If there was zero I would put zero. not recommended at all. I got very dirty room with spots everywhere, on the wall and on the floor. And when I talked with reception they told me a lot of guests complained and we know and we told the HQ but no money for renovation. And they told me they have nothing to do for me. So this place is not recommended at all specially in corona situation because it's awfully dirty.

The woman who runs this place has only one goal... "to drive her business into the grave..." There's nothing wrong with this hotel... but the owner/manager must be avoided at any cost.

It was often busy with a lot of foreign builders, which were inappropriate during check, looking at my documents without permission on reception during check in and late night room door to room door some Eastern European language shouting. It is most definitely not Ibis Hotel as you know it!!!!!

I expect nothing, and I’m still let down. - They canceled our reservation last minute :( We could only come a day later. - The check-in terminal was broken our entire stay. - There’s no elevator. - The toilet doors don’t lock. - The shower door is see-through. The flickering sign outside tells you enough.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I paid for my stay however I couldn’t stay at the property because there was no one to check me in. My flight was delayed and I informed the hotel during my layover. When I arrived around midnight, the counter was closed and there was no one there to check me in. There was a machine for self check-in, but it was also out of service. I had to book another nearby hotel on spot and it costed me a lot. The next day, I went to the property to discuss what happened. The lady was not friendly at all. She claimed that she sent me an email but I received nothing, and the cost of my stay was withdrawn from my card. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Budget indeed. I knew what I bought. Some things were not up to standard, even for a budget hotel. It could have been cleaner. Some weird spot in the toilet. Secondly, the air was a bit stale. Opened a window. When I closed it to go to sleep, noticed the stale tabacco smell, that will never go away. Ieeeeeuuuuuww. Told the receptionist the next morning. She shrugged it off. She could not help people smoking in the room, even it if it was forbidden. Gross and not a professional attitude.

Close to the center of Vienna and Timisoara, I paid the same price for a 4 stars hotel. And it was outstanding. Absolutely class. Ibis was more of a 1-2 stars hotel by the looks of the rooms, the beds, everything overall. It was very overpriced when compared with other similar priced hotels, as mentioned above.

Rooms kinda small and not very good smell inside. Otherwise inline with the expectations, fast access from the motorway, at the outskirts of Koeln City.

Receptionists veeery rude,very unfriendly,not speaking a word on english,not helpful at all even when I using translation... I had a very very bad experience!! I moved out after 1 day,because even the old woman on reception was looking at me like I am not welcomed. Never again in that hotel! Hope they can change the staff as soon as possible,especially on the reception!!! The old woman and an old man too!

hotel without air conditioning!!! although they present themselves as a fully air-conditioned hotel!!! the hotel is located right next to the washrooms where Turkish autogays polish their cars and listen to loud crying music...horrible

Very much affordable rates, for overnight stay. The Kolen airport is very much in reached. If you are flying early morning flight, this is the most convenient please to stay.

Room clean but the size of the room with the bathroom which is in my opinion a mistake is ok for a quick night ok for a longer trip I do not recommend

This is not a hotel. This is cigarette smoke smelling piece of trash house for construction workers managed by psychos worthy of being mad house asylum patients

Small yet perfect for the two nights at koelnmesse/Gamescom every year. Color TV works flawlessly, shower does its job. Close to a KFC, next to a Gas Station, good connection to the City Transport, only 2 Stations from the koelnmesse area. Plenty power Plugs, but i wouldnt want to have missed my multi-plug. Friendly receptionists, simple breakfast (though no bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns etc.) Does its job and does it cleanly and well.

This is a budget hotel. So don't expect too much. Basic rooms with plastic douche cabin in the room and Toilet. Pretty hard bed. Blanket for twin bed is too small and the pillows doesn't give any support. We asked for extra and they give some extra without any hesitation. About breakfast. 7,5euro/ each person. Coffeemachine, fresh bread, toaster, jam, Nutella, muesli, boiled eggs, fresh sandwich fillings, milk, fruit juice, no hot dishes ... Also parking next door. Friendly hotel staff!!

Decent hotel, no frills, one stop from the airport with trains for an early flight. Lots of external noise though

Parking is a major pain. Several fast food joints close by. Hotel is dated but clean. Decent rates but steer clear of convention dates. Bare bones hotel, limited reception hours. Only breakfast in hotel. Price is fair and online booking and canceling makes things simple.
