two nights over easter with my family as we were going to Phantasialand. Room was perfect, nice size and well ventilated. Breakfast was simple but nice and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel a little sketchy at start but good rooms! Dark corridors and one elevator which is used by cleaning staff mostly. 4 floors and they can keep baggage for you!

The rooms are extremely dated. The windows are not sound proof. The breakfast is terrible disappointing and served in small quantities. The only thing this hotel has for itself is how central it is.

Average hotel. Friendly service. Rooms are decent, nothing special. Location is very good, close to shopping street and a short walk to the Altstadt. It seems that there is a lot of partying in Köln, so you will hear that if you leave the window open. Breakfast is German, plentiful.

My hotel room was not locked after the cleaning! When I came back to my room the door WAS OPEN AND NOT LOCKED! AND THIS HAPPENED TWICE! I asked about it and nothing was done! They didn't do anything! They just said sorry. Also after cleaning they didn't give me a new towel. And no air conditioning in the rooms. Just horrible.

Very basic. Decent beds but not quite short for taller people. Very nicely located in the city centre.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is conveniently located within close proximity to the train/subway, shopping, restaurants and the cathedral. The breakfast is a buffet style with several options. I’m a vegetarian, so that was much appreciated. If I’m ever in Köln again I’ll definitely be staying here! P.S the best pizza I’ve ever had in my 43 years is right down the street on the corner. AMAZING!!

Room reminded me of an Hospital. Very basic but for 57 Euros including breakfast it's a cheap place to stay. Clean. Unfortunately the toilets didn't flush properly and there was no shower gel refilled. Breakfast was good. Personnel was very friendly. It's ok if you keep your expectations low.

Terrible experience and shocking treatment of my elderly mother The hotel charged my mother nearly 100 euros a night for a tiny room that she could not even stay in because building work was so loud! So many people complained and they did nothing to move her in to a quieter room at the back of the hotel. When my mother started taking video evidence to show to Agoda, the booking site, they became really hostile and refused to let her store her bags on checkout. They also LIED to Agoda about their actions when we complained. My elderly mother who clearly has mobility problems was prevented from storing her luggage on checkout by the hotel. She was told: you can leave your luggage but we dont know if it will be here when you come back". My mother had to literally beg the heartless staff for half an hour to let her leave her luggage until her train in thr afternoon. They wanted an elderly woman who can hardly walk a few metres to carry her luggage around with her for 6 hours. Just disgusting. Just appalling, rude and heartless service by the receptionist and manager. Her holiday which she was really looking forward to after lockdown was ruined. Stay here if you want the same!

The location was great (10 min from the HBF) and the room was clean but people should be aware the hotel is in the center of a construction project, tearing down and rebuilding multiple buildings and they start at 7 or 8 am in the morning. It is pretty loud and makes it difficult to open the window.

I have been visiting the spa yesterday for a massage. As we had talked on the phone they gave me a price of 250TL for the steam room use and a 45 minute massage. When I went there the spa receiptonist told me to undress in the massage room. Not nice since I had to lay my clothes on the floor, as there's just only one hook, which I used for my winter jacket already. Then the massage lady came and I told her that I came for my horrible back pain. What followed was a full body massage. After 30 minutes she left without saying anything. It took me 5 minutes to realise that this meant "massage is finished". So, no extra back treatment and just 30 minutes?? Afterwards I had to go to the receiptonist and ask for a towel and the shower. They did not offer me a steamroom use or anything. After exactly 45 minutes I was out there again, including the waiting time after massage, asking for a towel, getting a shower and dress up. Sad, as I work nearby and would have enjoyed getting a massage from time to time. It's clear they don't need any customers there.

Prime location at the heart of shopping district in Koln. The room was clean, the service was excellent, the price was reasonable. Definitely my choice of hotel

👍👍 An incredible place with a great collection of cars to buy and admire. It is completely free to enter something that absolutely blew my mind considering it houses the Michael Schumacher Private collection museum.
