This
is
the
worst
experience
I’ve
ever
had
in
my
life.
I
paid
for
my
stay
however
I
couldn’t
stay
at
the
property
because
there
was
no
one
to
check
me
in.
My
flight
was
delayed
and
I
informed
the
hotel
during
my
layover.
When
I
arrived
around
midnight,
the
counter
was
closed
and
there
was
no
one
there
to
check
me
in.
There
was
a
machine
for
self
check-in,
but
it
was
also
out
of
service.
I
had
to
book
another
nearby
hotel
on
spot
and
it
costed
me
a
lot.
The
next
day,
I
went
to
the
property
to
discuss
what
happened.
The
lady
was
not
friendly
at
all.
She
claimed
that
she
sent
me
an
email
but
I
received
nothing,
and
the
cost
of
my
stay
was
withdrawn
from
my
card.
I
don’t
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone.
