Running
was
my
passion
before
I
joined
Urban
Athletes.
Although
I
also
trained
at
McFit
at
the
same
time,
this
was
quite
aimless
and
without
my
own
knowledge
or
guidance.
The
result
was
2
herniated
discs
with
unbelievable
pain
and
a
very
lengthy
healing
process.
The
result
was
weight
gain
and,
of
course,
the
desire
to
have
a
slim
and
fit
body,
as
is
presented
in
abundance
on
Instagram.
Then
I
came
across
Marcel
and
his
Urban
Athletes
Gym
through
a
personal
contact.
What
I
immediately
liked
here
was
the
holistic
approach,
which
goes
beyond
the
mere
"a
lot
helps
a
lot".
I
was
very
skeptical
at
first,
especially
with
my
back
issue,
but
was
very
carefully
introduced
to
the
training
until
I
was
100%
ready
for
action
again.
The
technical
knowledge
and
commitment
of
the
entire
team
is
incredible.
Here
the
big
picture
is
seen
and
attention
is
not
only
paid
to
correct
and
sensible
training,
but
also
to
nutrition
and
regeneration.
I
didn't
know
that
before
and
it
opened
my
eyes
to
what
I
had
done
wrong
before
and
why
I
just
didn't
have
the
success,
even
though
I
invested
an
incredible
amount
of
time
and
energy.
Unlike
in
the
large,
often
anonymous
fitness
studios,
I
feel
very
comfortable
at
UA,
I
like
the
friendly,
family
atmosphere
and
that
it's
not
crowded
and,
especially
as
a
woman,
you
can
train
here
undisturbed
and
without
gaping
guys.
And,
of
course,
that
you
can
train
how
you
want/should,
and
not
just
where
a
piece
of
equipment
is
free.
The
gym
and
equipment
are
great,
everything
is
clean
and
a
good
mix
of
"work
atmosphere"
and
well-being.
Running
is
still
my
passion,
but
with
the
training
at
Urban
Athletes
another
one
has
been
added!
A
few
kilos
are
already
gone
and
I
am
100%
satisfied.
Nevertheless,
I
like
to
stay
on
the
ball
and
let
myself
be
surprised
at
what
I
can
still
achieve!
(Original)
Bevor
ich
zu
Urban
Athletes
gekommen
bin,
war
das
Laufen
meine
große
Leidenschaft.
Zwar
habe
ich
auch
parallel
bei
McFit
trainiert,
dies
aber
recht
ziellos
bzw.
ohne
eigene
Kenntnisse
oder
Anleitung.
Ergebnis
waren
dann
2
Bandscheibenvorfälle
mit
unfassbaren
Schmerzen
und
einem
sehr
langwierigen
Heilungsprozess.
Gewichtszunahme
war
die
Folge
sowie
natürlich
der
Wunsch
einen
schlanken
und
fitten
Körper
zu
haben,
wie
man
ihn
bei
Instagram
zur
Genüge
präsentiert
bekommt.
Dann
bin
ich
über
einen
persönlichen
Kontakt
auf
Marcel
und
sein
Urban
Athletes
Gym
gestoßen.
Was
mir
hier
sofort
gefiel
war
der
ganzheitliche
Ansatz,
der
über
das
reine
„viel
hilft
viel“
hinaus
geht.
Gerade
mit
meiner
Rückenthematik
war
ich
anfangs
sehr
skeptisch,
wurde
aber
sehr
sorgsam
an
das
Training
herangeführt,
bis
ich
wieder
100%
einsatzbereit
war.
Das
fachliche
Wissen
und
der
Einsatz
des
gesamten
Teams
ist
unfassbar.
Hier
wird
das
große
Ganze
gesehen
und
es
wird
nicht
nur
auf
korrektes
und
sinnvolles
Training
geachtet,
sondern
eben
auch
auf
die
Ernährung
und
die
Regeneration.
Das
kannte
ich
vorher
so
nicht
und
es
hat
mir
die
Augen
geöffnet,
was
ich
vorher
alles
falsch
gemacht
habe
und
warum
ich
eben
nicht
die
Erfolge
hatte,
obwohl
ich
wahnsinnig
viel
Zeit
und
Energie
investiert
habe.
Anders
als
in
den
großen,
oft
anonymen
Fitness
Studios
fühle
ich
mich
bei
UA
sehr
wohl,
ich
mag
die
freundschaftliche,
familiäre
Atmosphäre
und,
dass
es
eben
nicht
voll
ist
und
man
gerade
als
Frau
hier
auch
ungestört
und
ohne
gaffende
Typen
trainieren
kann.
Und
natürlich,
dass
man
so
trainieren
kann,
wie
man
will/soll,
und
nicht
nur
wo
gerade
ein
Gerät
frei
ist.
Das
Gym
und
die
Ausstattung
sind
super,
alles
ist
sauber
und
eine
gute
Mischung
aus
„Arbeitsatmosphäre"
und
Wohlfühlen.
So
ist
das
Laufen
zwar
immer
noch
meine
Leidenschaft,
aber
mit
dem
Training
bei
Urban
Athletes
ist
eine
weitere
hinzugekommen!
Einige
Kilos
sind
bereits
weg
und
bin
zu
100%
zufrieden.
Dennoch
bleibe
ich
gerne
weiter
am
Ball
und
lasse
mich
überraschen,
was
ich
noch
alles
erreichen
kann!
