Excellently clean hotel with an efficient, polite staff and very central for this quarter of Cologne. Recommended 👍🏻!Special thing: Breakfast for celiac people was available & was great. Excellent mild coffee with the right balance nor bitter nor too mild! Loved it! The only minus were some other neighbors (guests) I could hear every morning at 4 a.m. - the walls were way too thin. The staff should tell their guests to keep silence at least during the night…

One star less bec the last two levels are not accessible with the elevator. Room was spacious and clean. No fridge. The room was nice warm in winter. Friendly lady at the desk. There is a garage and buffet breakfast but I didn’t need them. Many restaurants near by and the Ubahn station was around 5 min walking distance.

A perfect hotel. All staff are so nice, including receptionist, cleaning lady and breakfast waitress. Everywhere is so clean without any dust. A supermarket is two minutes walk away. You can walk to the train station and the great church in 20 minutes. Can't wait to recommend this hotel.

My go-to whenever I'm in Cologne. It's very central and has spacious, clean rooms. A good breakfast buffet and onsite parking is available as well.

The room is the same as in the photos. The room, sheets and bathroom were clean. I booked a single room and I had enough space. I didn't like that the lift was not in the 1st floor. Everything else was good.

A bit too expensive for what you get. The location is very nice but we slept on the streetside and it was very loud, we couldn’t really sleep well. The hotel can improve on making the rooms more sound proof. The staff was friendly though and the breakfast was okay besides the coffee, which tasted like warm water.

Decent, noisy area but awesome. Cracking shower. Pillows weren't much use.

Will start with the good - it’s a nice hotel even if a little dated. Very clean and the shower was both hot and had excellent pressure. But I have to say it did not make for great sleep. The bed was too hard for me - although appreciate some may prefer that. The walls seem very thin. I could hear virtually everything in the room to either side of me. Down to when they opened their drawers. In addition to that the cleaning staff opted to start their day very early - and despite the sign on my door to say I was sleeping they insisted hoovering and continually bashing my door as they did it. Disruptive at any time but being so early in the morning it seemed excessive and unnecessary.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, close to restaurants and bars and staff were welcoming and friendly. Only issue was the road outside the room could be noisy.

Central location. About 20/25 minutes walk from the Rhine Secure under ground parking @15 Euro/day that was essential for our visit One side of the hotel has rooms where you have to climb stair’s to the main lift and to your room. If you have access issues check your room allocation. Didn’t use breakfast option which was available at extra cost No coffee or tea making facilities in the room Reasonably priced for location

Excellent value hotel for a business traveler in a good location. Close to many restaurants without getting loud on a weeknight. The service was friendly and available in multiple languages. Breakfast options were generous. The room was efficient for a smaller person. I had some trouble with the wifi, but other than that everything was just right.

Great hotel. The rooms are big and spotlessly clean, the breakfast is amazing too. The location is really nice. The only downside would be a very confusing inner structure of hotel buildings, rooms and elevators with a lot of stairs to climb. But besides that, a wonderful place to stay.

Small rooms with no air conditioning, has no elevator for the rooms located to the last floor which is extremly unconfortable if you have heavy luggage. But as a plus the location is great and also the services - nice staff and we had a very good breakfast served.

Super friendly service-staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Wifi has a strong signal, but it's kinda slow. (too slow for a big city like cologne) The beds are soft but comfy. The breakfast (when delivered to the room is absolutley good) the breakfast buffet is a big minus. Nearly cold coffee, more than half-empty trays although arriving at the buffet 30 minutes after opening. The only smoking area is right in front of the main entrance (kinda stressful for smokers and other guests) Overall: good choice, although it's a bit expensive!

It is a hotel that I would recommend unreservedly. All the staff is professional and very helpful. All facilities were great, clean and well cared for. My room was spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable.

Super nice hotel . Very cosy has also conference rooms for firms including small sandwiches and soups for breaks plus beverages. Rest rooms were small but hotel itself beautiful and loads of character with a big spacious Lobby. Parking is available. Ask at reception for a parkcard .. It is EUR 7,00 for the conference / half a day and EUR 14,00 for an overnight stay / whole day. I would really like to stay there overnight and check out the rooms. Looks simply wonderful!!! That's okay and your car is safe

Nice looking hotel, very pleasant people. Rooms look a bit old fashioned but are very cosy. Breakfast was great, we eat vegan and there were a lot of options.
