Excellent experience. Great room, great central location, delicious fresh breakfast and cozy ambience. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. They even helped me find an EU converter late one night when no stores were open and I had left my converter at another location. Truly a “home away from home!” Will book again.

This is a beautiful family run hotel in an excellent location near to most attractions in Cologne.

- a lovely Boutique hotel in the great location nearby the city district. Most of the necessary shops or cafès etc are accessible and walkable. - reception lady was really kind and helped us well. - there was a bottle of free water on the mini bar, which I thought obviously will be charged but not at all. Inside of mini-bar, there are variety of drink options as well(charged- average 3 to 3.5 euros per bottle) - Breakfast is 15 euros per person, but we didn’t choose this option. - only minus point is that room did not have Air Conditioning but open window was cool enough at night. - If there’s any Köln visit in the near future, I’m willing to come back here.

Very nice and comfy boutique hotel in a very good position in Altstadt Köln. Rooms are very clean, very quiet and they have all what it’s needed to have a pleasant experience. The lady at the reception, Vera, she’s very friendly and very polite. Check-in and check out we’re super easy and managed via app. So helpful! Everything went really smooth. I couldn’t enjoy breakfast, but it looked so nice and, apparently, they offer also a vegetarian alternative. A definitely place to stay if in Köln.

The crew was friendly during reception. The location of the hotel ensured that a lot was within walking distance. The rooms were okay. The floor creaked in several places, we could hear that other rooms were also suffering from this. The sanitation was fine, only when showering, the boiler turned on noisily

Such a beautiful little hotel gem in Cologne. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to newmarkt station and close to all the shops. It will take you close to 15 min walk to get to Dom. The area is very quite and it will be away to get to the hotel.

we had planned one night in Cologne and were looking for a hotel close to the shopping district, I google many, and this one stood out, and I was so happy. the staff were so very friendly, the manager waited for us at 11pm when we checked in, the bartender settled us in with a few local beers and Made us feel at home the rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and breakfast was so good. there's a lift, it's close to everything, and the service is outstanding! 10/10 would come back here - it's such a vibe! so grateful to the staff - thank you!

Location is very good, close to metro. Staff don't speak much English but the really make an effort to help and to understand our primate German. We did not have breakfast but it seemed very nice. We had an attic room, which was fine except the bath/ shower was in the bedroom. I did not appreciate that lack of privacy.

Great hotel in a lovely neighbourhood. Lovely interior with a lot of stylish and designer furniture. A lot of character. My room was spacious with a big bathroom. Comfy beds and very nice breakfast. Staff was very nice. The only issue I have is the fact that the reception is not 24/7. Sleep there.

Frank, the host and owner, is one of the most passionate and caring hoteliers I have ever met. If you have any wishes or requests he will surely do his upmost, in order to make it happen and ensure you a stay as pleasant as possible. Besides of the absolute great hospitality, the house and its 19 rooms are truly tastful decorated, REALY clean and fairly spaceious. I can only recommend this unique little Hotel and would love to come back any time. Thank you Frank for the great time! It has been my pleasure. . . Great hotel, came here with my boyfriend and we both loved it. Super clean, staff super friendly, well-located close to central station and next to bars/restaurants. If we come back to Köln, will definitely stay there again, super recommended!

Great location, very friendly personnel, quiet pretty rooms right downtown, good breakfast!!

I was on a business trip and this was a nice little boutique hotel in an altbau building. I really loved staying here as the location was great and beds were super comfortable. The only things to note are that noise can be heard from other guests in the hallways so I'd recommend bringing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Also water from the shower tended to spill on the floor, they should provide more bath mats. Overall, I would return here again.
