I
have
been
there
several
times
in
the
last
few
years,
and
basically
always
satisfied
with
the
doctors
and
nurses
at
the
pulmonology
department.
Organizationally,
however,
the
recordings
are
more
of
a
catastrophe.
In
the
year
before
last,
as
well
as
this
year,
I
experienced
that
appointments
made
with
the
hospital
were
postponed
several
times
and
at
short
notice,
the
last
time
in
July,
although
I
had
pointed
out
to
the
secretary
responsible
that
my
admission
was
urgent.
That
didn't
do
more
than
just
wait
"three"
more
weeks
instead
of
two
months
for
the
admission.
I
also
find
it
catastrophic
that
you
are
called
in
for
the
morning,
but
each
time
you
have
to
wait
until
the
afternoon
for
the
ward
or
outside
until
the
bed
or
room
is
finally
free
and
ready
to
move
into.
Every
time
Hildegardis
initiated
the
cancellation
of
an
agreed
appointment,
I
was
asked
to
understand,
while
the
respiratory
therapist
now,
because
I
was
too
late
(again
for
a
journey
of
more
than
60
km
and
this
time
a
completely
foreign
route
due
to
the
local
flood
disaster),
purely
Riding
on
principles
has
refused
admission.
So,
when
I
called
her
after
the
secretary
refused
to
confirm
in
writing
that
I
would
not
be
accepted,
she
rode
on
the
phone
that
if
I
had
called
her
on
the
go,
I
would
have
been
accepted
despite
a
considerable
delay
were.
But
because
it
was
the
case
that
it
wasn't
me
who
called,
but
the
Hildegardi's
secretary
called
me
shortly
before
arriving
in
Cologne,
I
was
not
accepted.
In
the
official
doctor's
letter
to
my
family
doctor,
which
was
only
written
by
a
secretary
(!)
And
without
consulting
a
doctor
and
signed
with
friendly
greetings
from
the
secretary
(!),
However,
it
is
claimed
that
they
allegedly
could
not
have
admitted
me
because
of
the
occupancy
situation.
I
had
already
informed
both
the
secretary
and
the
respiratory
therapist
that
I
would
not
come
back
to
Hildegardis
Hospital
and
have
the
necessary
controls
carried
out
in
another
hospital
before
the
questionable
"doctor's
letter"
was
written.
In
this
respect,
it
can
be
left
open
whether
it
should
only
serve
the
purpose
of
concealing
misconduct
by
non-medical
clinic
staff
and
averting
any
claims
for
recourse,
or
whether
the
two
of
them
wanted
to
get
ahead
of
the
written
complaint
I
had
announced.
(Original)
Ich
war
in
den
letzten
Jahren
mehrfach
dort,
und
mit
den
Ärzten
wie
auch
Pflegepersonal
der
Pneumologie
dem
Grunde
nach
immer
zufrieden.
Organisatorisch
sind
die
Aufnahmen
aber
eher
Katastrophe.
Sowohl
im
vorletzten
als
auch
in
diesem
Jahr
habe
ich
erlebt,
dass
mit
dem
Krankenhaus
vereinbarte
Termine
vom
Krankenhaus
mehrfach
und
jeweils
kurzfristig
verschoben
wurden,
zuletzt
im
Juli,
obwohl
ich
die
veranlassende
Sekretärin
darauf
hingewiesen
hatte,
dass
meine
Aufnahme
dringlich
ist.
Das
hat
nicht
mehr
bewirkt,
als
dass
ich
nur
"drei"
weitere
Wochen
statt
zwei
Monate
auf
die
Aufnahme
hätte
warten
sollen.
Katastrophal
finde
ich
genauso,
dass
man
für
vormittags
einbestellt
wird,
aber
jedes
Mal
bis
in
den
nachmittag
hinein
auf
Station
oder
draußen
warten
muss,
bis
das
Bett
bzw.
Zimmer
dann
endlich
frei
und
bezugsfertig
ist.
Bei
jeder
vom
Hildegardis
veranlassten
Absage
vereinbarter
Termine
wurde
mir
Verständnis
abverlangt,
während
die
Atemtherapeutin
mir
jetzt,
weil
ich
(erneut
bei
einer
Anfahrt
von
mehr
als
60
km
und
diesmal
noch
einem
bedingt
durch
die
hiesige
Flutkastastrophe
völlig
fremdem
Anfahrtsweg)
zu
spät
war,
aus
reiner
Prinzipienreiterei
die
Aufnahme
verweigert
hat.
So
ist
sie,
als
ich
sie
angerufen
habe,
nachdem
die
Sekretärin
sich
weigerte,
mir
schriftlich
zu
bestätigen,
dass
man
mich
nicht
aufnimmt,
am
Telefon
drauf
rumgeritten,
dass,
wenn
ich
sie
von
unterwegs
aus
angerufen
hätte,
ich
trotz
erheblicher
Verspätung
auch
aufgenommen
worden
wäre.
Weil
es
aber
so
war,
dass
nicht
ich
angerufen
habe,
sondern
ich
kurz
vor
dem
Eintreffen
in
Köln
von
der
Sekretärin
des
Hildegardis
angerufen
worden
bin,
hat
man
mich
eben
nicht
aufgenommen.
Im
offiziellen,
nur
von
einer
Sekretärin
(!)
und
ohne
Rücksprache
mit
einem
Arzt
verfassten
sowie
mit
kollegialen
Grüßen
der
Sekretärin(!)
unterzeichneten
Arztbrief
an
meinem
Hausarzt
wird
dazu
allerdings
behauptet,
dass
man
mich
angeblich
wegen
der
Belegungssituation
nicht
hätte
aufnehmen
können.
Dass
ich
nicht
nochmal
ins
Hildegardis
Krankenhaus
kommen
und
notwendige
Kontrollen
ab
sofort
in
einem
anderen
Krankenhaus
durchführen
lassen
werde,
hatte
ich
sowohl
der
Sekretärin
als
auch
der
Atemtherapeutin
bereits
mitgeteilt,
bevor
der
fragwürdige
"Arztbrief"
verfasst
wurde.
Insofern
kann
dahin
gestellt
bleiben,
ob
der
nur
dem
Ziel
dienen
sollte,
Fehlverhalten
des
nicht-ärztlichen
Klinikpersonals
zu
kaschieren,
und
etwaige
Regressansprüche
abzuwenden,
oder
ob
die
Beiden
der
von
mir
angekündigten
schriftlichen
Beschwerde
zuvor
kommen
wollten.
