My low rate is because they don’t have/give any advice about they don’t accept cards and sadly I use Apple Pay for my payments so I weren’t able to go to ATM to pay bill. The problem ended with police and they took us to police station, fortunately they released us immediately. I think it’s ok to not accept cards if they want but at least they should give any kind of advice and someone can decide if they want to stay or not to avoid this kind of situations, specially when you’re tourist.
