After
an
emergency
root
canal
treatment
at
my
actual
dentist
shortly
before
Carnival,
I
had
to
visit
this
dental
clinic
at
the
weekend
because
of
a
temporary
that
fell
out
and
the
associated
pain.
Advantage:
Centrally
located
and
extremely
long
opening
times.
As
a
private
patient,
they
were
happy
to
schedule
me.
But
the
ambiance,
the
care,
and
the
overall
accompaniment
was
pretty
much
the
worst
I've
experienced
in
a
long
time.
The
treatment
was
always
started
very
casually
with
the
statement
that
pain
was
not
to
be
expected,
without
anesthesia.
When
the
pain
was
severe
(every
time!),
there
was
a
pal-like
slap
on
the
back,
an
apology
and
then
an
injection
after
all.
With
my
mouth
open
and
"equipment"
in
my
teeth,
I
had
to
go
down
the
aisle
to
the
X-ray.
"Leave,
is
not
bad."
The
treatment
was
ultimately
unsuccessful:
Two
days
later
(Sunday)
I
was
there
again
with
pain
for
lack
of
an
alternative.
The
technology
didn't
work
when
registering,
there
were
long
queues
and
loudly
noisy
customers.
All
in
all,
I
find
the
whole
atmosphere
unpleasant,
not
particularly
well-groomed
and,
well,
even
today,
a
day
later,
I
still
have
pain,
despite
what
the
doctor
said.
I
will
be
going
back
to
my
dentist
after
carnival,
will
definitely
not
visit
this
clinic
again
and
would
advise
against
anyone
who
is
a
bit
sensitive
about
their
teeth.
Somehow
the
whole
thing
gives
me
a
more
profit-oriented,
impersonal
and
unkempt
impression.
I
won't
do
that
to
myself
again!
Incidentally,
it
is
striking
that
there
are
usually
either
5
stars
or
one
star
in
other
reviews.
I'm
afraid
there
will
be
countermeasures
against
this.
Because
5
stars
are
never
justified
even
with
good
treatment.
(Original)
Nach
einer
Notfall-Wurzelbehandlung
bei
meinem
eigentlichen
Zahnarzt
kurz
vor
Karneval
musste
ich
wegen
einem
herausgefallenen
Provisorium
und
entsprechenden
Schmerzen
zum
Wochenende
diese
Zahnklinik
aufsuchen.
Vorteil:
Zentral
gelegen
und
extrem
ausgedehnte
Öffnungszeiten.
Als
Privatpatient
haben
die
mich
gerne
zeitlich
eingeplant.
Aber
das
Ambiente,
die
Versorgung
und
die
gesamte
Begleitung
war
so
ziemlich
das
Schlimmste,
was
ich
seit
Langem
erlebt
habe.
Die
Behandlung
wurde
immer
erstmal
ganz
hemdsärmelig
mit
der
Aussage,
dass
Schmerzen
nicht
zu
erwarten
seinen,
ohne
Betäubung
gestartet.
Bei
heftigen
Schmerzen
(jedes
Mal!)
gab's
ein
kumpelhaftes
Schulterklopfen,
eine
Entschuldigung
und
dann
doch
eine
Spritze.
Mit
offenem
Mund
und
"Gerätschaften"
im
Zahn
musste
ich
über
den
Gang
zum
Röntgen
gehen.
"Lassen
Sie,
ist
nicht
schlimm."
Die
Behandlung
war
letztlich
erfolglos:
Zwei
Tage
später
(Sonntag)
war
ich
mangels
Alternative
erneut
mit
Schmerzen
vor
Ort.
Die
Technik
funktionierte
bei
der
Anmeldung
nicht,
es
gab
lange
Warteschlangen
und
lautstark
krakeelende
Kunden.
Insgesamt
empfinde
ich
das
gesamte
Ambiente
als
unangenehm,
zudem
nicht
sonderlich
gepflegt
und,
naja:
Auch
heute,
einen
Tag
später,
habe
ich
trotz
der
Aussagen
des
Arztes
immer
noch
Schmerzen.
Nach
Karneval
kehre
ich
zu
meinem
Zahnarzt
zurück,
werde
diese
Klinik
ganz
bestimmt
nicht
wieder
aufsuchen
und
rate
jedem
ab,
der
ein
wenig
feinfühlig
ist,
wenn
es
um
die
Zähne
geht.
Irgendwie
macht
das
Ganze
auf
mich
übrigens
einen
eher
auf
Profit
ausgerichteten,
unpersönlichen
und
in
die
Jahre
gekommenen,
ungepflegten
Eindruck.
Das
tue
ich
mir
nicht
noch
einmal
an!
Auffällig
übrigens,
dass
es
hier
bei
anderen
Rezensionen
meist
entweder
5
Sterne
oder
einen
Stern
gibt.
Ich
fürchte,
da
wird
bewertungstechnisch
gegengesteuert.
Denn
5
Sterne
sind
selbst
bei
guter
Behandlung
niemals
gerechtfertigt.
