Waited at the bar for 35mins (of the 1hr) waiting to be served a drink - ended up giving up along with others as there weren't enough staff for the huge amount of people on board. Once sitting down no one came over to offer us food or drinks either. First time we had contact with staff was them coming over 5mins until the end of the trip asking if we had a bill to pay... Waste of money and time :(

Great experience with this small cruise company. Boats are quite new, it was clean and well organise. Bar was a bit expensive and we made a long line just to order one beer. Recommend to enjoy the views of Cologne from another perspective.

Gestern haben wir (mein Mann und ich) die 4 Stündinge Dinnerfahrt mit gemacht, als erstens wurden wir mit zwei uns fremden Personen an einem Tisch gesetzt also schon mal nicht viel mit Romantik. Und jetzt zur Corona Zeiten war da auch nichts mit Sicherheits Abstand, da am Tisch ja keine Maskenpflicht ist was auch nicht funktioniert würde, Thema Essen. Da wären ich auch schon beim nächsten Punkt. Also für 150€ für zwei Personen fand ich das Buffet echt eine Zumutung, jede anständige Pommesbude hat besseres Essen. Es hat mich sehr an Krankenhaus Essen erinnert, ohne Lack und Geschmack. Noch schlimmer es kam mit vor ob das Essen schon mehrere Stunden irdendwo stand. Abgesehen vom Personal besonders eine sehr nette Dame die für Tisch 6 zuständig war, würde ich nicht noch mal eine Fahrt buchen und auch nicht empfehlen. Sehr schade

Das war meine erste Fahrt auf so einer Art von Schiff. Der Ticketkauf sowie die Website sind sehr einfach aufgebaut und Zahlungsmöglichkeiten wie PayPal werden angeboten. Tickets kann man selbstverständlich auch vor Ort kaufen. Beim Onlinekauf bekommt ihr einen Barcode per Mail zugeschickt, welchen ihr bevor ihr an Bord geht einfach vorzeigt. Ich habe mich nach dem Ticketkauf mit dem Büro in Verbindung gesetzt, da ich meiner Freundin auf dem Schiff einen Heiratsantrag machen wollte. Das Büro hat mir sofort sehr weitergeholfen und selbst der Schiffsmanager/Kapitän hat mir seine Private Rufnummer gegeben um organisatorische Dinge gemeinsam zu erledigen. SUPER! Am Tag des Antrags habe ich mich dann mit dem Schiffsmanager getroffen um meine Blumen und die Ringbox auf dem Schiff sicher unterzubringen. Außerdem haben wir dann gemeinsam den Tisch ausgesucht den ich gerne reservieren würde. Wir haben den besten Tisch direkt an der Spitze der Terasse in Fahrtrichtung bekommen! Am Abend habe ich mich dann mit meiner Freundin auf den Weg zum Schiff gemacht. Sie war vom Tisch der Aussicht und der Idee überwältigt. Aber der Antrag sollte ja erst noch kommen. Genau bei Sonnenuntergang der an dem Tag um 20:54 Uhr sein sollte bin ich zur Bar habe meine Rosenbox abgeholt, welche ich vorher abgegeben hatte und meine Ringbox. Habe den Ring in die Schachtel gelegt dem Barkeeper mein Handy gegeben damit er alles Video festhält. Am Tisch habe ich dann den Antrag gemacht und alle Menschen um mich herum haben applaudiert und gejubelt. Der Schiffskapitän mehrfach gehupt und natürlich hat sie unter Tränen „JA“ gesagt. Ich bedanke mich vom tiefsten Herzen für diese Freundlichkeit und die Flexibilität die mir geboten wurden. Erst durch euch wurde der Antrag perfekt. Komme definitiv wieder und kann diese Fahrt ausnahmslos empfehlen!
