The
location
of
the
hotel
is
very
good.
Very
close
to
the
city's
main
tourist
attractions
and
about
a
10-minute
walk
to/from
the
central
train
station.
Very
very
close
to
the
Christmas
market
in
Heumarkt
as
well
(1-minute
walk).
The
room
has
a
good
size,
no
carpet
and
very
clean.
The
bathroom
has
a
good
size
too.
The
shower
was
simply
spectacular:
lots
of
water
and
at
the
constant
temperature
you
chose.
It
doesn't
heat
up
and
cool
down
like
we
see
in
other
hotels.
There
is
a
minibar,
but
it
wasn't
cooling
anything,
I
don't
think
it
was
working.
The
air
conditioner/heater
was
central
and,
although
there
was
a
control
panel,
it
worked
but
didn't
control
anything.
It
looks
like
fake.
I
think
it's
standard
for
hotels
of
this
level
to
"block"
equipment
that
uses
a
lot
of
electricity
to
save
money.
There
is
simply
no
sound
insulation.
We
heard
every
step
of
people
passing
in
the
corridor
and
neighboring
construction
sites
early
in
the
morning
(around
7am).
We
didn't
take
the
breakfast,
but
it
looked
good
from
far.
The
reception
was
"cold"
by
international
standards,
but
although
this
is
a
constant
complaint
in
reviews
about
hotels
in
Germany,
I
think
it's
not
out
of
malice,
it's
simply
the
German
way
of
being.
The
smell
isolation,
if
we
can
call
it
in
that
way,
wasn't
good
either.
On
the
first
day,
I
woke
up
to
the
smell
of
breakfast
bread
and
that
was
really
good.
On
other
days
there
was
an
unbearable
smell
of
cigarettes
in
the
hallway
and
it
entered
my
room.
I
woke
up
at
5
am
because
of
this
smell.
We
hate
this
cigarette
stench
and
had
to
deal
with
this
inconvenience.
It
seems
that
the
hotel
did
nothing,
because
we
noticed
this
on
2
of
the
3
nights
we
slept
there.
Overall,
for
the
location,
comfort
of
the
bed
and
the
quality
of
the
shower,
it
was
worth
it
for
us.
If
the
hotel
actually
improves
these
sound
insulation
and
smell
issues,
and
fixes
the
minibar,
it
would
be
perfect.
